Nous n’avons été qu’une nuit et nous sommes arrivés tard le 18 juin. Mais l’accueil est vraiment bien et accommodante. J’ai bien apprécié le fait de me faire demander si j’aimerais qu’on me parle en français ou en anglais.Et le camping en générale parrait chaleureux et le personnel proche des gens qui viennent y faire leur vacances.

Despite the 2 power outages, a stormy Thursday, and the cool/windy weather for Father's Day weekday, we had a great time at KOA 1000 Is/Ivy Lea. The park was clean, campers were friendly, firewood was dry and made a great camp fire for 2 night, and the camp services were excellent. To top it all off, we also enjoyed the Sunday morning complimentary pancake breakfast. Can't top that. Cheers.

Unfortunately this campground is not what it was 5 years ago. Sites need to be levelled as well as the fire pits. Grounds need trimming and grooming. Trees are overgrown, bigger campers will hit branches going in and out. Roads need to have more gravel added as there are many potholes round the campsite. Bathrooms and showers are very clean. New owners should visit neighbouring KOA’s to compare

The site was very tired. Staff were not that friendly. Seemed like they always had the bathroom closed for cleaning for an hour at a time multiple times a day. They had water problems. We paid for a hook up site and they shut the water down for over a day, so we left a day early. People in the site were very rude. If you said hi they gave you a dirty look. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

Great campground, and grass was nicely cut and the grounds were neat. Mower operator, Len was very respectful as not to disturb campers as much as possible. My only complaint would be that campground roads badly needed dust control.

Needs a major cleanup. Very disappointed. Flower beds overgrown, pool deck full of weeds, slide unsafe, playground totally unsafe, missing parts, holes in equipment. The one thing I will give them is the bathroom was clean. This could be a beautiful campground but owners need to do some much needed work. For a KOA this is the worst one we have ever stayed at.

Really liked the campground, our site was close to the septic system so would stay at another site next time due to the occasional septic smell.

In the past this has been our favorite KOA, but this year we were a bit disappointed. The hot tub (the reason we booked the cabin we did) was absolutely filthy. When we complained, it was "cleaned" but was still very dirty. The kitchen is completely infested with tiny ants. It was just a bit disappointing in comparison to other years.

This is the second time we stayed here, first time we rented the deluxe cabin with he kids, this time was just my wife and I. We really enjoyed it, the BBQ starter switch wasn't working and we ment to mention it (CK3). We have booked another stay for September the kids are very very excited to come back.

Our site was not well maintained - weeds, tall grass, dead shrubs and trash on the site. The website contained false information about discounted activities in the area. Quiet hours weren't enforced.

We have stayed in many KOA’s across Canada and the US. We were disappointed by the weeds everywhere, the un level paver stones near pool, which were a tripping hazard, the weed trimming behind our site on Saturday so loud we could not have a conversation, the coarse stone on the lot which was hard on the feet. The price per night was not worth it.

We arrived after the store had closed and were able to choose whatever site we wanted. The next day we met the staff and they were very amicable and professional. The washrooms were very clean as they were last year as well. Even though it was only a one night stay we were very pleased with the Ivy Lea KOA campgrounds.

Good journey location for US citizens entering Canada. Site 24 was reasonably level and long enough for remain hitched (38 ft overall). Laundry was easy to use and well maintained. Staff was friendly and professional. Restrooms beneath the office were large, clean, and fully functional. Nearest ATM is in Gananoque, which has all services. Lighting was not objectionable. Had some standing water.

After reading such bad reviews about this MOA I expected it to be marginal. In fact, it was fine. Yes, the WiFi was limp and most of the campers there appeared to be simply stored, but the grounds were nice and the staff helpful. It was quiet (well, there were only a few other campers there so that’s not a good measure). All in all, not a bad place.

It was an OK stay. The people at check-in were friendly and helpful. Nice hiking trails and other things to do around there. We didn't really do much inside the Kampground though. Not sure if I'd go back soon though. The sites are small and there wasn't a real patio like we were expecting. The ground was just some gravel with a patio table and chairs.

Love the pool, hot tub, and outdoor fitness park. Staff was very accommodating regarding site changes and the is a great selection of activities. Nice to be so close to the bike path.

Our stay was great!! Only problem was water pressure in the women's shower!! Staff was very informative and pleasant. Everything was well planned out, the facility and campground was very clean.

Check in was quick and efficient. The site we had was very tight. We have a large RV with pull outs and we had the same on both sides. once set up there was barely any space for the pick nic table. we stayed there in the past and had a better site. Not a pleasant site. Good for one night in transit, but not for a weekend get away.

This was far the best camp site i-have stayed in canada. I wish i knew of it before, and would definitely the best camp site to go with kids. They had so many activities for children, foam machine, tie and dye, food stall, Sunday pancakes, movie night, pool and the hot tub. The toilet were immaculate clean. They even had a laundry which was a game changer. I cannot say anything bad about the it.

We love camping at the Ivy Lea KOA. There are lots of activities for the family. The campground is clean and all of the staff is amazing. We have camped here for years and will continue to do so. We highly recommend the Ivy Lea KOA.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
