The owner was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms/showers were gorgeous. There were plenty of places to walk our dog, and the dog park was huge. Close to the “Grand Canyon of the East”. We would definitely go there again; thank you!

It was a pleasant stay at KOA Letchworth. We had booked Deluxe cabin for our stay. We enjoyed every bit of it. My daughter especially loved the bunk beds. The kitchenette was well equipped with the required utensils. The Cooling and heating was also working well. The property is well maintained.

Tom was so accommodating we got there a day late and wanted to stay an extra night so he set us up at a different site. The site was fantastic and we didn't have to move to stay another night.

Poor site, very wet with poor drainage, not level. There were vacant sites with level areas and brick patio, but we got a very wet, poor drainage muddy site. Will not go back again. We are KOA members.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you did not have a great experience at our campground. Unfortunately it rained for three days with heavy rain at times. Every site was wet. You did not book a patio site, nor request a specific site. If asked to move we would have accommodated you.

What an awesome KOA! This was unlike any other KOA we have ever stayed at... Spacious sites amid beautiful scenery. Staff was also super helpful in getting us to the right parts of Letchworth State Park. Thanks! We will be back!

Very nice. The grounds are very nice and kept. Loved the dog park to let the dogs get their energy out.

We were accommodated very well. The grounds were well maintained and the shower houses were MARVELOUS!! We were glad we were there on a weekday at the very end of the season however. Our first night was on a holiday Sunday and the place was jammed packed The sites are shoehorned in very tightly, with barely enough space to park 2 cars side by side. Aside from that it was great!

My family and I had a great stay! The grounds were beautiful with the trees and my kids loved hiking the nature trails that were right inside camp. We stayed at a Deluxe cabin which upon arrival was pristinely cleaned. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had great activities planned for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Houghton/Letchworth is by far the best KOA I’ve stayed at! The owners Karen and Tom are truly invested in making sure the overall experience is 5 star! It’s a beautifully maintained KOA with tons of fun for the kids.

It was a really great time. The Halloween activities they planned were so fun. My kids had such a great time, and the campsite was beautiful. Definitely going to come again next year.

I thought that with the “koa holiday” rating that it would have been a little nicer. Very tight corners for the access roads and signage for one way traffic was minimal causing some problems. The sewer hookup at our site was a broken fitting so we smelled sewer often leaking out of it

Thank you for your comments. Many others have said we have the best KOA. We never had a complaint about tight corners. We have only one way road and it has signage on each corner. We checked your sewer hook-up and it was not broken. Perhaps you are referencing another campground.

Everything was great! Kids had a great time at the Halloween party and trick or treating. Karen is great always helping with any needs and smiling. Will be back next year!�ϋ�

Nice campground, quiet and owner was very accommodating. The only thing that was negative were the stairs to the cabins should have some non-slip abrasive strips because they are extremely slippery when wet. I took a minor fall , but it could have been worse.

Pull thru site we had a great view of the other pull thru site. Fire pit next to sewer and electric hook up. Site was level for rig but nothing else. If looking for just a place for a night might work. Looked like the back in sites were better option.

We were just here for an overnight while headed home. Would not stay here again because of the route to and from the campground. Appears to be a nice campground but mainly seasonal campers. Our pull thru site was doable with the TOAD but not simple to get out of. Lady at the office was friendly. Bathrooms were okay.

Halloween themed weekend was a lot of fun. Campground is off the beaten path, which is nice. As such it is quiet and tranquil during the week, and busier on the weekends. The hiking trails are in some beautiful woods. About the only negative is the fishing pond is full of algae, making lure fishing impossible. But overall, we enjoyed this place and would come back.

This is a fantastic KOA, filled with wonderful people. We stayed during their first of two Halloween weekends. The activities were well planned and executed, and our kids had a blast! We unfortunately had to leave earlier than expected because of a bat visiting our cabin. The owners could not have handled our situation any better. They were kind and accommodating in a very unexpected situation.

Owners are very helpful and accommodating. Very very clean sites and new extra extra clean bath house and laundry facilities. Patio site was spacious and lovely. Dog park was perfect for letting our pooch run around and very clean. Very well maintained and terrific playground equipment for kids. Hiking trails too! This is about 20 min from Letchworth state park, a gem! Definitely visit!
