Campground Specific Cancellation Policy
IVY LEA KOA CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
ATTENTION: This policy is DIFFERENT from the National Policy. Tent and RV Sites require 7 day confirmed notice prior to arrival date
Kabins - 21 days confirmed notice prior to arrival date. Lodges - 21 days confirmed notice prior to arrival date. "Holiday Special events" all sites 21 days Kabins and Lodges are not eligible for a refund up on early check out. Holiday/ Special Events Dates These dates include all of July/ August, and all weekends. Plus Fall Fest, Chocolate Weekend Please Note: You have 24 hours from the time of making your reservation to decline our cancellation policy and cancel your reservation with a FULL refund. Contact must be made by phoning 613 -659-2817 and speaking to a Guest Services Manager. Please do not call the 1-800 number as you may reach our call center and they cannot assist you in this matter.
National Cancellation Guideline
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Deadlines:
- RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
- Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details:
- Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
- Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
- No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
- Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
- The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
- Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
