Very clean campground! Wonderful for kids with mini golf, tether ball, basketball, and a playground! Great game room! Easy to pull in and set up. Friendly and helpful staff.

I loved our stay but the tent sites are very close and the neighbors baby cried all night. I didn't get much sleep. The 2 nd night some campers partied till the wee hours.

Welcoming hosts, great pool, pleasant surroundings. And they deliver pizza in the afternoon & cook breakfast in the morning. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed the time.We had a patio spot that was level and clean. The staff was friendly and informative.

Staff was excellent, the tent site not so much we were in spot T69 and the site was hard to park in and there was literally not a flat spot to sit in. The tent site even had a slant. The pool was great to relax in on a hot day but other than that not the best KOA we have camped in. We probably won't be back.

Unlike a lot of KOAs this camp ground has enough tree cover for shade, but still felt safe. It also has the luxury of a very tasty hot breakfast menu. We ordered off menu - a biscuit with egg and cheese and it was delicious. The chef made it without question. The restrooms were very clean. The pool was covered at night which was also nice.

Great location for the things to do in Hot Springs. Staff was wonderful; knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. The breakfast offerings were “the best”; especially the hash brown scramble. Would definitely stay there again.

We rented a cabin, which was quite comfortable. Liked the fact that we could rent linens at a reasonable price, as we were traveling and didn't have to pack them. We liked the fact that would could buy breakfast there and eat under the pavilion (Sam loved the chocolate chip pancakes!). Took advantage of the laundry facility and pool. Close to the major attractions that we wanted to see.

Too much gravel! I appreciate the help in locating a level site with my motorcycle. Tent pads should be grass instead of gravel. More work, but well worth it! Shower and stall doors should open outwards, not in. (eg Devils Tower KOA). I liked that it is not over-lit, allowing stargazing. Selections in the store are excellent, the best I've seen yet. The Rec room was nice and cool.

Everything was at least good, the pool, the playground, the store, etc. The cabin was excellent, everything else was very very good. Wish the recycling was a bit better, not sure where glass was supposed to go.

The staff was great very helpful The grounds and the buildings were clean. the two things that I would prefer is one to have some grass in my spot for my dog to use there was a lot of gravel he doesn’t like gravel. It is nice to have the pet fence in area but my dog is older and didn’t want to walk that far to it in the heat. The other was that a lot of the spots had an good incline .

The facilities where very nice and clean. The employees were very helpful. Only wish there was another bathroom and faster wi-fi. Most people stream vs cable and it would be nice to have more access to high speed internet.

We loved this KOA! They had lots of things to do for the kids. My boys loved playing badminton and putt-putt. The pool was cool and clean. We loved how the sites were nestled among tall evergreens. We also enjoyed the breakfast they offered. And I can't forget to mention the nicest staff!

What a great kampground! The breakfasts on offer are only one if the many highlights at the Hot Springs KOA! Friendly hosts, MAGNIFICENT location, cool pool and quiet. Lots of trees to provide shade. Thanks for the fabulous hospitality and resources to explore this beautiful area!

The staff was exceptional. They helped us coordinate repairs on our trailer, they were very knowledgeable about the area, and overall very pleasant to deal with. The best KOA we’ve been at by far.

Our first stay at a KOA was a great time! We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin (we only have a small pop-up camper and we wanted plumbing and electric for this trip). The pool was a BIG HIT with our 3 children; when we weren't out exploring Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, and Wind Cave's National Park we were at the pool! We also appreciated all the tall pine trees around the campground.

We loved our stay at the KOA in Hoy Springs. Nice quiet campground with a great pool to swim in. Terry was a great camp guy always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Will definitely stay there again when passing through the area!

Very nice staff. Pull-thru site #19 towards back of CG, all gravel--no grass. View of meadow with horses on a ledge. Pancake breakfast was good.

Family of 4 adults, 2 kids and 3 dogs and our stay was September 9, 2023 to October 8, 2023. All utilities were still on and working great. The site we stayed in was #18 which was a gravel pull through. The hosts and their family were very helpful, friendly and great! The laundry room was good but due to us being a large family we went into Hot Springs (short drive) and used the Hot Springs Laundromat, and it was great. Hot Springs has everything you need but a bit pricier due to the touristy nature. We used the dog park (which was great f/the dogs to run), mini-golf and playground. Pool was closed to being off-season. You can purchase firewood at the front office, and they will deliver to site and also cleaned out all pits early in the morning (had never seen that before). We will definitely stay here again should we be traveling through.

Stayed here in September 2023. The cabin was clean, and the breakfast served was very good. Staff were friendly. It was nice having breakfast at the campground as options nearby are limited.
