Enjoyed our stay especially the hot tub :). I tried the hiking trail that starts behind the store. I doesn't appear to be maintained anymore which is unfortunate especially for a memorial trail. Love the multiple programs which run daily mainly for the kids and sometimes adults. I'm still struggling a bit with the high cost of camping post-covid which is unfortunate. Thank you.

We were very disappointed with the campground. The website really builds up and glorifies this campground, however once you arrive you realize what you have been told via website and staff of the KOA that what is advertised and what is reality do not line up. The campground is very run down and not well maintained. The pools are tiny, and activities advertised on website we struggled to find & do.

Sadly the campground needs some upkeeps at the pool and hot tub. I personally had to tell the front desk staff that the hot tub needed to be cleaned. There was a ring if filth that had been there for 4 days and nobody did anything until i complained. The hot tub also has more then half if the jets not working at all.

We had a great stay at Ivy Lea, nice starting point to explore the thousand islands. The campground has lots to offer for all ages. Must be said that the rates to stay are on the expensive side.

Nous avions un beau terrain tranquilles et ombragé pour notre tente. Le camping est propre et les toilettes/douches aussi! Les enfants ont adoré le camping car il y a pleins d'Activités pour eux. Nous allons y retourner

Beau camping. Pression d’eau un peu trop basse. Nous avons dû utiliser notre réservoir interne pour la douche.

Campsite is great for kids and our lot was spacious and clean. Only complaint I have is the wifi is terrible. Doesn’t work most of the time.

Camp sites to close, no enough privacy. Very uncomfortable to have neighbour too close. WIFI horrible, no good signal anywhere. I doubt to come back.

Despite assurances that hot tub was working, over half the jets were not! Told hot tub was fixed from last year when NONE of the jets were working. A YEAR to fix it and still not? Place is starting to decline. Shower curtain needing replacement. Other small fixes as well. Can't understand why all charges(ice, wood) can’t be processed in ONE transaction on day of departure. Back to Brighton KOA!

1 night stay on route home to Cape Cod. Everything was great. Utilities all 100%. Campground very clean and all amenities excellent. Customer service way above average. Thank you.

Very inconsistent water pressure at our rv site. So bad at times, you couldn’t shower or wash dishes. Gardens, walkways and playgrounds are overgrown with weeds. Notice was posted that the pool closes at 6pm Sun-Wed. Might be different for the summer. Staff is uncaring and go through the motions. There has been no visible investment into the campground. Looking run down.

Most things were good. Bathrooms could have been cleaned a touch more often on the day it rained. The wifi was terrible. We asked about this beforehand and were told it’s usually ok. Seasonal campers on-site told us it almost never works properly. We had to use our cell phone data instead.

Clean, neat and quiet. Staff friendly and accommodating. Only complaint, the long gravel laneway from the highway to the office has no dust control. I washed and detailed my motorhome and Jeep for 4 hours prior and was filthy and covered in dust/dirt by the time I got to the office. Total waste of time washing. Some calcium on the road would solve this... Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Personnel sympathique, endroit bien entretenu, c'est vraiment propre. Seul petit problème, il n'y avait pas de savon ni de rince dans le système de douche pour chiens. Donc, 10$ pour mouiller et sécher...

Staff from our greeting to our departure were friendly and courteous! The sites were clean, access for our RV was sufficient! Some sites were definitely tight, but ours was perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

booked site 3 months in advance, wanted a party booking with 2 other families, at check in our sites were close but not together, on top of that my site still had a trailer in it and they could not find the owner. I sat and waited , finally found the owner of the trailer at 2:30 PM, he was in Ottawa, I would have to wait until he got back to get my site. unacceptable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. However the boys were sad that the arcade was under construction. It was very clean and they had daily activities for the kids which we appreciate.

We liked that the campground was clean, tiddy, and that the permanent sites were not treated as a personal 'dumping ground' as we have witnessed at other parks. We appreciated what appeared to be a level of attention to detail and overall cleanliness. Thanks!

The pool area needs some work..should install a splash pad for the younger children. The gardens need alittle tlc. The office closed too early. Our site was nice with a bistro and some shade.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
