Campsite was very nice, but several items of trash left at site. Checkin was less then welcoming. Just doing his job…. No pleasant greeting or thank you .

One night stop. Easy check in and out. Pool was closed. There's an electrical issue at site Deluxe Patio site 659. When we were disconnecting the TV cable, our cable was brunt / melted. The Patio site was very nice. Lots of room. However, it was a hot day in July. So, we couldn't use the patio as it was 100 percent exposed to the sun with no umbrella or tree shade.

The guy checking us in was kind of a "grumpy old man". I felt like I had interrupted him. He asked my last name 3 times. We were taken to a spot with low hanging branches that scraped the top of our RV. They had no one to trim the branches so they moved us to another spot. Disappointed they didn't have a working pool. Went out for dinner, and came back to a hot RV, as we blew our 50amp circut.

Not very clean or kept up. Customer service was unprofessional and was like taking to a recording. Will not go back.

Site was large and peaceful even though the highway was close. Only disappointments were that the pool was closed until some time in the future, and the picnic table was covered in bird droppings. Personnel were very nice.

My daughter and I felt very unsafe at this KOA. The staff was very unfriendly. There were a lot of people living in the campground making it feel like a trailer park rather than a place to stay as I was passing through. I will never stay here again. KOA Journeys are not held to the same standards as KOA Holidays.

Quite place to stay, got in after business hours and was still met by someone to get us a spot to stay. Very nice staff that was polite and helpful.

The manager is rude. Charged us $45 for sleeping in our van. Didn't use any amenities. Nothing to do. Beds lumpy. 1 bathroom for whole camp

Staff was not friendly at all and grounds were not kept up. Said pool would be open soon but that is unlikely since area around it was totally overgrown and no work was taking place on it whatsoever. The day before w we left they were doing some work near the entrance and shut the water off to the entire campground without letting anyone know in advance.

I have never had to leave a review like this. This was an overnight stop for us, but we should have skipped it. Tall grass that wasn't well kept. The pool had been out of commission for a while. My poor in-laws were woken up in the cabin being bitten by ants and when I brought it up to the person jn the office the response was " Well no one else has ever complained about it.' Skip this one.

Tent site was nice, but overpriced. Poor Wifi in laundry room. Noise from the truck stop mechanics next door was loud all night.

Services and site were fine, except the first thing I had to do when we arrived was pick up dog poop on our site. I was not happy about that. The grass was way too long and our shoes got soaked every time we went out--you can't put a mat on the grass and the parking wasn't wide enough to leave room for the steps down to the gravel.

I wasn't planning to swim but for those who do want to swim, I think making a reservation should definitely include the information that the pool was not operational. As a kid I would have been broken-hearted to get there, expecting to swim and then being totally disappointed. And especially so in the 90+ degrees that it was when we were there.

Noisy, extreme sulfur water. They should warn you. Took us almost 2 weeks to get rid of the smell. Di not feel very secure. No pool, and after Memorial day. Should be a stop to sleep and move on, but I wouldn't stay any longer. Staff was nice.

This is our 2nd stay here and it's a great park. Our plans changed last minute due to a breakdown and so we had to cancel our original campground in Branson but I was able to book Joplin same day. Love this park. Will stay again!!

Worst KOA that I have stayed at. Grass was WAY too long, broken boards on the Cabin porches, no landscaping around the office, pool fence was tore down. Appears you need to hire some employees to bring this park back.

Nice park for passing through and needing a place to stay. We were late check in and we were greeted and escorted to our site. Pads are gravel but level with nice grass on each side. Nice spacious pull through. It was a bit pricey. We would stay again.
