Great KOA very clean and the staff was so friendly. Cabin was super nice only complaint was the shower head had 1 setting and it was like a fire hose not relaxing.

Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Our site was spacious and backed up to the woods. Nature trails are fun to explore. We could hear gleeful sounds of kids of all ages playing. We didn’t have a good cellular signal, but Hey: it’s camping, right? Definitely would return.

The gentleman in the office is rude and not welcoming. The campground is not up to the normal KOA standards. Small and no frills. We only booked here because close to horseback riding but we would not go back or recommend.

Thank you for your review. Based on hundreds of other reviews yours does not add up. We are always welcoming. We have won not only the KOA Presidents award but the Founders award over the past six years. No frills you say - not many KOA campgrounds offer horse rides, gold panning or free ammenities.

This has nothing to do with the Owners of this camp The campers next to us had no respect for anybody else in the camp grounds Dogs always barking and trying to be very aggressive to other dogs and always being very loud around the campers they even had 4 dogs with them in 1 camper Camp grounds were well maintained and staff was very pleasant to deal with.Kids enjoyed them self and we wil

We really love this campground. This was our second time here. The owners are wonderful. We really like how peaceful the campground is and the sites are wonderful.

Staff was friendly and the campground offered tons of activities. It was conveniently located and spacious sites. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. We will be back!

The Stohls are fantastic hosts. Everyone is made to feel welcome. We can’t wait to come back next season! Small but fabulous campground. Great amenities.

Tommy runs a TOP NOTCH camp. My family LOVED this place. This has to be the nicest place we have stayed. So quiet, clean and our view was amazing. The dog run was great for our pooches. It was fantastic that the bugs weren't crazy being by the water!! Total plus!! Ok... can we talk about the bathrooms? They were better than some hotels I have been in!! 5 STARS!!! We were HAPPY CAMPERS! :)

The grounds and facilities were clean and well-kept. We enjoyed our cabin, the Cone Flower. The swimming pools were clean and refreshing. The trails and fishing pond were enjoyable. We actually caught some fish. We want to come back next year, but for a couple of days longer.

We chose the Houghton/Letchworth KOA for our maiden voyage into RV'ing this past weekend. It was about an hour from our home and had very positive reviews. After visiting, I understand why. The owners are great, the campground is very clean and quiet. It's a beautiful environment to spend some down time with your family.

The camp ground is very nice. Bath houses are very clean. The rec hall, pool are and store was very enjoyable. Lots of activities. We are used to bigger sites. They could be more level. But overall the campground is very nice and peaceful. We will camp here again

We had a great time! Our cabin was adorable. The bathrooms were kept very clean. The pool was a comfortable temperature. The owners were friendly. Lots of fun!

Sites very close. Couldn't open my mat the whole way without being in neighbor's sewer. Charged a fee for being an hour early. Most wineries and parks at least 35-40 min away. Pool was nice.

Thank you for your comments. Check-in is after 2:00pm. You are using our electric & wifi for an extra hour, so why shouldn't you be charged. Your site had plenty of room. Letchworth Park is 20 minutes away. Your attitude when you checked in was your attitude the whole time. Please do not return.

Mixed feelings. Great for adults with no kids. The Store and pool closed at 6pm which is way too early. I needed ice and couldn't purchase any on site due to it being after 6pm. Site is very rural so you have to travel a distance to purchase items needed. The bathrooms were very clean and roomy. Felt bad for my neighbors since they had kids and limited activities for them. Thank you for your comments. The store is open eight hours each day until 6:00pm during the week - 9:00pm weekends. The pool is open nine hours until 7:00pm. Plenty of time for you to purchase your items. Stores are 3 miles away, average distance. Plenty of activities for kids, you just need to ask

We have stayed here two years in a row. Love how quiet and relaxing this park is. The deluxe cabins are very cute and comfortable. The owner is nice. The people working there are very friendly. I will definitely go back again! The downfall is having to leave when the vacation is over.

The owners were most helpful and maintained their excellent campground. We were a large group but they went out of their way to see that we all happy. We played many lawn games and adults and children both enjoyed their excellent rec room.

Excellent! Owners go out of their way to help everyone have a great time. Enjoyed the fishing tournament, slip and slide, and games for kids. Bathrooms spotless and pool was clean. Very enjoyable time!

This was our second time staying here and we had a great time, wish we could have stayed longer than overnight! The kids love the pool and the fenced in dog run is a real bonus for our two canines. We will definitely be back!

We felt safe and secure with having a gate to enter and exit. Also bathrooms were very clean which made me feel better about using them. We didn’t spend much time in the campground since we were visiting the state parks in the area. I wish the pool was open a little later then 7pm but our son was just as happy to fish in the pond.

Another pleasant stay at Houghton KOA. Enjoyed a quiet evening overlooking the lake while having a small campfire. We camped in section c and noticed the new bathroom renovation. Excellent job. Spent some of the afternoon enjoying the outside pool. Thanks for another great stay!

We stayed at a campsite with the deck and a very nice setup on it! We could see the pond from our deck. It was very quiet and relaxing even on the weekends! Everyone was friendly. All the workers and owners were very friendly! The remodeled bathhouse was very nice! The pool was warm and very clean! The had stuff for everyone to do on Saturday that made it fun for all to enjoy! Had a great time!

What a beautiful place, the sites were spacious the view over the pond was excellent. The bathrooms were amazingly new and clean. The pool was a good temperature the store was stocked. The owner was awesome what a nice genuine person who really looked after the campground and provided great local knowledge of where to go and what to see. We will be back !
