Excellent staff and activities for the kids. Activities such as wagon rides with bubbles, Bubble foam in the main field, Rocket launching, Ice cream days. Well run campground, very secure. Close to the water if you want to see the boats and boat races. Sites are well kept and clean. Spring and Fall programs are great if you want to leave you trailer for a period of time. Hot tub and 2 pools.

We love the KOA- so much for the kids to do, we will be back next year for Thanksgiving- this will now be our tradition for thanksgiving :)

I was very disappointed with the site we had ( site 127) the amount of money I paid for that site it was very small., no grass which is not good whenbyou have dogs . I will never stay of I have to have these sites.

The campground was well equipped to meet our needs. The staff went out of there way to rearrange the sites so that we could stay on the same site for three nights. The staff tried several ways to help us with cell phone issues. We are from the US. Location was close to 1000 activities. Enjoyed our stay.

We have been to four KOAs in the last two weeks (3 in the US) and this was by far the best campsite we had. We had trees and bush around us and it was nice and private. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Well frankly, you are twice as expensive as all the other campgrounds we have stayed at. Usual fee for 3 services 30 is about 50$ can, you are double, you answer was well it’s koa, i said y’a, never paid this much.

We love that there’s so many activities over the weekend. The kids have tons of fun and we loved the chocolate buffet!!! Thank you for another great weekend!

It’s the staff that make the difference . Jen, Len and Fraser along with all the others (whose names I don’t know) make the stay great . Think the three mentioned should all get a raise …$40. Per hour would be just right .

The campground is not maintained at all. Flower beds are overgrown, pool deck is uneven, hot tub jets not working properly and cold. No effort made into activities for kids. Same thing every weekend. Hardly see the owners. Road into campground is very bumpy and full of pot holes. Public bathrooms not maintained or clean. Nightly rate is much higher than other campgrounds who do much more.

"Quiet Time" is not a concept taken seriously. There was a group of 8 to 10 people partying until after 1.00 AM. They were not playing loud music but were certainly loud. The water pressure was about 15-20 PSI and the flow rate was low. The grounds were not well looked after with weeds growing up between the pavers on the walkways and in the gardens. Great place for kids. I think I will avoid.

Du vacarme après 11 pm Des chiens loussent et qui jappent sans cesse. La piscine n’était pas propre Le terrassement laisse à desirer. La cours était cahoteuse. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y avait pas de pression d’eau.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Met a few part timers and they were helpful. Will return. BTW the Adult’s hot tub was great!

Campground showing its age. We stayed here four years ago and enjoyed our stay. This year only half the jets in hot tub worked . The owners need to put some of the money they are earning and put it back into the Campground. The staff was friendly. This Campground used to be hard to get a site at, during our stay numerous sites were empty.

The location is great for the 1000 Islands and the staff we met were all extremely nice. We were in the large patio site which turned out to be very tired looking, we had to clean the patio and the furniture was all over. The campground, store and overall impression was not what we expected for the price and what was shown in the pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
