Had no issues during 7 night stay. Seemed to be lots for kids, we were adults only. Booked a garden site but it wasn't much of a garden, some rocks edged the area & plants, they were quite weedy and overgrown. Had a picnic table, small table, 4 chairs with umbrella. All sites not large and not completely level. Good proximity to Gananoque & bike path. Might try elsewhere next time.

I love your place, I’ve been there for 3 years consecutively but this year has been the worst campaign ground spot that I had. But is not going to stopped me from coming back. Thank you to the workers that they all try to help us to fix the problems with the site.I hope next year I’ll get a better site.

I did not enjoy my experience at all. There were a number of things that needed to be repaired. Also the number one issue was that I reserved a tent site with a grass pad and was given one with gravel and when I complained to the staff they told me there was nothing they could do. I will never stay again and I also feel like I was cheated out of my money.

Pros: Great site for families with lots of activities for children. The staff was great/friendly. The bathrooms were kept impressively clean. Cons: We were disappointed that there was no swimming in the 1000 Islands from the campgrounds. Unfortunately the women’s shower water pressure was poor. For the price, 11 am check out seems unnecessarily early.

We had an amazing time! very close to all the attractions in Gananoque and 1000 Islands! The campground was awesome and run by great and friendly people! The spot we were assigned was great for our equipment, tanning, cooking and dining in the outdoors!

We were very up set when we left. One of the maintenance workers started cutting are grass at 10am long before check out time. Cutting all around us very close as we were trying to pack up. All off a sudden he hit a golf ball size stone with the mower. It shot out and smashed or trailer narrowly missing the kids that were playing on the ground. Dangerous and unacceptable.

45 footer on a 30 foot pull threw lot it is a huge parking lot, No water pressure very bad trees clearance. Front desk staff did not know her site had us going the wrong way. They had VIP site that looks like stuck in time

This KOA had all the amenities I expected from a KOA including a pool, activities, playground and laundry room. The only aspect that was lacking was wifi. They need to do better in this area for the price they charge.

Amazing stay. Lovely place for family time with kids. So many fun things to do (swimming, campfires, tie dye tshirts, foam machine, rocket launching, ice cream floats). Staff very friendly. Our 4 year old daughter fell in love with one of the activities coordinator (hi Emma!). We will definitely be back next year.

Site 16 was our spot. It was dirty…cigarette butts, garbage littering the spot. Neighbours have clotheslines everywhere.

A nice area. However, the sites in comparison to some other KOA's are small. We were surprised that there seemed to be only one washroom location in the entire KOA the WiFi here might as well be non existant, we were able to acquire a signal for perhaps 5-10 minutes during our overnight stay. Also, WiFi that does not even provide minimal security is unacceptable.

A very family friendly park with lots of activities for the kids. Staff were very accommodating and friendly . We really appreciated how pet friendly the park was.

Surprised that we had to pay for the rockets activity, also lots of dog poop in the dog park from inconsiderate dog owners, wifi was not working. But…the park is lovely, the activities were awesome for my kids, the staff were so friendly and we had an amazing time!! A suggestion to allow kids in the adult only hot tub for a designated hour or have the pools open later for an adult only time?

The only thing I did not like was the pool area. The pools were too small for the quantity of users and the water not at all appealing (blury). Other than that, great activities for the kids. We realy enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a blast at this location. Staff were extremely helpful and took pride of the camp grounds. Bathrooms, campsites and cabins super clean. Disappointed in the size of the pools and not being monitored by staff. Unfortunately some families don’t believe in following rules and drank alcohol in glass bottles and allowed their children in the adults only spa. Everything else was amazing.

We've stayed here every year for 15 years. It's getting a little tired. The store has bare bones stuff. The cabins need better lighting or a screen door. Otherwise, it's comfortable and good for small kids.

Was a great stay. Had a power failure that eventually affected the entire park. But was very clean, friendly and our son had a blast in the pool, park, and jumping pillow.

great place, lots for the kids to do , sites are okay , it is a little pricey per night , we have found other KOA Holidays or resorts which were not as expensive but overall we like the KOA experience and will stay again

Overall, the kids had a fun time. The pool area was a major concern. There are loose patio stones surrounding the pool which are very dangerous. The uneven pool area is an accident waiting to happen. I also think there needs to be a staff member on the pool deck to monitor the slide usage. There were too many kids trying to use it at once and adults should not be allowed on the slide.

It was fantastic. We have never been to a campsite that has so much to do. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub The only thing that was disappointing was there was no canteen to buy hot food.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Lea KOA! This was our first time visiting a KOA so we weren't quite sure what to expect. The staff at the front office was very welcoming. We stayed in the 4-person cabin with the full bathroom. It was the perfect size for our little family. It seemed pretty clean at first glance but I would suggest a bit more attention to detail go in to cleaning between guests. We found quite a few mouse droppings in the cabin, though we appreciate that the cabin was equipped with pest repellent plug-ins. The staff was prompt in addressing an issue with the toilet in our cabin not flushing when we first arrived. After that, we found that the shower was also not draining. Those are probably a couple of things that could have been addressed when the unit was being cleaned before our arrival. The grounds were pretty well maintained, but some work could go into revitalizing the flower beds and areas around the pool and parks since there were a lot of overgrown weeds in those areas. Our toddler enjoyed the park and the pool. We would definitely return for another trip!

This is a fabulous KOA. The pools are clean and safe the park and bouncy pillow are huge! The staff are helpful and kind. Our site was fantastic well kept and very big as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.
