The woman at the desk was rude and made me wait to check in while she was fidgeting with something. She didn't tell me the pool and jumping pad were closed. And, most importantly, this is the noisiest KOA we have ever stayed at. Our site was right by I70 and we all had a terrible night's sleep as our air conditioner couldn't drown out the traffic noise. Definitely not worth the high cost.

The hosts were extremely helpful. We needed multiple problems solved and they quickly helped us solve them. They even even give me triple a batteries from their own supply.

Wide open site even though there were a lot of sites with some shade and trees. We have 42’ so this happens a lot. TV cable selection was poor.

The pool was very dirty and not at all ready for the weekend. I was overcharged and have yet to see a receipt for a refund. We didn’t like all the smoking by the manager when he was around the kids.

It was Memorial Day weekend and being able to be at a campground with a pool was what we looked for. This pool was unusable. It appeared it may not have been filled in time to get the chemical balance right but more than that the pool decking was full of leaves and sticks and even trash in some areas. It was not ready for guests and the pool was actually closed on Memorial Day. Disappointing.

Our stay was good; however, he pool was absolutely disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever (leaves all over the bottom of the pool, couldn’t see the second step because the water was that discolored) and the kids were extremely disappointed they were almost sold out of ice creams - only had three flavors left.

Our campsite was full of broken glass, nails and even a razor blade that my young daughter found. We had informed the manager our 1st night the 110 outlet didn't work. He did work on it, but was not fixed, so we had to share w/our neighbor. Pool wasn't ready. Very dirty and going downhill since last time staying there.

It is a nice campground for a quick.onernight. Lots of trees which is nice. The showers could.use some love and updating. Overall a good experience.

The site itself was was fine but the cable service didn’t work and the service man never arrived, as promised, the see about it. The exit route was difficult for large rig’s towing

We were in site 43. You need to put an adapter on the sewer dump to go from 3" pipe to 4". most newer campers have 4" hose. other than that everything was fine.

Knowing that KOAs are known for their locations next to interstates, train tracks, and/or airports we knew what to expect. This KOA surpassed the interstate noise all others where we have stayed across the country. All night long…. The grass/weeds went uncut making it uncomfortable for pets. Would not recommend until you have absolutely no where else to stay for the night.

Tent sites are unappealing. Astroturf on the gravel doesn’t help much. Difficult to use stakes fore tent. Little to no shade. Bathrooms and showers were good.

Poor location, Interstate noise was overwhelming. Well kept facility except bathroom, 2 out of 3 sinks were unusable. Plus marks for dog run and facilities.

We camped in 12 different states at KOA this spring and this campground and one in California were the only ones to offer recycling. Keep up the good work!

Two dryers out of order. One washer out of order. Another full of smelly water. I picked up 5 bags of dog poop, metal spoon, belt buckle, battery, small spring, broken glass, QTips, and stopped counting after reaching 100 cigarette butts. Absolutely disgusting campsite for a KOA. Watched multiple people have issues making turns/backing into sites. Not a $155 with discount over 2 nights value.

There was no water pressure in the bathroom sinks. It was very difficult to even brush teeth. At $70 per night, we would expect to be able to run water in the bathroom sinks at more than a tiny stream the size of a coffee stir!!

My reservation was for May 19 and at check in they said they showed it for May 23. They assigned me a site and I drove to it only to find it full. Drove back to office and was assigned another site. Was very tight driving a 40 foot motor home pulling a truck.

Not sure I can hold it to 400 characters; I'll try. I spent all my adult life (I'm 75) working with children and adolescent with social/emotional deficits. I have never interacted with someone as casually rude as the young man at the desk, and his ... wife? We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
