We wave stayed here any times in the last 4 years to attend Chiefs games. The staff has always been attentive and helpful. The sites and park are constantly clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Place is not cared for well - trees not trimmed and obviously have not been for years. Had to back out of site to avoid big branches that would have damaged my Class A motorhome. Small sites, and very uneven due to years of water/rain erosion that has not been addressed.

The shower I ended up was not clean. There were small round papers in the shower and outside of it on the floor. The water pressure in the shower was very poor and resembled the pressure out of a garden sprinkling can. The grounds didn't look as tidy as they did two years ago, the last time we visited. Are they short handed?

Staff is helpful only due to one young man the night we arrived. The girl behind the desk was not well versed. She should get help. Sites are still amazing. Need staff work.

We stayed here as we passed through to our planned stop in Alabama. The campground could use a little sprucing up as it looks a little tired, but all sites appeared well kept. My only negative was that the office was only open 9~5 each day. But everyone at the campground were awesome! The WWI museum is a must if you are a history buff! We did a tour of the Chiefs stadium also.

A nice convenient KOA. Easy access from I-70. Great wifi but tv cable not so much. We were only there for one night. A little bit pricy too.

Campground was good. Just disappointed to be a VIP for several years now with KOA’s. We had a broken down one year old Tiffin that would not slide open without force. Tried to rent a cabin for our son & his family with infant for one night, they wouldn’t ok it due to the 2 night min stay even though we were broken down. Very disappointed. If you need help, they won’t accommodate you.

Blake went above and beyond to make sure we were able have our space early, so we could park our RV and drive to Leavenworth where our Daughter is buried. We were so impressed with all of the wonderful improvements to Oak Grove KOA! It is beautiful, clean, quiet, friendly owners/staff and they go out of their way make sure your stay is pleasant. We highly recommend staying here.

Wish they didn’t have speed bumps but there’s only a couple. Wi-Fi very flaky but all else ok. Great location to take in a KC sporting event.

Highway noise was loud but that was not an issue due to the amenities offered. We had so much fun during our stay! We used the jumping blob, the race track, the pool, the playground and the basketball court!

The sites are too close together. We walked out our door to the sewer connection of our neighbor. Wi-fi was a terrible experience. We have a dog that we watch when we are away with cameras, the internet would not connect to a 2g camera, much less our phones or TV's. Price is not reasonable for the site situation. You need something blocking the sewer from the door and picnic table.

Way too close to highway for tenting. Car noise ensured we slept poorly. Maybe in an RV it's ok, but definitely not in a tent.

Campsite was a gravel parking lot, no trees, and worn out Astro Turf for outside sitting area. Was there for three nights, had paper towels in the bathroom on first night only and the toilets were never cleaned ( I know this because the same dried crap was in one of them). They asked us to lay our trash out to be picked up twice a day, did not happen, so took it to the dumpster myself. More

We were on our return to home after almost 5 weeks traveling cross country and back. We only stayed 1 night. It was an OK place for an overnight but, lack of any real WI-FI made the evening poor at best. Saying that there is free WI-FI does not mean they have WI-FI, be aware of this if you have need of WI-FI for your stay!

The campsite was really nice. The beaches were clean with picnic tables if you wanted to sit and have a bite to eat. We would definitely come again. The only complaint we have has nothing to do with the campsite but the pizza delivery man. We were eating dinner outside he came flying up roadkicking up dust all over the place. I know there is a speed limit maybe someone should tell him. Thanks

Campground is very over priced! We left this KOA to stay in OKC KOA which was $30 cheaper per night and a wonderful campground. KC KOA bathroom toilets were disgusting, Pool liner was in sad shape and actual sites were very unlevel and very tight. Would never stay here again!

Nice shady site, a little un level. Trash pickup at your site. Multiple fuel stations near by. Was disappointed that the office. Closed early both days we stayed there! Posted hours are open until 8pm. One day it closed @ 4pm!

Staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. Pool was dated and in need of updates. The sites were average. Several sites are campers with a lot of “stuff” under and around them. Appears that people are living there. Is fine if you need a place for a night or two, but not six nights like we just did.

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
