Needs a fresh coat of paint, and pressure washing at pool, complete mowing and weed whacking , complete deep clean of bathrooms, better trained employees, leaf blowing of entrance and around office building, garbage picked up behind building and in sites, flowers in pots. Kids don’t care but definitely NOT KOA standards.

Easy checking in, pool very clean, nice staff. Loved our patio. Neil, the groundskeeper was awesome and doing a fine job. He was very helpful!

Friendly staff, bathrooms / showers clean and maintained. Confusion at check in…was 35 ended up in 33. Our lot was fine but they put long diesel pushers in lot 34 in each of the four nights. Extremely crowded as two of the nights the activity next door felt like they were in our bedroom. Don’t understand the need to put those massive rigs in such a small space. Would stay again but not in 33,3

Very nice campground and cabin. Love the outdoor patio setup and front porch area. The only issue we had was that there wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom and only 2 washcloths for 5 people.

Staying in cabin - 1st cabin bedspread was still wet, water puddled behind toilet, dirty damp stripped towel in shower wadded up. Second cabin bed was queen size on king frame. Metal support brackets sticking out on blind side of bed - ran into twice, had to wrap towels around supports to prevent injury. Only 1 coffee in second cabin. Park esthetics are not up to KOA standards.

Convenient access to the interstate and helpful staff. Very accommodating for kids and plenty of activities. They even hosted a bubble party on the basketball court.

The AC in the cabin needs an upgrade. Other than that, it meet our needs and if we are ever traveling thru the area again, good chance we will stay again.

It wasn't a bad place to stay but for $90+ a day, it wasn't the best. Site55, the picnic table wood was very bad, there was weeds/grasses growing up thru all the paving stones around the firepit area. The bathrooms where out of toilet paper in one of the stalls for more than a day (found it late Friday night, so office wasn't open, then it was that way Saturday also) I have stayed in nice for l

Staff was very accommodating, informative, excellent communication skills, friendly and prompt. My mom has a walker and they put us in a cabin across from the bathroom. They were out of a few store products, but I think that was due to the amount of people staying at the campground. Over all, I would give them a 5++++

30 amp plug crackled so couldn’t use it. Water spigot was broken. Gravel site very UN level. Had to level picnic table with landscape blocks. Weedy. For a $110 a night KOA Holiday, this place was very rundown.

Needed a cable fixed. Staff sent us to rv repair place. They came and fixed us up. Campground was good. Staff was wonderful.

The folks at the campground were friendly. As far as the grounds it self, well the campground could use some maintenance and cleaning. Maybe they don’t have enough staff, seems to be a problem around there.

The staff were friendly. The park is tight for a big rig. We are a 43 ft/towing motor home bus. The pull through patios have 3 at an angle. Others are a 90 degree turn. We managed to fit a back in but it was tight. The pool was uneven when walking inside the water but it was clean & clear. The ice cream shop was nice! The Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough. Overall a nice park but needs some attention

My family had a wonderful time at Koa Oak Grove this past weekend. Everything was clean and well kept, emplyees were kind and helpful We really utilitized all of the activities available to make it a nice family vacation. We did crafts and puzzles, went swimming, mini golf, rented the pedal cars, had firewood delivered to our site and got icecream (a couple times). Can't wait to stay here again!

The campsite was ok just a little weedy. It was good for a overnight stop. We have used this KOA many times and seems to be going downhill. Pool pump does seem to be doing a very good job and liners needs scrubed. Hide your full times behind a fence because that looks trashy.

We did not use any of the facilities, so the rating is based on the campground appearance. Our patio site was full of weeds in the patio blocks and was not an inviting space to use. General upkeep of weed trimming throughout the campground was lacking. Front office staff was very polite as well as the individual who escorted us to our site. There is freeway noise due to the proximity to I70.

One night stay in a fully furnished cabin. The kids enjoyed the pool, played some miniature golf and watched some neighborhood fireworks!

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
