we made a online reservation in january for a pull thru and we got a back in. a staff member came into our campsite and told me not to put my cigarette butts in the firepitt. staff were driving quikly thru the empty site beside us.kids running all over the sites at 1030 at night playing lazer tag. internet was terrible. had to walk to the front with garbage. overall bad experience, will not be bac

Having a 34 foot trailer the site was very small and the stones made it hard to walk…..the fire pits not cleaned and garbage on the lot…..couldn’t put a screen house up because of no room but a pop up trailer had a much larger site…better planning the sites needs to be thought about

Great staff and the father/daughter duo running the kids activities were awesome. Fabulous amenities, the pools were a hit and all the facilities were very clean. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Hi Jen I talk to your staff many time about picking up the grass they left on my site # 19, couple weeks ago and they been saying for the last week they will sent someone over to clean it I even offer to clean it my self if they provide me with a rake and Mike said will sent someone over that was last Friday. Also kids with bike with lights on the wheels are biking until 11 pm

We were very satisfied with our stay and see how this campsite appeals to families. One irritation was the wifi and cellular connectivity in the site which was extremely poor dropped multiple times over our long weekend. Room for improvement in maintenance of grass and greenery/garden areas.

Sites need attention. They are very unloved and makes exit/entry stairs to our RV (and from what I saw many others) very difficult. Makes for a very large first step. For the rates being paid I would expect the sites to be at a minimum grated and levelled.

Spent 4 nights here in May 2023 , good location, easy to access, large level sites. Friendly staff. Close to the Waterfront biking trail.

Grounds are not well maintained dog wash not working trees are overgrown coming in contact with rv's and awnings dandelions all over, grass not trimmed and cut Very sad we have been customers for 11 years used to always be a 10 plus. Time to consider another park.

Disappointed. It used to be very clean and kept well. There was no weed eating done ( ie grass not trimmed around. Posts etc). Gardens not cleaned out. Advertised movie and popcorn. There was popcorn but no movie. The campground used to be packed on the KOA cares weekend. It was about 60-70% booked. Nothing creative, nothing new this year.

Most every was as expected. The only drawbacks were that the hot tub was not functioning, store hours were limited and indications that no small propane tanks were collected ... however, owners did indicate they were collecting them and allowed us to leave them behind as they were restarting this service.

Very Disappointing!Pools too cool to actually use, Adult Hot Tub not even open.We own a 38 foot Diesel Motorhome towing a car which was noted on the reservation with a VIP KOA Membership, put in a very small spot, barely large enough for the unit & car, while 20 ft TRAILERS were allowed in larger spots not even present & surrounded by dogs barking OBVIOUSLY REAL MOTORHOMES ARE NO LONGER SUITABLE.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
