We found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful. BUT site 15 was not to a KOA standard. VERY disappointing. Site 15 is a mound for just parking a trailer, you have to walk down a steep slope to get to the table,unable to setting outside to enjoy the campsite. The fire-ring is not convenient to use. No room for vehicle parking. We would not recommend this site.

we had a family vacation this past week had 2 RV sites 2 cabins, everything went perfect very freindly staff and very clean we have stayed there before and always a great experience, look foward to staying again in the future Thank you for taking care of our needs!!!

Connections were far away from RV site. The swimming pool was only 4 feet deep but nice. No hot tub. Sites were a good spacing apart. Plenty of space to park our vehicle. Staff was super friendly. Nice camp store. WiFi was good but very slow. We had good cellular reception so that was good since we work from our RV. Place was very quiet and very well maintained.

Very well kept campground and easy to navigate. Very pleasant atmosphere and surroundings, The Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with, very friendly. They provide breakfast every morning from 7 to 10am that is the best in town. WE really enjoyed our stay there.

Stayed 5 nights here in our truck camper. Very much enjoyed this KOA. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our site (#7) was very level with shade most of the day. We did not eat the breakfast there, although they had it available every morning. The park is very clean and maintained. Bathrooms were very clean as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Great quiet campground. Has a beautiful swimming pool. Everyone was very nice except one gentleman was very rude. Not too far from lots of great activities. If wasn't for everyone else being nice, we would probably not consider coming back.

We love this KOA! It is close to Black Hills attractions, and the breakfasts are amazing and the staff is kind and there are many family-fun things to do right there at the KOA like swimming or mini golf. AND there are plenty of lovely trees at each camp site. thank you,

We had an amazing stay at your Hot Springs KOA. It's a beautiful location and the upkeep is impeccable! The amenities are fantastic and the food is delicious! We can't wait to come back!

Laundry room was open all night. Good for night owls who are up late. Had an accident while there and the staff was quick, efficient, concerned, and very helpful with follow up. Made sure my dogs were OK while I received care at the local hospital.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was terrific. The area was beautiful. Other than a run in with a rattlesnake, it was great. We didn't use the pool although it looked inviting. The one time I went in, the restroom wasn't the cleanest, but it looked like people had taken showers. Will be staying here again.

My husband and grandsons all agree that the people working there were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. They truly enjoy what they are doing. We RV a lot and feel this group was way above any we have stayed at for a few years. The pool was a giant and well maintained and the breakfast was awesome. We liked the spots as they were not crammed together like some KOAs. Nice area to stay!!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect to get to all the attractions and events throughout the Black Hills and Custer State Park. I can't wait to return.

Of the dozens of KOA’s we have stayed at, this one is solidly in the top 5. Friendly and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast cafe stand out. A few things to keep in mind: cell service is best from the office/store or sites closest to it. Also, placement of hookups in some sites may require LONG connections, but the office does have some loaners if you need extensions. We will return!

Todd & Terry are absolutely the best reps for KOA. Todd built me sturdy level ramps for my motorhome when the plastic 3level camco ones failed! Terry helped me level up for a perfect stay. Thank you�ϋ�

The site we had was very unlevel from right to left. Pulled up and backed in 3 times, moving a couple feet to the right each time, unhooking and pulling forward each time. RV auto-level never did get it level. Because of that, I stayed hooked up to my truck. Other than that, the park looked very nice.

Clean and well-kept. The staff was very helpful with getting us set up and what activities were near-by. The little store had everything campers would need from boomerangs to marshmallows, butter to maps. It was a very enjoyable stay!!

Quiet, well maintained campsite in a great area. All of the facilities were clean and in working order. The staff here is what puts this place ahead of other KOA camps. They are all helpful and very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I have camped here two years in a row and would definitely recommend!

The campground was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed having breakfast there. Would have liked to swim in the wonderful looking pool but we got there late and then back on the road right after breakfast. I think we might have to spend a few days there next time.

Family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs and our stay was September 9, 2023 to October 8, 2023. All utilities were still on and working great. The site we stayed in was #18 which was a gravel pull through. The hosts and their family were very helpful, friendly and great! The laundry room was good but due to us being a large family we went into Hot Springs (short drive) and used the Hot Springs Laundromat, and it was great. Hot Springs has everything you need but a bit pricier due to the touristy nature. We used the dog park (which was great f/the dogs to run), mini-golf and playground. Pool was closed to being off-season. You can purchase firewood at the front office, and they will deliver to site and also cleaned out all pits early in the morning (had never seen that before). We will definitely stay here again should we be traveling through.

Stayed here in September 2023. The cabin was clean, and the breakfast served was very good. Staff were friendly. It was nice having breakfast at the campground as options nearby are limited.
