Super nice owners, friendly, accommodating and made sure out 45' Fifth wheel could make all the turns to reach our site!! We had plenty of room with including enough parking for our HDT truck! Beautifully maintained and it is obvious that they care and take pride in the KOA. Literally one of the nicest if not the nicest KOA we have ever stayed in.

Even though they were short staffed, they responded quickly to our voicemail to make a reservation and later when we checked in. They were very friendly and helpful. The park was clean and very well kept. These folks know how to run a campground! We even got a big wave from them as we left. One of the best KOAs you will find in your travels.

The owners Harry & Michelle were super nice and helpful. We had some bad weather during the stay and they made sure everyone was informed of the location of storm shelter. Good thing they did, as at 2am the tornado alarm won’t off and they personal went around making sure all of the camper were inform to head to the shelter. The camp ground was very well maintained and they had entertainment.

Michelle and her husband are the BEST hosts we've encountered to date! The RV sites and park are in stellar condition. The bathrooms, pool, volleyball court, etc are well maintained. The owners have put A LOT of thought, energy, and effort into making this a great place to stay. We felt like family! Thank you Michelle for making our stay memorable!

It is always a great joy for our family to stay at the Jackson KOA, Harry and Michelle are great hosts we always enjoy seeing them and our kids love them. It is always a great time when we visit the Jackson KOA to camp.

We camped in our tent, in a wonderful large site!! Karaoke, movie in the pavilion, bingo, swimming, volleyball, tetherball - sooo much to do! Kids had a blast riding their bikes and making friends with the other campground kids! We met quite a few campground moms and dads also! They took good care of us during the tornado warning also, ensuring everyone’s safety! Definitely will be back to stay!

We really enjoy this campground! We had tow vehicle problems and spent 2 nights. The hosts were very kind and offered any assistance we might have needed ��� The updates & renovations are wonderful!

We had a good three night stay at the Jackson KOA. Our pull thru site was ample big enough for both trailer and truck. All the FHU's worked well. Campground was quiet making for a relaxing stay. We would look to stay here again if our travels bring us this way.

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We had to do laundry and they offered is an HE detergent. It was quiet (except for the wind) and we felt safe.

We stopped for an overnight at this KOA on our way west and was greeted by the friendly and informative owner as soon as we pulled up. Campground is very easy to access from I-90. Sites are level with plenty of space between each. All hookups are conveniently placed. It was a quiet nights sleep here after a long drive. We would and will stay here again in the future as we pass through the area.

These owners Harry & Michelle are not your typical KOA owners. They make you feel like family. We stayed two nights and from the 1/2 dozen campgrounds we had previously stayed on this trip out west, this was by far the cleanest, friendliest people, level spots, and best place we stayed. Koa should use this place as their standard. Make sure you check this place out. Highly recommend.

We arrived late but called and left msg. Michelle was quick to return a call and give instructions. Upon arrival, Harry met us in parking lot and was very informative and helpful. We are newbies to RVing and was a 1-night stop over to our final destination. Campground was well laid out, easy to maneuver, and facilities very clean. It was a very good stay and hosts were excellent.

This is not a perfect RV Park... YET, but they are working hard to get closer to perfect. They already have the hardest part down. That is, fantastic customer service and friendliness of the staff. The sites looked to all be pretty darn level and quite spacious too. Services, i.e. Water, electrical, sewer worked as expected. The bathrooms, showers and laundry room were also clean and modern.

Wonderful KOA! Very clean and quiet! Michelle is a sweetheart - very accommodating and she made us feel welcomed and special. She and her husband keep the campground in tip top shape and all sites are raked and level. We would definitely camp there again.

We stayed one night in early May. Weather was not great but the campground was very well taken care of. The staff greeted us like family and checked in with us when we got to our site. We will definitely stay again.

One of the very best KOA campgrounds we have ever stayed at. Bathrooms and laundry room were exceptionally clean. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We were there during some heavy rain and there were no drainage issues at all. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of fun amenities including a gorgeous covered pavilion with lots of nice seating.

Everything you want out of a camp ground. We have a 40' class A towing a 16'trailer and their 80' pull through was perfect. We had a last check in with no reservation and the check in box at the front was so easy to follow, first come first serve. The owners were so kind, laundry room was spotless. Very dog friendly and the seasonal neighbors were all really kind. 10/10
