Very good stay, nice tent site, had privacy, was quiet and safe. Great customer service anytime I had a question. The bathroom was a little far away from the site! The showers were a little small but had good pressure and hot water.

We stayed in a cabin with a bathroom. It had a queen bed and futon. Plenty of room for my daughter and I. Enjoyed the great breakfast every morning. This KOA is really close to a lot of activities. It was fairly quite even though it's close to the highway. I would stay here again.

Hot Springs KOA is the best camping experience we have ever had. Clean, accommodating and extensive amenities. We want to come back at our first opportunity.

Had a nice relaxing stay. Visited Wind Cave, only 18 miles away. Pool was refreshing and mini golf was fun. Floyd loved the dog area.

The spaces require a little extra work to get your RV to be level. The staff are great people, very helpful!

It was very warm during our stay but the nice pool and the gift shop that sold cold beer helped us deal with it! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

An older KOA but kept up well. Everything was easy to find and access. The playground was great for the kids!

Love this KOA, have stayed previously and will come back again! Everyone is friendly and helpful, love the tree sites. Thanks for a great stay and accommodating s at the last minute.

Very Friendly Hosts. Had Pizza delivered from the Store. Outdoor Morning Breakfast. Just stayed the Night , but would definitely return.

Very friendly staff! So helpful! Very clean facility! Lovely inviting pool! Great laundry facility. Playground for kids & miniature golf, corn hole, basketball hoops. Any & all game pieces, clubs, balls, etc. are included! Be sure to have breakfast there. Great shop inside office check in area. Randy makes THE BEST BREAKFAST BURRITOS! WELL MAINTAINED AND LOVELY!�σσ�

Well taken care of property. Very clean restrooms, showers and common areas. Staff was very kind. Loved the pet off leash area. Breakfast was pretty good, too. Only bad part was all the smoke from the fire pits. It was too much. Will probably stay at a smoke free place next time.

KOA staff wAs wonderful.. Most sites have have some shade but you may need additional leveling blocks which the staff will deliver to you. Pool is nice , showers good, every thing clean and matained. Plenty for kids to do. Convenient location they even have breakfast and pizza. GREAT STAY

Very nice quiet Campground and the staff was friendly and helpful only thing I wish that the kitchen was supplied with dishes and pots and pans all Deluxe cabins that we have stayed at Supply this thank you for a pleasant stay

Needs to be updated, the sites are laid out poorly, probably from the time before slides. No space for you to utilize your table, sites uneven, more then 3 inches side to side, my nose need to be raised over foot to be level. Im sure it had a lot of pressure on my jack. The sewer caps are close to your spaces. Dusty and rock roadways. Couldn't wait to leave, took away from the NP.

We were so happy with our stay! Our site was awesome! The hosts were friendly and warming and very helpful! The breakfast the next morning was very good and the cooks made us smile snd were so kind and friendly!

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Had pizza delivered to the campsite through KOA. Reasonable price and good quality. Bacon and egg breakfast the next day was the same. Our only negative was the distance to the bathrooms.

Hot Springs itself appeared to be a dieing town with places boarded up. The distance to Custer is a little far if going there each day. The campground was very nice and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Roads within the campground were very dusty.

I always love my stay at KOAs, when it comes to the staff and the way they treat eceryone like family almost. Althought at this one in particular, I would have to say that the placement of the firepits were rather close to low hanging branches on trees.

Family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs and our stay was September 9, 2023 to October 8, 2023. All utilities were still on and working great. The site we stayed in was #18 which was a gravel pull through. The hosts and their family were very helpful, friendly and great! The laundry room was good but due to us being a large family we went into Hot Springs (short drive) and used the Hot Springs Laundromat, and it was great. Hot Springs has everything you need but a bit pricier due to the touristy nature. We used the dog park (which was great f/the dogs to run), mini-golf and playground. Pool was closed to being off-season. You can purchase firewood at the front office, and they will deliver to site and also cleaned out all pits early in the morning (had never seen that before). We will definitely stay here again should we be traveling through.

Stayed here in September 2023. The cabin was clean, and the breakfast served was very good. Staff were friendly. It was nice having breakfast at the campground as options nearby are limited.
