We left a day early very little hot hot water in cabin and shower wasn’t draining so you were standing in water. All 3 Mattresses were very uncomfortable very outdated. Definitely no early check in we had to wait until 4pm on the dot. Top dollar for everything but pools were not open due to inspec Tried to rent a golf cart and the workers were late to work and there were several people waiting

Paid full price for a nice site with a view. However, no store, no restaurant. Same lawn by us was cut two days in a row by very noisy mowers...and fumes. Was not told about $20 guarantee site when reserved on the phone. Nice to inform customers of such things. Should have been a discount for important amenities that were not available. "I am sorry" with a 10% discount would be reasonable.

Employees weren't turning the amenities on on a daily basis, so we were only able to enjoy them one day after we tracked someone down to turn them on..

Had a great lake front spot with full hook ups and enjoyed the park even though most activities and venues were yet to open for the season. Staff was helpful and friendly, loved the firewood delivery and golf cart rental. The park is huge and would like to come back when restaurant and water park are open. The water was pretty muddy with lots of floating debris, but not KOA fault, had a great trip

Even though it was early in the season...most of the park was under construction...there should have been other activities to do...maybe a big tent offering hot chocolate or coffee for those venturing out.... could have done bingo in the evening.......or a movie...lots of kids around ...good thing we brought the bikes...

**Our late night check in rated a 1. I called to say we'd be arriving between 730-8PM and pulled in at 7:59. Hard to find the "stop" sign. Called the late night number. Guy said he'd be there in 25 min. and we had to wait for him to go to our site. After 90 min. we called again. Got a different guy. He said he'd be there soon. After 30 more minutes called again. Said we'd find site ourselves. Bad!

We brought the grand kids down for spring break this year and stayed a few times last year. The camp ground is nice and we enjoyed our stays, that being said the bath houses are in terrible shape. They were all very nasty with not even a rubber mat to step on. The electric outlets did not work and being very cold , we needed to dry our hair. It would be great if they were attended more by staff.

The only complaint I have is the indoor swimming pool. We came down for spring break thinking the kids could use the indoor pool and it was closed. Looked nice walking by it. I have been camping there several times and it’s always closed. �����‍��� Other than that the staff is always nice and willing to help.

Everything was good but the shower house they were not cleaned or restock with toilet paper all week its a sad DAY when we pay for all the amendments and they are that dirty and not stock

We enjoyed it very much. The weather was horrible, but we still made the best of it. Very very clean and warm shower houses that were a saving Grace for us.

Bath house (pools) was very small and not very well maintained. The larger bath house was closed for renovations for the six days while we were there but never saw anyone working on it. Everything else was closed while we were there.

It was early spring so the campground was mostly empty. But when I was asking the staff for a better spot they weren’t very helpful if finding me a better spot of my choosing.

Kind of an off season stay so nothing was really open, but they kept the trash emptied and restrooms/showhouse serviceable.

Misinformation and communication problems about propane availability. Calls went to voice mail and no one returned the call until a night security guard got the message and called. A staff person told us to go to the propane station and he'd watch for us. He never showed up. Another employee tried to fill our tank but could not find the right connector fitting. Long delay, never did get propane.

I have camped hear 2 times and about to camp here my third. As a member of SUTF womens camping group. The staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Each site I have camped at was clean, beautiful view of lake, reg service. The staff and environment created a very friendly atmosphere all around. I love this place Thank you,

We stayed at Kentucky Lakes from October till the end of February. The staff was amazing. If anything was wrong they were on top of it. The only fault was the bathrooms weren't cleaned as often in the winter months.

Good place to stay. Our 2nd time there. This time was just for our last camping of the season. Only wish that they would state that there is a early entry fee. We were only 1 hour early but the fee was for something being built for the area so it was no problem. I would have given a donation without having to be charged for checking in early. No more early check-in.

Check in was super easy. The sites we had reserved were where we stayed. Weather cooperated. Scouted out some other sites for future stays. And, there will be future stays!

In season prices seem high. Camp might use more shower/bath services and washrooms could be MUCH cleaner. Staff might respond to texts on number provided in a more timely manner.

Beautiful site and grounds. I’ve stayed 3 times in 2021. Jess always goes above and beyond! Y’all have an amazing employee there! Also got to meet Miles. He dropped off some wood for us. Another solid employee who wanted to make our stay the best! It’s because of employees like that we will keep coming back! Thanks for all the hard work for making the KOA amazing! Job well done!

Love this campground! We stayed the month of October in their new section that was just built. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! So many amenities and my 10 year old loves it! We will definitely be back!

You are 30 min from anything, no walking trails, the laundry facilities were poor (most units out of order), don’t arrive 30 min early, WiFi good, sites had large holes between parking area & street (bottom out as you back in). Probably will not return. Had fair activities for kids.

We stayed at the end of their season so many activities were either closed or had limited hours with lower staff numbers. Even with that, all the staff we met were extremely helpful and friendly. The views of the lake are beautiful from almost every campsite. They've added a large new section and paved the road in the expansion section which made driving through much nicer.

We had a wonderful time at Prizer Point! We booked our stay at the last minute when another location mixed up dates and lost our reservation. We weren't sure how this would work out, having never stayed in a cabin at Prizer Point, but it couldn't have been better. The rooms and the cabin were clean and worked well for what we wanted. Granted it is not a new 5 star hotel city experience, but for a campground cabin we felt it was very nice. (Some of the reviews I read beforehand had me a bit scared.) In late October, the camp restaurant was not open (other than for Pizza), so we ventured out to Cadiz, Eddyville, and Grand Rivers for food we didn't cook. We did use the provided grill (which was clean) and enjoyed the covered porch and swing. Two trash barrels close to the front of our unit were very convenient. We stayed in one of the Condo's that could hold up to 12 people, with just 4 of us. We would book it again in a heartbeat!
