Nice folks, very helpful and accommodating, staff escorts you to your site. Bathrooms and laundry are clean and well maintained. Lot's of shaded sites. Pull thru sites are long enough to accommodate almost any rig. Management needs to get over growth around signage trimmed back, ingress from the east requires care. Don't expect perfectly level sites, remember you're in West Virginia!

Late minute plan for the 4th. Second time at this KOA and they were able to find a spot for us Great folks who are so helpful All facilities including cable hookup worked as advertised Will definitely stay here again Absolutely recommend to a friend Appreciate all you’re doing and all your location has to offer.

We use KOA often in our travels. This is a nice one and the lady in the office couldn’t have been nicer. This KOA I would consider a Journey not a Holiday

The staff was helpful and pleasant when having to relocate us due to size discrepancies. The only problems were bathrooms that weren’t very clean and consistently out of toilet paper and soap even though many workers riding around in golf carts. Finally, there was little to no supervision after 9 pm and kids were loud and running Wild throughout others campsites, pet areas, etc

There needs to be a little enforcement on children riding bikes around after dark.I was walking my dog with a flashlight and almost got hit two different times by kids riding bicycles. Thought the policy was at dark they were supposed to be at their sites?! Other than that my stay was enjoyable.

The turn onto Fox Fire Rd is sharp if heading West! Originally our spot was #107, but trying to get into it, it was too small for our rig and had many low lying branches. We were then given spot #97 which was much more suitable. Be careful going around corners as there are tree limbs at the turns, we found that out the hard way. The I-64 traffic is loud, but tolerable. The staff was very helpful.

I love this campground very much and every staff member, especially Rex, were amazing and friendly. The only thing I didn't love is the noise of one very close interstate and another very busy highway. It's sandwiched in between both, so there's no escaping the noise. Great place to stop for overnight if you don't mind traffic sounds though.

We arrived late and our campsite didn’t have power. I called the emergency number 6 times and left messages but no one has ever responded. We finally moved to an empty campsite and left early the next morning without using any amenities or facilities. It would have been nice if someone had called to check on us and apologize about the electricity

When we were there on July 31st and rebooked for August 22 we were promised a site close to the handicap bathroom. When we checked in however on the 22nd we were not given that spot as promised and that we had pre-paid. It made it more difficult for my wife using a walker to get to the bathroom since she had about 4-6 extra sites' distance to travel and slightly uphill to get to the bathroom.

We apologize for the inconveince, however it looks like you reserved a site type and we honored the site type. We hope you can consider returning to our campground so we can accommodate you correctly.

We had a very large pull thru site with lots of shade, a two person swing, a high top table and a barbecue. The managers are wonderful. All hookups worked perfectly. And there was massive amounts of shopping just down the road.

Awesome find!! I needed a place with my dog for one night that was affordable. Here it is! These little rustic cabins are perfect! Grassy with a fire pit table swing on the porch! Comfortable bed, simple. Bring some blankets and pillows. The hosts were absolutely hospitable! Super kind! It's close to the hwy, so it's not good for a lite sleeper. I was able to sleep fine!

We stayed in Cabin 2 it was a nice cabin for 4 only 2 of us. We have stayed before. Clean and nice 2 tvs. Burner to cook on no stove only in lodge. Big fridge. Resteraunts and shopping close by. Nice staff had to call to figure out how to turn the heat on, the first night. A guy came right over and explained it to us. Nice quiet campground. Some campers was here one right beside us but still no noise. It is beside of the interstate but no worse than at home. If you have a big camper I'd suggest getting off at the mall exit and coming back up route 60 sharp turn if you come through Milton. Flea market close by.
