Great location, we stayed in one of the rustic 1 room cabins for a family of 4. Lots of trees behind the cabins made it feel more like camping. Fun activities for kids, teens might get board. Staff were nice. The 2 pools are small for the number of campers, splash pad was broken. Ants in the cabin, which happens in nature. Not a lot of privacy. Would recommend for family's with young kids.

Pullout futon not comfortable. Do not expect to sleep on it unless you are a child. Very disappointing. Also the kitchen requires more cooking utensils and different sizes of pots there was only 2 large pots. Before I made the bed I had to clean the mattress cover from sand and dirt. Should not have had these problems. Everything else was great!

I think the campground and its amenities are great however our stay in the deluxe cabin #4 was terrible. The queen bed was extremely uncomfortable. The huge gap at the top of the bunk bed ladder made it impossible for my sons to sleep in as they couldn’t get down unassisted. We had to leave after two nights stay which meant our vacation was cut short. It was very disappointing.

The KOA is a lovely location and the grounds are beautiful with the tall trees. If I could make a recommendation please to change the present futon queen bed in the deluxe cabin for six people. The futon as it is, is not for two people. I slept on the futon and you sink right down when you lie on it and you feel the wood frame. Thank you

We were really disappointed. Staff is great but the cabin was not clean adequately! We founds pieces of bracelets and clothing on the floor. The cabin was full of ants which we had never experienced in any other rental cabin anywhere with KOA. The kids activities are not what they used to be! Not enough control from staff to have the rules respected especially around the pool area!

Washrooms need to be cleaned better and more frequently and the gardens are overgrown with weeds. Kids hot tub is no longer heated. Staff was friendly.

The facilities are good. Liked the landscaping/privacy. The cabin I stayed in was dark - the bulb was too dim and the fan was too high to be very effective. So next time I’d bring my own fan. The splash-of at the pool wasn’t working, it would been nice if it was for cooling off without going I. The pool.

We had a great stay! The cabin was well equipped, staff was friendly and facilities were all great. My kids loved the pool. We will come for longer next time! My only small complaint was the price of the firewood. $15 for a small bundle is very expensive. Either charge less for it or allow people to bring their own.

It was our first time at a KOA and it is our new favorite camp site. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights in a deluxe cabin (we are a family of 5). It was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, equipped with all washroom and kitchen accessories. The site also had many activities to keep the kids busy. Wish we stayed longer but we will be coming again to do some camping!

This year we weren't very impressed. The cabin we rented with filthy. Food stuck onto the counters and table, the fridge was dirty and sticky, the floors were disgusting. I spent the first day cleaning. The bathroom smells like urine in the cabin no matter how much I cleaned it, so I assume the tank needs to be emptied. Won't recommend or come back. Which is sad as it was our 4th year there.

We booked in. We bought deluxe cabin as we have every year. It’s always had a hot tub. We check photo map and it states deck with private hottub on website. We arrive. No hot tub. A leak under the sink that cause our dish rack to be moldy which is how I found the leak. Our dishes aren’t greatly cleaned. Our bbq didn’t work. Got told if we didn’t like it we can leave. No apology. 21 years h

The cabin we stayed in was advertised as having a “full bath with shower, patio”. The cabin did not have a tub as shown in the floor plan nor was there a patio. Other than that it was comfortable enough although the beds were very firm. Given the limited cooking facilities I can’t recommend this particular cabin as a good value compared to a motel. We do not have kids to use those facilities

The cabin was just right for us. It had a nice patio and fire pit with good privacy. The playground was great! The dog park was great! The activities were fun! The staff were all super helpful and friendly!

We camped here for the first time for Memorial Day weekend and loved everything about the camp!! The cabins were charming, the staff was helpful and friendly, the area attractions were fabulous!!

Great stay! But the pool hours were not long enough in the evening so unfortunately we couldn’t use it. Longer hours would be great so that you can make a daytrip and enjoy the pool

Stayed in a deluxe cabin. Everything was great and user friendly. BBQ was a little finicky the first night but worked ok the second night so maybe it was just us. Overall very friendly and helpful staff and a great stay! We’ll be back next year.

We booked a six person cabin, For the May long weekend and had plenty of space for company on Sunday. Enjoyed having the BBQ at our site.

The cabin was great. We had a little trouble with the plumbing but was fixed as soon as we informed the Koa. Great for the grandkids. Going back in July.

Had a good weekend in ivy lea. Some minor improvements noted since our last stay. Deck of the cabins appeared to be recently cleaned and they replaced some of the cooking supplies. We had an issue with our AC and hot water but both were addressed quickly by the staff. Continues to be a great place to get away from the city for a few days. Thanks.

We love coming here, this was our second visit this year! The only thing I'd say is the fridge and pullout in our cottage get worse every stay. And the hot tub isn't super hot even with the lid on. But we love the grounds, the staff, the cottage. We would recommend to our friends, and have!

Was a very nice cabin. The sofa definitely needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Had to use it as a extra bed for sleeping and the middle dipped down considerably even just sitting on it. I would also say that the employees were not overly friendly and made it uncomfortable to ask them anything. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

We had a fantastic stay except for the fact that we had a private hot tub and we werent able to use it because they had to drain it before our stay and the fresh water never got hot enough during our stay. That was disappointing

We’ve visited this campground numerous times over the last 6 years. My Grandsons had a great time. They loved the pool, playground and jumping pillow. They participated in the events held on the Saturday and really enjoyed the rocket launch.

The heated pools were not heated. The wifi was terrible. The Kabin we rented was not cleaned- it was tidy, but not cleaned. We found garbage and mud/dirt on the floors. The private hot tub never got above 100°F so it wasn’t much good. Overall, not a good experience. There is great amenities but they are just rundown now, there hasn’t been much upkeep on them. We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
