Rv site was small and tightly packed, staff on autopilot, playground and bouncing pillow were LORD OF THE FLIES no supervision; despite the “life time ban” for doing acrobatics warning printed on the ballon kids did acrobatics heedless of others (unenforced printed warning may suffice to dodge legal responsibility but not civic/moral one), and advertised Wi-Fi did not work ever.

Lovely stay. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. Pet friendly and child friendly. Play structures do need some maintenance however.

I loved the extras in the cabin like the portable fan, light fan, BBQ lighter and mini heater. These were all items I thought about but didn’t bring. They were appreciated even though we didn’t use them.

We love 1000 Islands KOA. It's clean and the Staff are friendly. The only negative point is the price.

Great time with family , very friendly service And nice camp ground. My only issue was that my 11 year old daughter reported to me that while she was in bath room and just coming out of the shower There was a male janitor in the women’s bathroom. She said there was a few other girls in the bathroom at the time and they were all a bit concerned of him just walking in.

We stayed at KOA Ivy Lee to meet our friends who were travelling. The deluxe cabin was comfortable but it is tiny. We invited them to play cards in the evening and it was cramped space. The table is attached to the wall so you can’t sit 4 people around it. The cabin was clean and equipped with dishes and cutlery. The park is nice and it is close to Gananoque. It was a enjoyable stay.

Moyen. Le site sans service où nous étions était très tranquille a l’écart de tout, ce que nous recherchions. Par conséquent, le prix moyen de $80 par nuit sans service est exorbitant comparativement au SEPAQ de $30. À ce prix je m’attendais à des douches propres mais c’est pas agréable … pendant que pleins d’employés n’avaient rien à faire dans la boutique, ils pourraie

Endroit tranquille le soir pour dormir, mais les terrains pourraient être mieux niveler, j’ai dû ajouter dès bloc pour faire une marche d’accès à ma roulotte. Manque d’activité pour les jeunes.

Quick stay as it was only a stop along the way. Too bad cannot book only 1 night. Paid for 2 even though we only stayed the one. Campground was nice. Pool area was the highlight, especially the adult only hot tub.

Reservation tôt au printemps. J’avais demandé 30 Amp et on m’a assigné un terrain de 50 Amp. Alors j’ai du debourse un supplement pour le 50 Amp. Tout le reste du sejour etait bien.

Lovely KOA with fun for all ages. Only recommendation is maybe considering a 2nd bathroom closer to the tenting sites.

The lady at the front desk wasn't the most pleasant person. We went to the site and it didn't work for us as it was too small and up on a hill. I came in a f-250 truck and seadoos went back to the office asking for a different site and she didn't seem to want to give me another one until I kept constantly saying that the site we were given isn't going to work it was too small.

When I do my reservation at the 1-800 number... I ask for 3 services and when I look just before my stay.... I see... I just have 2 services... I was not happy.... I need to paid a fees of $20 to get pump out one day!!! When I arrived, I ask for 3 services and they said nothing left.... but close to my place few lot was with 3 services... Your lot was not big at all.

We had a good time. It was disappointing that the family staying at the cabin next to the children’s park kept on smoking pot. I don’t like my children breathing that in. A recommendation that I would have is to change the check in and check out times. When we stay at KOA Cardinal the check in is at 1 and check out is at 12. We found the check out at 11 kind of rushed

Stayed here several years ago was happy then and things have not changed. Little issue with name on reservation but sorted it out with the friendly staff. Will definitely use this KOA if visiting this area again

Stayed at 1000 isl for 3 days. We've stayed many times before. A pretty campground, good sized sites. Clean, well maintained. Helpful staff. Not very convenient to services-Gananoque is about 20 minutes away. No cable, very limited off-air channels. wi-fi quickly overwhelmed as park fills up. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
