This was our first time out to camp this Summer. We usually stay at this KOA, It's relaxing. We appreciated the KOA credit that we didn't know how to access. Helpful & GOOD people!

This was our second stay on our current trip (stayed one night each on our way to and from Thousand Islands, NY). Will be staying here again on our future travels. Clean park and facilities, friendly staff. Great value.

Very large, level site. Right near hiking trails off campground. Very clean. Friendly, helpful employees. Ice cream and deli at campground office. Right off highway. Very quiet. Would highly recommend. Will be back.

Good location, nice site. Nice to have site escort. Did not use restrooms but laundry washers and dryers were very dirty. Myself and another guest had to clean them with Clorox wipes before using.

We only stayed overnight but, everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice quiet campground with something for everyone. Adults. Pets, kids. It was a nice stay.

4 nights. Paid to pick our site. We picked close to store & play areas. We have a c-class rv so didn't need to use any facilities except for the store. Workers were very friendly.

Nice but cement slab is tilted towards the creek and could use more crushed stone because of all the mud after it rained. Overall good stay.

This is a nice campground and we appreciated the service of the store, cafe, and ice cream shop, along with free delivery of food and firewood to your site. We were a little surprised when we arrived that we were set-up on "buddy" site with people we did not know. It worked out fine and they were nice people, but it would be best to confirm that is ok before setting you up in that type of site.

I always have a great stay at the Jonestown/Hershey KOA. I like that they have a great trail nearby where I can get out with nature and a store where I can get those last minutes items that I might have forgotten. Oh, the staff is GREAT!

This was our first time tenting at Jonestown KOA. We all had a great time. We had a decent sized tent pad by the creek. And I really like the picnic tables. The little ones got to enjoy the splash pad, jump pad, and the playground. We are all looking forward to going back.

I stayed in a beautifully shaded field with all the necessities I could ever ask for. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and certainly would recommend this location to family and friends.

We were greeted, and escorted to our site by a friendly lady named Linda. The staff in the office were all so helpful, and accommodating to what we needed during our stay. I love that there is an ice cream bar, and adult beverages for those who partake. A quaint campground we keep coming back to time, and again. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Park was very well kept. Site were clean and level, easy access from the highway. Would recommend this KOA to anyone. Restrooms were very clean.

Only stayed one night. The site was good staff were great. One staff member lent us a 50/30 amp converter cord as we were bring our just purchased 5th wheel home we had limited supplies and our site was 30 amp allowing us to have a/c.

We miss a pool and recycling bin the rest is perfect

Rate of 6-Cabin window with 2 diff curtains-could see outside. 1window had only one curtain. Table sticky and bench corners dirty. Rate of 8-We stay here in December one night with our RV and sites have everything we need.

Love this KOA. Friendly staff. Restaurant on site prepares delicious meals. Nice bathhouse. Laundry space is clean and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will be back.

Just an overnight but the staff was friendly and helpful. The general store/restaurant was a big plus. Food was great. Restrooms were a 10!!! Clean, hot water was plentiful, nice amenities such as hair dryers! Level sites and nearby creek and the green areas as well as children's areas abundant and well taken care of. If we are back in the Hershey/Jonestown we will certainly be staying with you!

It is easy to get on and off of I-81 but the road noise is muted. The only issue is with their cable — it does not tie to their link to channels and does not include most of the local channels. You can get the local channels over-the-air, except if a higher vehicle is next to you. The local channels should be included on the cable channels and they need to correct the TV Channel listing.

We ask for a level site and get put on one that's angled. Went to office to change site. They did change it but only stayed 1 night. They need to rework some sites to better accommodate all Rv's.

This KOA is excellent. You are met at the entrance by staff who take you directly to your site. There is an excellent restaurant and ice cream stand on premises. Prices are great for everything. Clean bathrooms and laundry. Plenty of trails for walking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Beautiful grounds and very friendly staff. Plenty of space between sites and sites are level. Close to the interstate, but quiet. We will most likely visit again.

The staff is great, the land is well kept, the river is so nice, there is a quick walk to a state park, lots of places to hike, family friendly

I love this campground! The cabins are so cute, and most importantly clean! The staff are always so kind and polite and I pool is awesome! It's beautiful and the kids LOVE IT!
