Campground is very nice, BUT, it is right next to the interstate and an off ramp to a truck stop across the highway. Trucks will use their exhaust brake when they exit and it is VERY LOUD, all night long. Even just listening to the trucks drive by is very loud. Only has one working dryer with 4 washing machines, said they are having problems getting fixed, for a few months!!

We had our two grandsons. The kid friendly facilities kept them happy and active, including feeding the resident turkeys. Two concerns: pool was merely and slick, only one operating clothes dryer. Staff very friendly, bathing/ showering area was very nice.

We checked in 20 minutes before the posted check in time, which was a great start! The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything was clean during our 4 day stay. We had no complaints, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

First time at a campground parking in a "Parallel" site (to the road). Amazed at the Campground, clean, easy access, all the option for Campers/Customers (for sites)... Even tree houses. Bathroom/Restroom very clean, spacious.

Quiet place, parking motorhome was interesting as there was a ten foot drop off when backing in.

Our stay was great!! We had our entire immediate family come together to fellowship and adventure throught the Mammoth caves. Love the newly remodeled bathrooms that give you your own full bathroom. The only drawback is that is was so close to the interstate. The sound of passing trucks takes away from the experience. Friendly staff and clean grounds. My family is pleased

We stayed a week, the site we had did not has a sewer connection, when we left the dump station is setup to where you have to leave the park and return to dump, if it was not for these two items we would have rated this park as a 5. The park was clean, had a nice pool, showers, bathroom, and a pond to fish at, no cable but it had 4 over the air TV stations. People and staff were extremely friendly

Beautiful setting and scenery. Great fishing pond. Staff was friendly. Small pool. Terrible signage directing you to the office to register. Terrible wifi. Our "premium" site was all gravel, no shade, and adjacent to a septic lift station which was very odorous at times. Oh, and the freeway noise was really bad (only about 100 yards between us and the interstate highway.

The camp ground is very nice and well maintained. The reason it only gets two stars is because the electric box at my sight did not work properly. And the sewer drain was built up so high the rv would not drain properly. Being an rv campground I would hope these things would be fixed. I have stayed here in previous years and had no issues. This year was disappointing with the issues at the sight.

Bathrooms were nice. Otherwise the worst KOA I’ve ever stayed at. We reserved a space that we thought based upon the pictures was going to be concrete and full hookup (including sewer and cable). We had a terrible gravel space, no sewer and no cable. Plus we had the wonderful I-65 noise. Need to make major improvements. And with no sewer the dump station was inconvenient.

We rated Horse Cave KOA because the campground was well taken care up and staff was courteous, The issue we had was that we could not get our class A coach to level. The RV could not complete the self leveling function. We spent our two days with slides in. It was a last minute booking so available level sites were taken. A shorter RV probably would have been fine. We still enjoyed our stay.

Liked the park, but need to add gravel along curb to Site 39. Drop off makes hooking and unhooking difficult. Damaged tongue jack when it caught on curb. Need more than two dryers (and one was out of service).

Beautiful campground. We had a large pull thru site with 50 amp service and sewer. More than adequate for our big 42 foot fifth wheel. They even have a small farm and kids loved petting the horses. Lots to do in area. Great for an extended stay

Everything was cleaned and staff were friendly but I would not recommend the sites closest to the highway to anyone. It’s way too loud down at those sites

The sites were large enough and provides lots of room. We were on the gravel section close enough to the rest of the campground but far enough away for seclusion.

I used the pool and was happy with that. We were not there long enough to use any other facilities. Our spot #83 was precarious for a large fifth wheel. We should have asked for a different site.

Wonderful experience staying here, clean well organized campground. Great setting close to Hidden River Cave in downtown Horse Cave a must see cave adventure.

Overall very good. The restrooms / showers were excellent and very clean. Our camp facility was good but when we arrived there was no picnic table at the site. The staff were helpful and brought a table, but this took time and we went without for half of our main day there. We had paid extra to reserve a specific site and someone should have checked to make sure the site had the proper equipment.

The stay was very good. We missed our first day because of mechanical issues but they held our site for us. Was disappointed we did not have a site with sewer,but we made do. Our family all met there and good time was had by all.

Very difficult to get level on pull thru site 87. No trees whatsoever. Just gravel on a slope. Very close to interstate so road noise was really bad. Laundry is nice.

Very nice KOA near Mammoth Cave and Hidden River Cave in Kentucky. Didn't see the insides but they had some very cool looking tree houses, Conestoga wagons and teepee. Shower facilities were super nice: 10 basically full baths in the building attached to the office. A nice enclosed dog park with agility equipment. Very nice lady at the front desk. The only detractor was the noise from I65.

The location was perfect for all of the activities available in the area. The grounds were well maintained and the overall amenities were great. Individual bathrooms were a huge plus. But, There are also some downsides. DO NOT EXPECT YOUR SITE TO BE LEVEL! This KOA is built on the side of a hill so leveling can be a real challenge, especially in a motorhome. CLEAN THE SHOWER FLOORS!!

We can’t really rate the campground because we didn’t make it. Without reminders (at least one maybe the day before arrival), it was easy for us cross-country travelers to lose track of our orig confirmation. We totally forgot we had res at KOA and so instead pulled in somewhere else. We were reminded only when we got a receipt and survey the morn AFTER our sched stay. So we paid for nothing

What an amazing, relaxing stay! We were in the area visiting family and decided to splurge and stay in the treehouse cabin. I didn't want to leave!!! Beautiful views at sunset, tons of outdoor space, and stunning interior. Lots for kids to do. (I had to try the jumping pillow for myself! Highly recommend!) The staff are so sweet, especially Lisa. Places like this are why we stay at KOAs and not hotels! Can't beat it!

Had a really nice, level site. Great amenities and the bathrooms are top notch! Only issue we had was with the internet/TV connection. We wound up using our phones as mobile hot spots to watch tv....
