Friendly and helpful staff. Did not use any of the amenities. Sites are fairly level, did need to level up one side a little. We will stay here again.

Everyone was very nice, but the sites are crowded without privacy. Not our type of camping, but needed a quick place to stay for the night and it filled the bill.

We have stayed here before, we really enjoy the pine trees and views around this area. Great staff, clean park, will probably be back soon.

Everything was awesome except we hit a period of heavy rains and our site just turned into a muddy mess. More gravel was needed to use the site. Nice smmdnities and facilities. Great staff!

We stayed for two nights and although it's not that far away from home, it was the perfect 'getaway'. Our kids loved the playground and put-put golf. It was too chilly for the pool, but it looked inviting, as well. Everyone on staff was incredibly helpful and friendly- our kids knew them all by name. To top it off, breakfast was delicious. We will be making this a yearly stop!

We stayed most of the week here. Very nice staff. Only real complaints I really have is the pull thru site we were in was very close to the next site, barely enough room for the picnic table between them, not all sites are that close. Maybe call if you want more room. Over all thumbs up.

The staff at this KOA were awesome, everyone was very nice and helpful. They knew the local area very well and were able to make suggestions about things to do. Breakfast was delicious and fairly priced.

We really loved this KOA! Everyone was so friendly and always around if we needed anything! The pizza was SO good! Bob and Danielle were amazing and our kids already miss this place! We can’t wait to stop back through.

Beautiful campground! Very peaceful and quiet. Pete is awesome! He has escorted us to our site the last two years. Store and laundry facilities are meticulous. We have visited this campground for several years and will continue to make this our destination.

this was our first ever stay at your facility, and even though it was just a 1 nite stop.... it was amazing! such kind and helpfull ppl taking care of the place! they stopped by several times to see if we needed anything and were happy with our visit. From now on, we will google KOA for our future camping stops!

We stayed 5 nights and went sightseeing during the days. We found the facilities clean and well maintained and the staff—especially Megan and Weston—very friendly and helpful. If we return anywhere near the area, we make it a point to stay here.

Bob and Darleen at Hot Springs KOA were the best hosts we have ever had. The campsite was very clean, they opened up the rec room for us to play in, the assisted us in every way even loaning an extension cord. The stay was very pleasant. THANK YOU!!!

Chose to stay with the extra patio purchase, gave us extra room to spread out. Not necessarily needed at this park, fairly spacious. Good dog park and some other choices. Strong cell signal. Very helpful and friendly people. Only five minutes from Hot Springs.

Well kept campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Open before Memorial Day whereas many others in the area were still closed. Not crowded while we were there which was nice but wouldn't care for it on a busy weekend. Right next to the highway, great except for the truck noise. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Great campground! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We got in late afternoon, they suggested ordering a pizza which we did delivered hot to our motorhome and it was delicious! The spaces are wide and level. There is a dog walk that goes into the woods so our pup could run, loved this KOA, we hope to come back. Thank you!

Joyce, one of the managers, was an absolute angel! She was so accommodating and kind!! All of the facilities were incredibly well kept and clean. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a week, enjoyed the area and Park. Staff members are all friendly, hardworking and accommodating. Bob, goes above and beyond, was a pleasure meeting him. We had room to maneuver our 45' fifth wheel, there is a handful.of big rig sites. We have no pets, but they do have a great area to walk your dogs. Pool was not open yet.

We found the Hot Springs KOA online. From the moment we drove onto the property, the experience was great! The owner was friendly on check-in, our site was shaded, with all the amenities. The best part of our 2-day stay were the camp workers, Peter and Bob. Both of these friendly guys welcomed us, and helped us in any way we needed. We would stay there again, and recommend this KOA highly!

Beautiful setting, relaxing and peaceful after a long day of battling gusty head winds. Wish we'd had longer, but we'll be back for sure.

Family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs and our stay was September 9, 2023 to October 8, 2023. All utilities were still on and working great. The site we stayed in was #18 which was a gravel pull through. The hosts and their family were very helpful, friendly and great! The laundry room was good but due to us being a large family we went into Hot Springs (short drive) and used the Hot Springs Laundromat, and it was great. Hot Springs has everything you need but a bit pricier due to the touristy nature. We used the dog park (which was great f/the dogs to run), mini-golf and playground. Pool was closed to being off-season. You can purchase firewood at the front office, and they will deliver to site and also cleaned out all pits early in the morning (had never seen that before). We will definitely stay here again should we be traveling through.

Stayed here in September 2023. The cabin was clean, and the breakfast served was very good. Staff were friendly. It was nice having breakfast at the campground as options nearby are limited.
