Full Hook up is nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sites are too close together. No privacy. A tent was set up right next to our deer hookup. I can’t imagine that was pleasant. One night they built a fire on ‘their’ site. The smoke was in our campsite and I worried about flying embers ruining our RV side panel. Dangerous in my opinion. It was very dry and no fires should be

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I called to let them know we would be late on arrival due to a couple of really bad car accidents that delayed us several hours. We were told not to worry our spot is still waiting for us and it was. We couldn't ask for better group of people always willing to help with directions or physically lend a hand. Thank you for making our stay a great one!

The regular spots are TOO tight! Will only stay in a deluxe or patio spot if we go back. The cabin was very dusty and light bulbs were blown, and some of the workers could be more polite.

We stayed in site 91. We were here to pick up our grandson from his other grandmother who lives in Virginia. Overall the park us nice, clean and quiet but the sites are just too close for the price.

We enjoyed the park. The swimming pond was great. We had a concrete patio that was nice. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because some people may expect a bit more luxury. We would stay again. Staff and owners were super friendly.

We stay here as a one night stop on the way to family in Ohio. The people in the store are very helpful and pleasant. We are always looking for what new they have added to the campground. Thank you for a nice place to rest!

The customer service was great. Sites are a little small. Laundry room needs better equipment. Playground needs more for the kids. The pond and inflatables were awesome.

The park is nice enough & handy to stores for quick shopping. Staff is friendly. We have been there before but this time the grass and weeds were up over shoes and the bathroom/shower house was dirty & smelly for the 3 days we were there. This after reporting it twice. No one cleaned it. Understanding it had rained for some days, but no rain for the 3 days we were there.

We needed an immediate stay and they accommodated us happily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Easy in our spot and easy out the next morning. Awesome overnight stay.

Campground was clean and well maintained. Really appreciated the concrete pads. Had a site with a stamped concrete patio, patio furniture, grill and fire ring. Exceptional. More landscaping would always be nice. Had a short outage, but power was restored timely so no major issue. Stayed one overnight on the way from MI to NC - made sure to do the same on the way back. will repeat!

On our online reservation we requested a satellite friendly site and we were placed under one of the largest trees on the property which made satellite reception a challenge. Thankfully the park cable saved us. Then there was the issue of mud due to heavy rains since the sites are grass.

Campground was nice, our lot was nice for us, we have a 30 ft. travel trailer. Older lady in the office was very rude. Took my dog for a walk; was standing by the stairs that go down to the beach and she started pecking on the window and wagging her finger at me. I knew pets were not allowed on the beach, I could read the sign. Felt like I was 6 yrs old not 60! Neighbors had a similar interaction

Only problem is getting in off highway. Very sharp turn and poor signage while heading east. Pass it before seeing road. However once there it’s very nice.

There is a lot for kids to do but we did not have any children with us. The sites are very close together with no privacy. The noise from the highway is constant. Inside the park, the campers were friendly and quiet. The staff were friendly. Did not use the laundry or bathhouse.

Very friendly staff. Restrooms and showers ok. Some sights are being doubled up on and have to share one electric box. If your 30 amp and 50 amp you share a box. My camper was 1ft from my neighbors. I thought they were going to hit my trailer.

We weren't there long, but we wish we were. Very nice, A little tight quarters, but I called to make sure we would be able to pull through easy, and they made it happen. We got a great spot near the entrance. The turn into the campground is sharp, so plan for a sharp turn. We made it with a 31 foot motorhoem towing. Grounds and pond look amazing.

We stay here every year for an overnight on our way back home from OBX to St. Louis. Really the only reason we stay there is location. Would not stay here otherwise. We don’t like how everyone is crammed in there like sardines. We got a “premium” site this year because we got a bigger camper and was hoping we’d have more space and it would be easier to get in and out of. Not really.

Awesome find!! I needed a place with my dog for one night that was affordable. Here it is! These little rustic cabins are perfect! Grassy with a fire pit table swing on the porch! Comfortable bed, simple. Bring some blankets and pillows. The hosts were absolutely hospitable! Super kind! It's close to the hwy, so it's not good for a lite sleeper. I was able to sleep fine!

We stayed in Cabin 2 it was a nice cabin for 4 only 2 of us. We have stayed before. Clean and nice 2 tvs. Burner to cook on no stove only in lodge. Big fridge. Resteraunts and shopping close by. Nice staff had to call to figure out how to turn the heat on, the first night. A guy came right over and explained it to us. Nice quiet campground. Some campers was here one right beside us but still no noise. It is beside of the interstate but no worse than at home. If you have a big camper I'd suggest getting off at the mall exit and coming back up route 60 sharp turn if you come through Milton. Flea market close by.
