Cancellation Policy
KOA National Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Deadlines
- RV & Tent Sites You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
- Lodging & Accommodations You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details
- Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
- Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
- No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
- The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
- Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks I, [Full Name], of [Full Address], driving [Vehicle Make/Model and License Plate #, including State], acknowledge that I wish to utilize and enjoy the premises known as Hot Springs AR KOA and its natural surroundings ("Premises"). I understand and accept that
- Outdoor activities (such as swimming, rock climbing, and hiking) and the use of equipment, shelter, or facilities (including tents, cabins, campfires, and grills) can be hazardous.- Natural occurrences (e.g., lightning, high winds, rainstorms, and flash floods) and wildlife (e.g., bears, snakes, and Yellow Jackets) can be unpredictable and dangerous.
- Consuming animals, vegetation, water, or other substances found on or around the Premises can be harmful. I further acknowledge that I have read and will adhere to the attached list of Rules, Regulations, and Cautions, and agree to abide by any guidelines or instructions provided by the owners or staff of the Premises, whether orally or in writing. I understand that adhering to these guidelines does not guarantee my safety.
Release of Liability By booking a reservation, I hereby:
Assume all risks of injury, loss of life, and damage to persons or property (including pets).
- Release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners of the Premises, their agents, employees, and representatives from any liabilities, claims, demands, costs, or expenses arising from my use of the Premises.
- Minor Child(ren) Responsibility 
If applicable, I certify that I am the parent, legal guardian, or responsible person for the following minor child(ren):
