We love 1000 Islands KOA. It's clean and the Staff are friendly. The only negative point is the price.

Great time with family , very friendly service And nice camp ground. My only issue was that my 11 year old daughter reported to me that while she was in bath room and just coming out of the shower There was a male janitor in the women’s bathroom. She said there was a few other girls in the bathroom at the time and they were all a bit concerned of him just walking in.

Endroit tranquille le soir pour dormir, mais les terrains pourraient être mieux niveler, j’ai dû ajouter dès bloc pour faire une marche d’accès à ma roulotte. Manque d’activité pour les jeunes.

Quick stay as it was only a stop along the way. Too bad cannot book only 1 night. Paid for 2 even though we only stayed the one. Campground was nice. Pool area was the highlight, especially the adult only hot tub.

Sites were small, fire pits too close to the trailer. Site was not cleaned before we got there.

Reservation tôt au printemps. J’avais demandé 30 Amp et on m’a assigné un terrain de 50 Amp. Alors j’ai du debourse un supplement pour le 50 Amp. Tout le reste du sejour etait bien.

Lovely KOA with fun for all ages. Only recommendation is maybe considering a 2nd bathroom closer to the tenting sites.

When I do my reservation at the 1-800 number... I ask for 3 services and when I look just before my stay.... I see... I just have 2 services... I was not happy.... I need to paid a fees of $20 to get pump out one day!!! When I arrived, I ask for 3 services and they said nothing left.... but close to my place few lot was with 3 services... Your lot was not big at all.

We had a good time. It was disappointing that the family staying at the cabin next to the children’s park kept on smoking pot. I don’t like my children breathing that in. A recommendation that I would have is to change the check in and check out times. When we stay at KOA Cardinal the check in is at 1 and check out is at 12. We found the check out at 11 kind of rushed

Stayed here several years ago was happy then and things have not changed. Little issue with name on reservation but sorted it out with the friendly staff. Will definitely use this KOA if visiting this area again

Stayed at 1000 isl for 3 days. We've stayed many times before. A pretty campground, good sized sites. Clean, well maintained. Helpful staff. Not very convenient to services-Gananoque is about 20 minutes away. No cable, very limited off-air channels. wi-fi quickly overwhelmed as park fills up. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

The pool area with the slide is dangerous, not enought space . Their should be someone to check at the pool, relying on parents is not a good option. our site was perfect, the park is nice, we had free hotdog

We were assigned the worst tent campsite I have ever seen in my life - T8. The price of that site was ridiculous at about 245 dollars. We felt scammed into requesting a better site for 70 dollars more. There is only one bathroom facility and it is very far from the tent sites. I vow to never stay at a KOA campground again.

A staff member who resides in a camp trailer in this KOA blasts his TV from 5 pm until after midnight. When I complained at the desk they lied and said I would need a site number (the guy did not have), and pretended they didn't know who I was referring to. Problem continued; other excuses. I really do not respect liars. 1 bathroom; not cleaned daily. Pools tiny with warm dirty water.

Facility is ok, dated, many things would benefit repair or overhaul. Playground is nice. Staff are not that friendly compared to every other koa we have been to.

Le niveau d’entretient général du camping laisse à désirer. Le camping serait peut-être dû pour une petite rénovation. La qualité principale du camping est son emplacement. Mais, je crois qu’on paie cher pour ce qu’on reçoit.

Terrain en pierre pas de niveau.Rue en gravier, pas de barrière à l’entrée tout le monde même les visiteurs entrent et sortent sans contrôle. Piscines très bien. Accueil excellent.

This park would be better if staff realized the size that larger units need. We are 42 feet long and 2 slide were touching trees and only one awing could be put out part way. When you pay for a pull thru site you should have to back out to leave due to trees, posts and rocks. There are constantly vehicles moving at speeds greater than posted speed, but that is hard to enforce when some staff speed

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
