Excellent location close to Letchworth State Park. Excellent campground. The bathrooms and showers were especially great - new, clean, and roomy with useful design. This campground made me decide to join KOA.

We had a good three night stay at the Houghton / Letchworth KOA. Our FHU Back-in site with patio was very nice and the entire campground was so quiet. Letchworth State Park was awesome.

Average Campground, not KOA corporate like.

Thank you for your review. We do not advertise that we are a Corporate KOA campground, so not sure what you expected. We have won both the KOA Founders and Presidents over the last seven years and have hundreds of positive reviews. Sorry, we did not meet your expectations.

First time here, site G3 with 35' TT /2 slide outs. No problems backing in. Paver patio and nice fire pit. Full hook-ups. Gated entry. Beautiful scenery. Very well maintained. Plenty of amenities. Tom ( owner), was wonderful, very helpful & pleasant. Husband & I enjoyed talking with him. This is his property. Follow rules & be respectful, & you will have a great time . Definitely will return

The best hosts. They go above and beyond to help with all of your needs. I would say the best KOA we've stayed at. Plenty of things for the kids to do and the adults to if they want to participate.

We loved the activities for the kids. The bands on Saturday and Sunday night were great! Hard to push a stroller or ride a toddler bike on the gravel. Campsite was a little close to our neighbors. Would have preferred a little more privacy. Pool was great! Lodge with video games was nice.

Tom was great! I had vehicle issues near the end of our stay and he worked with us for a solution. He provided a place to store our truck until I could come back the next day to trailer it home. He was there to help us load it up too!

It was a very nice KOA, we really enjoyed ourselves there. Close to the state park which was exceptional. It's a little hairy getting to it with some of the roads and a trailer, but overall just a great experience. Never had a band play at a KOA for us so that was new too.

Awful and unprofessional owners.

Right back at you. Your group was the most disreseptful group we've had all season. You did not care about any rules - quiet hours, dogs not on leashes, dog poop all over your sites, riding scooters with bright lights at 12:30am. We asked you to leave and other campers were very happy you did.

We were part of a larger group. I didn’t get there until 11:00 at night due to a sporting event my daughter had to be at. Other members of our group got spoken to about being loud and there was a miscommunication on both ends which escalated quickly. They checked out the whole group the next day with no warning and our family wasn’t even part of the problem. They never even spoke to usNEVER AG

There was no miscommunication. Your group had booming bass music so loud it could be heard throughout the campground at 11:20pm. They did not quiet down and disrepectly talked back. You had 5-6 dogs running loose with dog poop all over your sites. Other campers this weekend were glad you left

This is an awesome KOA. The sites were roomy with plenty of wooded space. K9 run was wonderful. A large run area with a partial wooded area. Hiking trails in the woods. Quiet. A great place.

The folks were all very friendly and responsive. The campground was very quiet and also very clean. Usually, the wi-fi is sketchy at most campgrounds, but not here; if you need to stay connected, the signal was good and our site was at the end of the park. We would definitely stay with them again. Also, they are a very pet-friendly park!

We had a very nice 4 days at the KOA. Employees were so pleasant and helpful. The grounds are very well kept, and the swimming pools were so crystal clear. Very beautiful area we will definitely go again.

Quiet friendly camp group with a family atmosphere, kids activities on the weekend were enjoyable for most ages, clean grassy sites with decent fire ring and clean bathrooms(checked several times daily) and club house area clean.

We had reservations with the KOA but my husband was taken into hospital regarding his heart and we were delayed. These were the most friendly owners that we’ve ever encountered. Grounds were beautiful and so well kept. The owner was so accommodating it was unbelievable. We will definitely be back when we are up to visit from Florida. Our children live up here and we are from the adirondacks.

I can easily say that our stay at Letchworth KOA was the highlight of our season. Tommy and his family made us feel just like that, family. From the beautiful grounds to the huge dog park and agility area that was a big hit with the pups. Their location, nestled back into the land. Rolling campground with level sites made it easy to setup. Clean and friendly, just the way we like it. Thanks Tommy!

Had a wonderful relaxing time. Everyone is very friendly. Many improvements noticed... decks on some of pull through, bath house redone, some patio site. Great job!

The campground is beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly and the owner was extremely helpful when my RV broke down. I will definitely recommend this campground and return another time.

we had a wonderful time, and we were fine with the site mix up. We misread and ended up in the wrong place but still had a great time. We will be back again since you are very affordable and close to Letchworth. Thank you so much for the great place.

No staff usually present, no activities for the kids on weekdays, “indoor” above ground pool cold and dirty. Dog at seasonal site across from us barked constantly! No bait for fishing and fishing pond dirty no fish bites. Left early will not return!

We understand this is your perception. However, staff is costantly present. We don't offer activities during the week, since most people are not at camp. Pools are cleaned daily and heated. Our fish prefer hot dogs which is why you did not catch anything. Pond is treated all summer.

Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Our site was spacious and backed up to the woods. Nature trails are fun to explore. We could hear gleeful sounds of kids of all ages playing. We didn’t have a good cellular signal, but Hey: it’s camping, right? Definitely would return.

The gentleman in the office is rude and not welcoming. The campground is not up to the normal KOA standards. Small and no frills. We only booked here because close to horseback riding but we would not go back or recommend.

Thank you for your review. Based on hundreds of other reviews yours does not add up. We are always welcoming. We have won not only the KOA Presidents award but the Founders award over the past six years. No frills you say - not many KOA campgrounds offer horse rides, gold panning or free ammenities.

This has nothing to do with the Owners of this camp The campers next to us had no respect for anybody else in the camp grounds Dogs always barking and trying to be very aggressive to other dogs and always being very loud around the campers they even had 4 dogs with them in 1 camper Camp grounds were well maintained and staff was very pleasant to deal with.Kids enjoyed them self and we wil
