We have stayed at this KOA (Horse Cave, KY) before and will be staying again. the amenities are awesome. I love the easy access from the highway. Great place to stay!

From the moment we arrived everyone was friendly, helpful and organized. When we went to our site to hook up the water was not working so I called the office and they mentioned that maintenance was on lunch and would be down in about a half hour, we said ok. Not 5 mins later someone from maintenance came down to check it out. They then came over a little while later and resolved the issue.

Stayed here with the family - water/electric RV buddy sites - for two nights and it was great! Location was perfect for area attractions we did (Lost River Cave, Mike's Rock Shop, Kentucky Down Under) and the bathrooms were truly the nicest and cleanest I've ever seen at a campground. Even a bathtub for the kids! The scenery was lovely and the people were friendly. Would stay again 100%

The site.layout was confusing we ended up on the wrong site since the number was were we set up. But other than that clean bathrooms and great staff made the stay worthwhile.

Nicest KOA we have stayed at! So many thing to offer the family and the grand kids had a great time. Very close to Kentucky Downunder and Mammoth Cave. Best Restroom/Shower area of any KOA, don't let your wife see it or it will be time to remodel at home.

This campground is amazing. We stayed in the covered wagons. They are reasonable and beautiful and the shower house is the nicest I have ever seen. Highly recommend

Bathrooms were great. Laundry needed help. All buildings were in beautiful condition. Nice pool, kids playground and dog park. Workers were nice also. But the sites are horrible, small very unlevel, Ours was called a pull threw but was more of pull along the road. Just wide enough for rv. Could not put awning or chairs to sit out. Many like it. Back ins were short even for small campers.

Camp is super clean and inviting! My only issue, which camp cannot control is truck road noise in the night. It is a beautiful camp with fun area for children, beautiful Wagons, Teepees and cabins. We stayed in our RV.

Very clean cabin the highway noise was not a bother but someone needs to fix the shower nob where you turn the water on because very hot water is leaking from it so you get burned because of it but it was doable to work around other than that the cabin and campground is very clean and beautiful

Manager warned us of big storm expected later that day. All was well, but in morning while taking a walk I noticed MANY dead trees & dead limbs on many others. One was over our camper & didn't fall but easily these could injure someone & damage property.

We rented a teepee and it was perfect. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely recommend and hopefully stay again. We want to try the treehouse and the wagons. Staff was very friendly and one of the cleanest campgrounds we’ve been to. Perfect location to Mammoth National Park and surrounding caves to explore

We had a great time. Love how secluded the cabins feel even with neighbors. We had to request bedding for the couch bed, and they only had one pillow to give. It was still ok bc I shared some off the main bed but having bedding already in the cabin would have been preferred since we needed it the first night and didn’t realize til too late/store closed. Still loved this place/the location to MCN

Great place to stay, with friendly staff. It is close to the interstate so there is noise but it didnt bother us at all, and slept just fine. We camped here to explore the local attractions such as, Kentucky down under, dinosaur world, Dutch County safari park, Amish stores, and caves!

It was a nice campground but extremely noisy. I know that you cant help that with proximity to the highway but it wasnt ideal.

We enjoyed the campground. The description of the tree house was not complete enough. The televisions did not work and we were not advised that the ceiling on the loft was very low.

We just stayed over night after being stuck in traffic for 3 hours. Everyone in the office were super nice. We had an issue with our gray tank for our shower so we used the shower rooms. They were super clean and nice. We will definitely be back to stay for more than one night.

At almost $300 a night- dirty sheets, dog hair in loft, used bandaids on stairs. AC struggled to keep up due to dirty air filters. Back deck furniture cushions were moldy. Hornets nest was under cabin, and we were constantly chased by them. Told office 2x, and they sprayed. Child got stung. Cabin was built a year ago, and no tv still. Sliding door had no handle on outside. Pool was dirty & cloudy.

Very disappointed that our site was all gravel. I have dogs and picked the lower area to have more room for my dogs…but no grass at site. All the pictures show grass. Also Highway is super load and couldn’t get on Wi-Fi.

Had an issue with the original site we were assigned. It was very small, uneven and located right near the office with no shade. I asked to be reassigned they offered a non-full hook up site, which we took. Throughout the weekend we noticed there were open full hook-up sites that were never occupied. Not sure why I wasn't offered one of those sites. Pools should not be filled with non-potable

Large pull thru sites but gravel with zero shade. Quiet campground, clean facilities. We loved to watch the horse and turkey at the barn. Close to expressway. Great base for exploring the Mammoth Cave area.

The campground is very nice and clean the staff was very helpful. The one bad thing was the highway is very close and it is very noisy at night I had to keep my a/c units on so I didn't hear the noise.

We have stayed at this KOA a few times and truly enjoy it every time. The Owners are wonderful people and they maintain likely the best KOA facility we have ever stayed! The owners drive through and stop at your site to check on your needs and even sit by the fire for a few minutes to chat and share camping experiences, a great personal touch.

This was our first camping trip in our new travel trailer and we just loved this campground! Our grandson loved loved loved the jumping pillow and pool! Bathrooms were so nice and the sites were spacious! Will return some day!!

What an amazing, relaxing stay! We were in the area visiting family and decided to splurge and stay in the treehouse cabin. I didn't want to leave!!! Beautiful views at sunset, tons of outdoor space, and stunning interior. Lots for kids to do. (I had to try the jumping pillow for myself! Highly recommend!) The staff are so sweet, especially Lisa. Places like this are why we stay at KOAs and not hotels! Can't beat it!

Had a really nice, level site. Great amenities and the bathrooms are top notch! Only issue we had was with the internet/TV connection. We wound up using our phones as mobile hot spots to watch tv....
