Facilities were run down: arcade games not working, the cabin's propane BBQ not working, hot tub was lukewarm. There was also a large group that came in at 11:30pm to stay in the cabin next to us and they did not respect the quiet hours, making it a poor sleep for us. Would not recommend.

Our stay was alright. The kampground has gone downhill over the last couple of years. In our Kabin there were several curtains/blinds missing/broken. We had to use a garbage bag for privacy. The mattress is warped and the material has started to crack/break. The shower had black mold growing up the glass doors. Our site had garbage all over the place- there was no effort to clean up.

We usually give you 5 stars, but we stayed in DC1 and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned on arrival, the main bedroom bed had crumbs all over it and the cabin was smelling musty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a deluxe cabin. The campground and cabin were clean and nicely maintained. We enjoyed our night skies and nightly campfires. The staff was helpful and very friendly. It is a beautiful and convenient location to stay and visit the Thousand Islands.

Stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe kabin with bathroom. Kabin was good; however, shower stall was leaking water into the bathroom and soap dispenser was very dirty. Bathroom door would not stay closed and kept sliding open. For the price that I paid, I expect a lot better!

Much needed upgrades noted. Stayed in a deluxe cabin and the mattress is just awful. Indents drastically in the middle so both people roll towards the center of it. BBQ is starting to fall apart with top rack breaking gradually. Seats around the fireplace are rotting, wood needs to be changed. Having said that, it still is a great place to camp but just wish they would invest in some basic stuff.

Although the kids activities are very well done and staff is very helpful The cabins are really LESS than advertised. First, the fans in the cabins are FLITHY. MISSING alot of utensils and little things the are supposed to have. BBQ UTENSILS, serving spoon and forks. Mixing bowls. BBQ is extremely dirty, looks like it has not been cleaned in years. We have been to the site often. Our biggest issue on all of our stays has been the BBQ and Fridge at our site. Each time we have been to the site our BBQ has not worked. Either because the unit is faulty, or the gas is empty. Our fridge had many issues as well, with over freezer.

Great campground & facilities. Deluxe cabin was perfect, well equipped. Lots of activities to do around Gananoque-Kingston area. We’ll be back for sure!

This KOA is run down and very crowded and loud. There was a man who came in to clean the ladies bathroom while women were showering and using the facilities. When I went to the office about it they didn't care. The staff here are not very friendly. We had people looking into our camping cabin in the middle of the night as well with flashlights. Awful experience here. Will not stay again.

Cabin was roomy and well stocked with cookware. Cleaning of ALL doors needed - gross. Lacked proper/enough silverware. Mattress covers and pullout couch mattress were obviously not cleaned/vacuumed prior to our arrival. Good activities for kids. Nice playground and pool. Our cabin was beside dog park so smelled like dog crap (move pail + use smaller can to be changed more frequently)

I would say that the deluxe cabins are just "ok". They were fine for a couple nights, but the beds are old, the furniture is old and the overall appearance of the cabins is dated (not rustic, just old and dated). I would also say that the cost/night is not great value; at $250/night, you could stay in at nicer hotel. However, the overall KOA at Ivy Lea was great and the kids loved the amenities.

We've been coming for 6 years and LOVE IT. However we were incredibly disappointed that the hot tub at our cottage was removed and it wasn't noted anywhere online or at check in. Also, we'd love if the pullout couch could be fixed, it's been broken all 6 years (we've figured out how to flip it over and put it back though) Staff is lovely, cottage is like a home away from home. We always recommend!

Excellent cleanliness (cabin as well as sanitary block). I just wish we weren't so crammed in. There was a pickup truck parked right next to our cabin, their tailgate about 2 feet from our porch, so not much of a camping feel, more like a parking lot feel...

Friendly staff. Good facilities. Slightly tired wooden cabin but good BBQ and fire pit provided. Pool and hot tub clean and in good condition. Shop had good coffee and good selection of products available.

We stayed at a cabin. Staff was nice, the place was clean. The only thing was that our BBQ propane was empty when we were about to start diner, but we have informed the desk and they have resolved it pretty quickly. The check out time was at 10am, a bit too early (11am would have been better). We recommend this place, no hesitation!

Would be nice to have blinds or curtains on front doors as people sleeping on futon in front room. An extra garbage bag for kitchen would be preferred.

This is our third time staying at the KOA Ivy Lea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were highly satisfied with the deluxe cabin we rented for three nights. The KOA cabin was the centre of our family celebration of our 45th anniversary. Our Grandchildren loved the proximity to the playground area and the pool. I would encourage any family to stay at the KOA Ivy Lea!!

Seriously if we had known how awesome the cabin stay was we would never have done the trailer thing and would prob still be camping....All of our clients now know about you and this amazing place....the dog park really helped especially with some of our dogs that will only go to the bathroom off leash....you made this so easy for us...

Kabin was nicely located and clean. Unfortunately maintenance on existing infrastructure and attractions is non existent. The arcade for example is non existent. 3 out of the 4 games are out of service. The store is sparsely stocked. The peddle go karts are old, barely functioning and in need of major repairs, but you still charge $7/ 30 mins. At $160/night I was hoping for a bit more.

The only couple suggestions is that the little cabins would be even better if they had a screened in section on the front porch to expand the cabin a bit when it’s pouring rain. The other is better door stoppers to the bathroom other than huge rocks because my mom tripped over the rock and hurt fell and hurt her ribs on the rock.

We stayed in DC5 - which is the largest and most expensive cottage. The flooring was falling apart, the shower had stains all over it and I'd highly recommend that for the bedrooms, darker curtains are used. We have small children and the sun was up at 5am and so were they. It would be great to have the ability to make the room darker.

I loved the extras in the cabin like the portable fan, light fan, BBQ lighter and mini heater. These were all items I thought about but didn’t bring. They were appreciated even though we didn’t use them.

We stayed at KOA Ivy Lee to meet our friends who were travelling. The deluxe cabin was comfortable but it is tiny. We invited them to play cards in the evening and it was cramped space. The table is attached to the wall so you can’t sit 4 people around it. The cabin was clean and equipped with dishes and cutlery. The park is nice and it is close to Gananoque. It was a enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
