We were told that there weren’t many sites available but there were lots of empty sites and our site wasn’t very good. It was ok.

Cabin was roomy and well stocked with cookware. Cleaning of ALL doors needed - gross. Lacked proper/enough silverware. Mattress covers and pullout couch mattress were obviously not cleaned/vacuumed prior to our arrival. Good activities for kids. Nice playground and pool. Our cabin was beside dog park so smelled like dog crap (move pail + use smaller can to be changed more frequently)

Val was very pleasant and friendly. Nice park in a great location. Issue with using our points as partial payment for our night stay.

I would say that the deluxe cabins are just "ok". They were fine for a couple nights, but the beds are old, the furniture is old and the overall appearance of the cabins is dated (not rustic, just old and dated). I would also say that the cost/night is not great value; at $250/night, you could stay in at nicer hotel. However, the overall KOA at Ivy Lea was great and the kids loved the amenities.

We have stayed at this KOA multiple times over the years and was impressed. We stopped in this last week and ended our stay early as the facilities were not up to date or clean with having a fowl oder in restrooms. The park looks run down and in need of some updating. If you are looking for wifi throughout the park as advertised it doesn’t work. Very disappointing and over priced for what it is

I’ve been coming to your location for 20 years or so with my daughters…they were 4 and 8, how 24 and 28…it’s our daddy daughter time!

We had a wonderful time - loved the activities, the amenities and the location to other things we wanted to do! Had a great time with our family. The only drawback was lack of trees and therefore lack of place to hang a clothes line so lots of stinky towels... for sites without any trees, would it be possible to have a retractable clothing line to support drying of all the wet items!?

Sites are very expensive and small. Grass areas are not very well maintained and only half cut.

We've been coming for 6 years and LOVE IT. However we were incredibly disappointed that the hot tub at our cottage was removed and it wasn't noted anywhere online or at check in. Also, we'd love if the pullout couch could be fixed, it's been broken all 6 years (we've figured out how to flip it over and put it back though) Staff is lovely, cottage is like a home away from home. We always recommend!

The campground was packed tightly with big RV’s. There is no privacy. The WiFi doesn’t work. Fire pits are very run down and many are placed under the trees that is not very safe. If you are a nature lover it is better to camp in national parks.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Campground was clean and maintained. Our site was full of tree roots and I did break my toe on one but I survived! I enjoyed the activities daily. This is a very family friendly camping experience. I will return!

Camp was very nice, thought the camp staff could have done more, as in making sure campers water hook up where not leaking, lots where good sizes yes need more trimming dead branches.

Great location, lots of fun things to do for the kids. Friendly staff only fault would be to maybe clean up the shower area, bathrooms are nice but the showers needed some elbow grease other than that we had a great stay,

We had a very good experience with our stay. The only complaint we would have if the cleanliness of the washrooms/shower. More rounds between clean up would be greatly appreciated by campers.

It was an amazing stay and final night to our camping week! We definitely hope to be back. All of the amenities were great and our campsite had everything we could ask for. The only two negatives, were coming from the kids, one being that most of the arcade games were out of order and that the hot tub was adults only - they were super sad they couldn't warm up in it. All else on point!

Excellent cleanliness (cabin as well as sanitary block). I just wish we weren't so crammed in. There was a pickup truck parked right next to our cabin, their tailgate about 2 feet from our porch, so not much of a camping feel, more like a parking lot feel...

Friendly staff. Good facilities. Slightly tired wooden cabin but good BBQ and fire pit provided. Pool and hot tub clean and in good condition. Shop had good coffee and good selection of products available.

Never disappointed . Stayed on site 21 . Host were very accommodating as we had two other couples travelling with us,so they put us close to each other. Fantastic atmosphere. Will stay again when we are back East .

Amenities were decent. Pool was great, but no lights to play foosball in the gaming room :( Our camping spot was great. Bathrooms were pretty gross, specifically the showers. I’ve stayed at another KOA that had much cleaner and nicer bathrooms/showers.

I had an amazing time with my girls and cousins! The whole experience was enjoyable. The sites are beautiful and the staff are very friendly. I felt comfortable letting my girls go explore alone, and the open 24\7 bathrooms are definitely a bonus! The park is big, the jumping pillows are fun, the dog park is amazing and the itinerary is great. Never a boring moment for the kids!

We stayed at a cabin. Staff was nice, the place was clean. The only thing was that our BBQ propane was empty when we were about to start diner, but we have informed the desk and they have resolved it pretty quickly. The check out time was at 10am, a bit too early (11am would have been better). We recommend this place, no hesitation!

Spent one night on site 32 . Nice clean site , had to unhook we were moving to a different site the following day. Good water pressure, a little tight for a 42 ft fifth wheel.

Bonjour. Beau terrain de camping dans l’ensemble. Il faudrait toutefois améliorer l’entretien des salles de toilette. Cabines de douche, planchers, toilettes et lavabos auraient eu grand besoin d’un nettoyage régulier… Pour le reste, belles installations et j’y retournerais!

Most of the staff was super friendly. There were a lot of grass clippings on my tent site which I had to arrange to have removed so as not to track any into my tent or car. There was a ring of dirt around the top walls of the hot tub. The gardens were over grown and look unkept. Things were out of order and in disrepair. The camp looked tired and worn.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
