Only complaint, our campsite was too small. We couldn't put our awning out all the way because of trees and the fire pit was too close to our camper.

People at front desk during check in where very nice and friendly… people at the lagoon store where very short and not friendly… the splash pad is labeled to stay open till 6 and when we arrived at 5:05 the teenagers running it told us they where closing in 15 min… at 5:25 we got kicked out… if it’s labeled to be open at 6 it needs to be open till 6

Our experience included an uneven, sloped pull through. The bathhouse closest to our site seemed to be in the middle of a grouping of cabins. I always felt as if I was on trespassing on other sites. The river was nice, but again, unless I went to the marina, I felt as if I was trespassing on other sites. This would be a great place if you have your own boat. Boat rental price is high.

Bathrooms were small and not cleaned very well. Swimming pool had a ring around edge, needed cleaning.

Our campsite was right across the road from the lake. It was an amazing view. The things offered were tremendous as well. The one thing I was disappointed in was the lack of upkeep off the grounds and sites. I saw ALOT of staff during my stay but no one to cut grass. The grass was 5-8” in length and made the appearance of the campground not as appealing. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great time. Only complaint is they need a drop off box for golf cart keys for people leaving early in the morning.

Main issues: 1) Bathrooms out of order at pool yet they had not been locked so people continued to use them anyway (GROSS!) 2) There were issues with the golf cart reservation. 3) There was dog poop in all of the grass (no one enforcing the pick up after your pet rule). 4) LOTS of dogs off leash. 5) PRICE increase is shameful compared to other area KOAs. 6) 400 character limit on survey.

Premium site. Had to clean patio. Also Infested w/mosquitoes. No working bathrooms or laundry in our part.

We purposely stayed at a pull through on Ontario because it was close to the nice bathrooms/showers. When we got there we found that they were closed for the season. That left us showering / using the nasty bathroom that smelled like a reptile house next to the chess game. We did eventually find the nice bathrooms on the expansion side, but they were far from our campsite. Disappointing.

Loved all the activities. Camp sites were all very nice. Two things to improve: more lighting throughout park and fix shower/bathroom area by pool. It was destroyed and disgusting. I’m sorry someone did that. There should have been signs saying they were out of order or in repair.

Very disappointed. Spent over $1200 for a 3 day stay with our family. Paid for pull thru site & could not pull thru it without damaging RV. Roads need signage. Went down a dead end & had to back about 300 feet to get out. Inflatables on Lake were a joke when they would not let my grandkids wear coast guard approved jackets but didn't have jackets there to fit them. No adult managmnt on site.

We apologize you had trouble getting your camper pulled in. We do provide escorts to help prevent this from happening. Our strict insurance policies mandate guests must meet height & weight requirements, must sign a waiver, & wear our life jackets. Adult mgt is always on property for assistance

The bathhouses by the pool NEED cleaned.

We apologize but the bathrooms by the pool were actually closed for repairs, as marked by caution tape barring the walkway entrances. They are now back up and running and acceptable for use by guests.

Site ramps were a little tricky for class A. Noticed trash on walkway to lagoon. Otherwise very pretty and comfortable campground.

When we couldn't fit our camper and pickup on the site, we asked to move. Nicole, the office personnel was rude and condescending. She flat out said, She doesn't deal with people that have an attitude. We were told we could keep the site, go to the more expensive site or leave. We were not getting our money back because we already checked in. Keyshia took us to sites, courteous & accommodating!

I am sorry for the inconvenience that this had caused for your stay. Some of the situations that occurred while you were being escorted to your site was not what our staff should tolerate. We would love for you to come back and choose your site that fits your camper for a great experience.

Our first campsite was not appropriate for our 30 foot 5th wheeler so the staff found us another campsite in another area that worked very well for us. We were very impressed by their willingness to accommodate our needs. We will be back!

Just wish we could of came in earlier than 3pm so we could enjoy the facility the day we arrived for the price we paid.

We do offer early check in times (when available) for a fee. Check in times are set as to allow housekeeping ample time to ready all of our lodging units for guests. We would love to book you a future stay with us for more days so you can enjoy all the amenities!

Buildings and Amenities are outdated and need maintenance . Nothing was Wheelchair accessible . There wasn't a ramp at all top the dog park and the ramps that were there at the restaurant are in such poor condition that I wasn't able to navigate them It wasn't all unpleasant the site was nice.

It was just ok. The campground has so much potential but lacks in upkeep. The restaurant, I thought was a great idea at a campground...IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! The food was all super greasy & the waitress decided she didn't want to work and walked out. Staff very unfriendly. Actually, the staff, with the exception of maybe 2, were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. VERY expensive

We absolutely enjoyed our weekend here. Our site in the lagoon area was level, had a nice fire pit, chairs, & table. So many activities to do on site that we never had to leave. Very clean grounds. My only complaint is that all weekend there were older teenager’s driving very dangerous on golf carts in the evenings. (Racing through the grounds, doing donuts up by the pool/jumping pillow).

We had a great stay. The only part I didn’t like was how small the site was. Our fire pit was right under our awning and smoke kept blowing in the camper. I didn’t care for the location of our spot either.

Wonderful campground. We loved our stay. Staff in the store at marina could be more knowledgeable about licensing and such. But, that didn't ruin the trip. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Prizer Point! We booked our stay at the last minute when another location mixed up dates and lost our reservation. We weren't sure how this would work out, having never stayed in a cabin at Prizer Point, but it couldn't have been better. The rooms and the cabin were clean and worked well for what we wanted. Granted it is not a new 5 star hotel city experience, but for a campground cabin we felt it was very nice. (Some of the reviews I read beforehand had me a bit scared.) In late October, the camp restaurant was not open (other than for Pizza), so we ventured out to Cadiz, Eddyville, and Grand Rivers for food we didn't cook. We did use the provided grill (which was clean) and enjoyed the covered porch and swing. Two trash barrels close to the front of our unit were very convenient. We stayed in one of the Condo's that could hold up to 12 people, with just 4 of us. We would book it again in a heartbeat!
