On our online reservation we requested a satellite friendly site and we were placed under one of the largest trees on the property which made satellite reception a challenge. Thankfully the park cable saved us. Then there was the issue of mud due to heavy rains since the sites are grass.

Campground was nice, our lot was nice for us, we have a 30 ft. travel trailer. Older lady in the office was very rude. Took my dog for a walk; was standing by the stairs that go down to the beach and she started pecking on the window and wagging her finger at me. I knew pets were not allowed on the beach, I could read the sign. Felt like I was 6 yrs old not 60! Neighbors had a similar interaction

Only problem is getting in off highway. Very sharp turn and poor signage while heading east. Pass it before seeing road. However once there it’s very nice.

Great staff need to get premium site otherwise sites very close still a little tight. Al lot of locals otherwise nice campground for a night or 2.

Only thing we wish was that someone would have told us and everyone else that the water heater was broken in the top bath house bathing my 4yr wasn’t fun

There is a lot for kids to do but we did not have any children with us. The sites are very close together with no privacy. The noise from the highway is constant. Inside the park, the campers were friendly and quiet. The staff were friendly. Did not use the laundry or bathhouse.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful. I have stayed several times to visit family in the area or rest prior to continuing on. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Restrooms and showers ok. Some sights are being doubled up on and have to share one electric box. If your 30 amp and 50 amp you share a box. My camper was 1ft from my neighbors. I thought they were going to hit my trailer.

We weren't there long, but we wish we were. Very nice, A little tight quarters, but I called to make sure we would be able to pull through easy, and they made it happen. We got a great spot near the entrance. The turn into the campground is sharp, so plan for a sharp turn. We made it with a 31 foot motorhoem towing. Grounds and pond look amazing.

We stay here every year for an overnight on our way back home from OBX to St. Louis. Really the only reason we stay there is location. Would not stay here otherwise. We don’t like how everyone is crammed in there like sardines. We got a “premium” site this year because we got a bigger camper and was hoping we’d have more space and it would be easier to get in and out of. Not really.

On my way home from Gulf Shores State Park. Paid $55 next to the beach with a huge spot and concrete pad. Paid $87 at the KOA for a gravel/dirt spot where I woke to staff cleaning out septic clogs from the tank since my spot was on top of the septic tank. So much for making breakfast…….completely overpriced!!!

Very pleasant, pretty setting. The site we had was very tight and unlevel. Cable and wifi worked well.

Kind of hard to get to, if you pass it, oops! But the cabin was great and the kids loved the swimming. Bathrooms were nice too.

We were in the Lodge .I went to the office the first day asking for light bulbs to be replaced in the dark kitchen and above the dining room table. They weren't replaced. A wall-mounted soap dispenser in bathroom is needed. The highway noise was unbelievably loud at night-- trucks and motorcycles. Over time would have gotten used to it, but didn't get much sleep. Lodge was clean.

Great KOA with friendly accommodating staff. Cabin was clean. Only issue was structural - the closest water spigot to my cabin was pretty far away. (no water at cabin or parking - had to go visit a tent site on the other side of the pond.) Otherwise this place was amazing.

It was a great stay! Very beautiful camp grounds and it felt very welcoming. I absolutely loved it and have been telling all my friends and family about this spot. I hope to come back again!

Had a great time! Awesome time fishing and swimming. Staff was really easy to talk to and work with. Sometimes you get staff that are not accommodating, but this staff was great.

The camp ground was nice place but the one lady was very rude. I told her that there was a hole in the fence of the k9 park and she accused me of leaving my dogs unattended

We stayed in Cabin 2 it was a nice cabin for 4 only 2 of us. We have stayed before. Clean and nice 2 tvs. Burner to cook on no stove only in lodge. Big fridge. Resteraunts and shopping close by. Nice staff had to call to figure out how to turn the heat on, the first night. A guy came right over and explained it to us. Nice quiet campground. Some campers was here one right beside us but still no noise. It is beside of the interstate but no worse than at home. If you have a big camper I'd suggest getting off at the mall exit and coming back up route 60 sharp turn if you come through Milton. Flea market close by.

We had a wonderful experience at this KOA! The host were very friendly and helpful! Pull through spot was perfect! Ground were nice and clean bathrooms! 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We arrived late. Directions to our site were posted. Bathrooms were warm and clean. Great experience.
