I drive a 44 foot motorhome that needs a large angle to come in to a site. I drove to Site G7 and made my normal angle to park in properly in the site but there is a tree with strong branches that caught my passenger side mirror and BROKE THE MIRROR. That tree is not even nice looking and should have been removed long ago. Now I'm driving out with a mirror missing which is very dangerous.

KOA Ivy Lea for me is one of the best places to go camping. Lots of nature, friendly staff and their location are great. I wish we lived closer so my family could go there more often. Only downside is that the washrooms need a little renovation.

The campground was great for our grandkids - in so far as the programs offered and the staff who ran them. But we were 2 sites down from a rental unit that had a MAJOR issue with the sewar line We smelled it all weekend.... Never saw anyone from the campground come and deal with it and the big wet puddle beside the site on side of laneway. The pool area could use a bit of TLC

Très agréable, nous avons eu le calme que nous recherchions. Par contre nous avons été déçu du fait qu’il n’ait pas de grilles pour les bbq et qu’il y ait plein de petits déchets dans les emplacements (surtout de tentes) Même si ce n’est pas quelque chose que nous aimons faire, nous avons apprécié toutes les activités offertes

Loved all the activities they had for the kids . The bathroom floors were always very wet with a lot of water on them that made it very dry and Slippy. And not nice to see and change in .

Nice place, Thank you. The smell from the Diesel exhaust of the Kubota and Side by Side was unpleasant, please go electric. Also, too many dogs peeing everywhere.

It’s too expensive for what we had. My site 123 was very small, not enough place to be 5 around the fire pit. The pool area is too small (two tiny pool). Not enough restroom for tent site. There was a lot activities for kids The service was good.

Bel emplacement calme.près des activités. Amusement prévu pour la Fête du Canada. A améliorer , odeur d’égout sur les terrains et propreté de l’eau à la piscine lors des journées achanlandée (débris d’arbre en surface )

Staff were friendly and the activities and free treats were unexpected, appreciated and lots of fun for the kids. Activities staff were so good with the kids. The pool could have been cleaner. We would visit KOA again.

We came to see what it was like before booking an extended stay. Very disappointing. Better campground with more room, and closer to town, just down the road. Asked for a pull through. Too tight to pull through and had to back out. Multiple pools but all are very small and not big enough to really meet campground capacity. Playground was very nice. Not worth the money. Sorry!

We had a great stay! The cabin was well equipped, staff was friendly and facilities were all great. My kids loved the pool. We will come for longer next time! My only small complaint was the price of the firewood. $15 for a small bundle is very expensive. Either charge less for it or allow people to bring their own.

The last time we were at this KOA was 2013. We stayed in a cabin on that occasion and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However this was not the case this time. The facilities are not being maintained to a high standard which is what I areexpect at a KOA. The areas around the campsites & cabins are overgrown with brush and weeds. The children's play area appears to be in good shape, but I'm not a child

It was our first time at a KOA and it is our new favorite camp site. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights in a deluxe cabin (we are a family of 5). It was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, equipped with all washroom and kitchen accessories. The site also had many activities to keep the kids busy. Wish we stayed longer but we will be coming again to do some camping!

We had site 128 which is a sewer clean out location. It smelle like a sewer all weekend so not a pleasant stay. Park is decent. Workers came by and had a look at the sewer but nothing was done. I overpaid for the experience.

We love how clean and well organized this campground is. A lot of trees still offers some sense of camping, the many activities and dog park are great for families with kids and pets. We will be returning!

This year we weren't very impressed. The cabin we rented with filthy. Food stuck onto the counters and table, the fridge was dirty and sticky, the floors were disgusting. I spent the first day cleaning. The bathroom smells like urine in the cabin no matter how much I cleaned it, so I assume the tank needs to be emptied. Won't recommend or come back. Which is sad as it was our 4th year there.

We booked in. We bought deluxe cabin as we have every year. It’s always had a hot tub. We check photo map and it states deck with private hottub on website. We arrive. No hot tub. A leak under the sink that cause our dish rack to be moldy which is how I found the leak. Our dishes aren’t greatly cleaned. Our bbq didn’t work. Got told if we didn’t like it we can leave. No apology. 21 years h

Trees need to be trimmed. My RV is full of scratches because your roads are too tight and trees branches scraped against my RV.

Very nice campground. A big thank you for dust control on the main road coming into the campground. Internal campground roads could use the same dust control or enforce the speed limit. Really appreciate what has been done to the main road.

My wife and I had a great time at your park. My fire pit was all broken up and not to the standards of all the other KOA parks that we have stayed at. And my wife thought that the grass was a little too long but other than that we loved our stay and will stay with you on our way to Newfoundland next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
