Very nice camping resort. This resort had all the amenities, Pool, playground, mini-golf, pond, store and more. The staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of Bathrooms and showers. The laundry area was super helpful. The only cons I have is the steep hills from the roadway. You can tell many have scraped coming in or exiting.

The camp ground was very nice. But the air conditioner in our cabin was not working very good it couldn’t keep up in the heat of the day and for as small as the cabin was it should have been able to. And the water valve for the shower was not working correctly it was either scalding or ice cold no in between. 15 minute shower for 3 minutes under the water. And the floors in the cabin were not cl

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. The cabin was super clean and accommodating. The park itself is cute and we had fun checking out the pool, played at the play ground, and took a little nature stroll behind the pond! The only thing I didn't see was the mini golf, but I may have overlooked it!

This KOA's bathrooms alone should be featured in the KOA magazine!!! We have a family member who relies on a walker for stability--this KOA has the most accessible and beautiful bathrooms and showers we have ever seen in a KOA!!! And of course there's more. The staff is friendly and totally committed to making the RVing experience a fabulous experience for all of their guests! We will be back!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our cabin was very nice, but we had a serious fly and ant issue (although we were compensated for that). Nice camp ground and I would recommend to stay here if you are in the area.

Areas to improve: sites are very cramped together, traffic flow is confusing and difficult for large rigs, many rude and disrespectful campers (walking through campsites, not picking up their dogs poop, driving too fast, loud after hours). Good points: staff was super friendly and helpful, our site was level and clean, dog park was super nice (although very far).

We had a great time visiting Hot Springs KOA. Its a smaller park, but has all the amenities of a larger campground including a pool and dog park. The gravel spots are very large and level with tons of shade trees. Great location close to Magic Springs (with free shuttle from the KOA!) and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs. We will definitely be back!

One of my Favorite KOA! Very Clean, Great Hospitality, and very pretty nested in the woods. Peaceful. Been here a few times and always a great stay. Highly Recommended if in the Hot Springs, AR area.

Rented a cabin for the weekend. Wasnt fancy but had all the necessities and the bed was even comfortable. Nice facilities and friendly staff. Used the shuttle to Magic Springs. So much better than driving, parking, walking in and out across hot asphalt! Will stay here again.

We had such a great time! Thank you for making our late-night registration so easy and accommodating. The grounds were clean and well maintained and the bathrooms were nice! The pool was SUCH a benefit during the heat wave.

Instead of having 8 people standing around during the day, maybe you should have an evening/overnight shift. That way they could have shut up the drunk morons yelling and playing rap music till 2 in the morning.

Enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. And my son really enjoyed the fishing pond and caught over 100 fish on bagels. Great memories!

Peak RV season for this park. I was assigned a spot with no trees in 100 degree weather. AC could not cool completely. I stacked pillows against windows. I had 4" insulation in each roof vent. Asked to .move to cooler spot. Office said fully booked and NO. In addition, internet was mostly off. Love this place, hated this stay.

It was a quick one night stop just driving theuand exploring town the office was closed when arrived around 7was first Koa stayed at with codes to cabin and bathroom so had get use to it cause my grandson usually like to put cabin keys on my Koa bear keychain only thing wished that cabin had mini frig andmicrowave had to threw our food away got from earlier in all wasnt too bad showers we did like

We got the last spot that would fit out rig. It was awkward, because it faced the door side of the camper beside us. It wasn't a bad experience, our neighbors were super nice, and the sites were very wide. Staff was very helpful and did a great job of making sure our stay was great.

We have stay here several times and it’s always enjoyable. Our cabin had a small ant issue that could become a major problem if any food was left out! The futon pad needed to be replaced and there was no way for our grand girls to climb up on the bunk bed. The pull down shades fell out their brackets. A little more attention to details would help a lot!

Such a beautiful and awesome campground park. Lots of trees, secluded areas, really feel like you are way out in the woods. The grounds are clean and the people that work there are AWESOME, especially Sheri, she did a fabulous job helping us out and making us feel at home. The pond is even well stocked and the kids had a great time catching fish. would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location! Camp staff was awesome and informative. Many campers have dogs and barking seems to be the norm. I’m not a dog person so 6-7am barks did not sit well. Other than that it was a great stay!

Love staying at this KOA; however I think the mattresses should be replaced. The mattress in our cabin was so uncomfortable that we did not sleep the first night. Bought an air mattress to sleep on for the next night.

I was disappointed in the general condition. Lots of old and needing updates. The clubhouse or mini golf are not operational but are listed on website. The restrooms should be cleaned and checked throughout day.

Our site was not good for our set up. We were not able to use awning. Our slides barely fit, there were trees on both sides, we had a hard time leveling and the 'patio' was way small. The park was pretty but the site was not good for our set up.

Great park, always clean and friendly. Close enough and far enough from the city. If you like to go offroading in a Jeep this is the perfect campground right around the corner

We stayed for a few nights before the eclipse. This was a very busy week for the campground but things were in decent shape. We were too early in the season for the pool and it didn't appear that the mini golf was open (the greens look pretty rough). We had a pull thru site with full hooks ups. Everything was in good working order at our site. We checked out the playground, dog park and did a few loads of laundry. This is a convenient spot for visiting Hot Spring National Park.

Full of RVs, but this place has everything you could need. The best thing is, they have pros that help guide you into your RV spot! Wish I could have brought the guy that helped us with us on the rest of the trip!
