We were disappointed in the size of the cabin compared to other “deluxe” cabins in similar places. It did not seem like it was cleaned very well. There was a dirty washcloth from the previous tenants on top of the shower curtain. The corners of the shower appeared to have spider webs. Two of the blinds had broken or missing slats. There were no linens for the pullout. No microwave av

I travel by motorcycle, and stayed in a cabin... Staff took the time to answer my questions, help me find the cabin, and generally be sure I was taken care of. Cabin was clean. Grounds are well taken care of. Facilities were well maintained also. The cabin I stayed in is close to a highway, but closer to a pond with a fountain which canceled out the noise. I slept very well.

We had a lovely overnight stay. The staff was extremely friendly. Our only issue was the cabin we were staying in had lots of cobwebs and active spiderwebs. We had to take the broom and "sweep" the ceiling, walls, and around the bed. We counted over 10 spiders. I've stayed at a lot of KOAs and had never had this issue. If it weren't for the amazing customer service the rating would have been lower

The deluxe cabin was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is very nice and helpful. The camp is east to get to.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin this time through, road noise from the interstate kept me up so I didn't get much rest. A few slats were missing from the blind also. Very friendly staff and s nice shop.

For the amount of money we paid (over $400.00), for a deluxe cabin, it was not worth it. We spent 3 nights there with the weather around the mid 30s at nite with no heat in the cabin. Notified the staff and they did not fix it or come check it until the last day we were there and then still no heat. Does not comply with the federal ADA standards either. Could have stayed cheaper at a hotel.

We hate to hear that the weather was not the greatest for your stay. If it was up to us we would have nice weather year round. We were not made aware of the issue until the end of your stay but we did come to fix the split unit when it was brought to our attention.

Stayed two nights in deluxe cabin, while touring the area in particular the Blenko Glass Museum and factory tour. The location of the campground in terms of access to Huntington, St Albans, Charleston and the casino is a perfect jump off point. We stay routinely at KOAs so it was as expected in terms of access, parking and sites. Only drawback was highway noise that might bother some.

Tons of bees near our cabin and bathroom. Also didn’t like hearing the cars on the road all night

Thank you for your feedback. When the weather changes in our area the wildlife start to move around and we try to plan ahead with our bee traps. Also hate to hear that the interstate noise kept you up.

I stayed in a deluxe cabin. The bed was the most comfortable bed in which I have ever slept! I highly recommend staying here. The hosts are kind and helpful.

It was a really nice campground and the people were great also. I really like the decor of the cabin and the fact that linens and towels were provided. I was glad to have a full size fridge and freezer along with all the utensils, pots and pans. It's great to have nice stoneware dishes and mugs that are matching. I loved the cross on the wall and the Bible at rhe bedside, it comforted me.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was well appointed, clean, and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Other than not having the heat working properly, it was as expected with previous stays. Cabin was clean and has all you need to be comfortable. I also appreciate someone turning lights on since I always arrive after dark, that means so much to me. Staff is friendly and campground is kept tidy. Check-in is easy as well as check out.

Stayed in rustic Kamping Kabin for quick stop; came after dark, left while still dark. Late check-in was easy. From what we could see the campground seemed nice. Pros: Bathroom house was clean and nice. Great cabin price. and clean.They had the cabin lights on for us and the heat on when we arrived! When I had a question (after hours) they emailed me back fairly quickly. Con: Beds had some stains.

Nice Cabin with all the amenities that we needed for our family of four. The boys really enjoyed the bunk beds and liked "camping". I like having my own restroom and kitchenette. Nice facility and staff!

Lovely spot, some highway noise but still quite peaceful. Very convenient to stores and amenities. Safe, nice, family campground with wonderful staff!

Our cabin was very nice and clean. Everything worked like it should. The beds were comfortable and our grandkids loved the bunk beds. We had a great time except for the weather. It was very cold and rainy. Look forward to our next adventure!

Due to the commercial traffic above the campground, I got no sleep during my one-nite stay. Trucks kept hitting the rumble strips on the highway. Very early the next morning, the mercury-vapor light outside my cabin kept flickering on and off incessantly.

Our deluxe cabin was great and reasonably priced compared to some of the other campgrounds. There was a lot of room for pets to do walkabouts. The KOA team at Huntington:Fox Fire we’re wonderful. We Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect with the exception of the mattress which was extremely worn out and needed replacing. Woke up with sore backs from the sunken in mattress. Otherwise it was clean, convenient, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would stay again just hope there is a different mattress next time!

Cabin was neat, clean, well equipped and stocked. The sofa bed mattress was painful to sleep on. We should have brought an air mattress. We enjoyed the fire pit. The fenced in dog park was nice to have. Staff was friendly and helpful. We may be back next year.

Awesome find!! I needed a place with my dog for one night that was affordable. Here it is! These little rustic cabins are perfect! Grassy with a fire pit table swing on the porch! Comfortable bed, simple. Bring some blankets and pillows. The hosts were absolutely hospitable! Super kind! It's close to the hwy, so it's not good for a lite sleeper. I was able to sleep fine!

We stayed in Cabin 2 it was a nice cabin for 4 only 2 of us. We have stayed before. Clean and nice 2 tvs. Burner to cook on no stove only in lodge. Big fridge. Resteraunts and shopping close by. Nice staff had to call to figure out how to turn the heat on, the first night. A guy came right over and explained it to us. Nice quiet campground. Some campers was here one right beside us but still no noise. It is beside of the interstate but no worse than at home. If you have a big camper I'd suggest getting off at the mall exit and coming back up route 60 sharp turn if you come through Milton. Flea market close by.
