Place is rough. Looks abandoned. Trashy long term sites, grass 8" high, sticks and debris all over the place. It was an absolute mud hole. They need a few ton of gravel and a lawn mower!

Very nice campground. Well maintained and clean facilities. Only negative is the access road turnoff if coming from the interstate side is super tight. If someone is coming out, not sure you can make the tight turn. Other than that, great staff and pretty location.

Sites were in bad condition. The sites had little gravel despite the online description stating these were gravel sites. Grass needed mowing. Sites are too close together. Employee was very pleasant but failed to apply my KOA discount to my charges. She did correct this when it was pointed out to her. Not very knowledgeable about local dining options. Was out of informational brochures.

I really liked this campground, cozy and homey. Between I64 and US 60, a convenient location. Slow down as you approach so you don’t miss the turn like I did! Great staff, clean, well maintained. We’ll stay here again!

Worst site I’ve had in a long time. My site was so uneven. The site actually doubled as the service road to the equipment shed. Rear end of my trailer was belly button high while the tongue was almost all the way down. Would not have minded so much but there were plenty of sites open that appeared to be more on level. Would not recommend this KOA.

Thanks for the review. When you were parked the guide had you pulled forward so you would be level but you asked to move further back into the site which made you unlevel. If you were this unsatisfied we wish you would have let us know and we could have moved you to a different site.

The park is old and run down. While we were put on a site long enough for our rig, the site pad wasn't wide enough to accommodate our jacks. I worried all night we were going to tip over.Pulling out iwas a real nightmare. We had to go into the lawn across the road and still narrowly missed the vehicle parked in the site next to us. The dog park is small and cluttered. We were not happy.

Spots are to close even for extended stays. Ling stays would still like to have a yard and a fire ring I mean we are going to be somewhere for an extended amount of time youbkind of want it to feel like home.

It was a good stay. The bathrooms were clean, but bring some toilet paper! Also one of the bathhouses had a carpenter bee issue. They don't bother you, but if bees freak you out...

We reserved pull through sites for 1 night because we were traveling. The sites we got were not long enough to park our truck and trailer so we had to unhook, then hook up again in the morning. That was the 1st time I can remember not having a pull through sites that was too short for my truck and trailer.

We are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your site length. It does look like you booked online and chose the site type where it tells you full site length. Had we known you were unhappy while you were here we would have been happy to offer you a better site.

Placed in a site that was far away from what representative who booked reservation indicated we would be. Never returned phone call when called to discuss. No security monitoring at camp - person in site across from our site had just pulled in after dark & slept in car. Glad we just had an overnight stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in spot 14. We had rain both days so didn't get to enjoy the nice patio area. Hoping to visit again in the future. Staff was very helpful and we did enjoy our stay.

We were there to visit friends and we weren't at the campground much, so we did not use much of the amenities. Our site was very very wet and had big puddles after the rain. There was litter in places behind our campsite. The office staff was nice and very accommodating. The utilities worked well. It's also pretty close to the interstate and had some road noise.

Very nice! Small campground, but very sweet. Bathrooms and showers were clean. This would be a great campground in the summer with the small lake and beach area. Thank you for a nice stay.

We love KOA and really love Huntington/Foxfire KOA. Such a cute and homey kampground to enjoy with the entire family! Highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed one night, paid for a full hook-up pull through, and for some reason I was given a “buddy site” where my front door faced my neighbors front door. No privacy and very tight site. Unusual assignment given there was plenty availability in the campground.

As usual at all the KOA's we've stayed at the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It appears to be an older but well kept campground. It's close proximity to highway was noisy but bearable. My only real complaint is that the campsites are in need of new gravel. Even the morning dew would cause me to end up bringing dirt into our camper.

We had a great stay with the Huntington/ Foxfire KOA! It was clean, easily accessible and the staff was very friendly. We will be back!

Needed a [lace to stay for one night on our way to myrtle Beach. This KOA worked out great and was about half way to our final destination. Will stay there again on our way home. Nice sites and friendly hosts.

We pulled in late and the instructions for our camp ground were very clear. Met the staff the next day and they were friendly and helpful.

I traveled from MI to visit my son stationed in N C & needed to stop to rest half way. I was going to stop at a rest area but my son suggested I stay at a KOA because he said it would be safer. I am glad i took his suggestion. The office was closed when I arrived but everything was ready for me. I appreciate how nicely kept the grounds are & how safe I felt. Bonus for me, I was near the B-room.

We used this campground for a 1 night stay on a trip. The staff was very friendly. Things were in good order. If possible stay at the front of the campground to have less road noise.

what a wonderful campground, the nature setting could not have been better. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the quiet of the surrounding area was blissful. Highly recommend this place to stay, definitely worth your time! Plus I love the Gnomes!! Kip & the Queen!

Just passing through. After hours check-in was easy. Wish they had had arrows on the park map roads to make it easier for the single traveler to navigate. Most KOA's have this feature. Other than that my stay was uneventful.

I just stayed overnight was fine but the park was not busy I'm not a fan of buddy sites but the management took care of me and no other campers were near me I also don't appreciate a motor home pulling in after hours with a backup beaper blaring away

Awesome find!! I needed a place with my dog for one night that was affordable. Here it is! These little rustic cabins are perfect! Grassy with a fire pit table swing on the porch! Comfortable bed, simple. Bring some blankets and pillows. The hosts were absolutely hospitable! Super kind! It's close to the hwy, so it's not good for a lite sleeper. I was able to sleep fine!

We stayed in Cabin 2 it was a nice cabin for 4 only 2 of us. We have stayed before. Clean and nice 2 tvs. Burner to cook on no stove only in lodge. Big fridge. Resteraunts and shopping close by. Nice staff had to call to figure out how to turn the heat on, the first night. A guy came right over and explained it to us. Nice quiet campground. Some campers was here one right beside us but still no noise. It is beside of the interstate but no worse than at home. If you have a big camper I'd suggest getting off at the mall exit and coming back up route 60 sharp turn if you come through Milton. Flea market close by.
