I got a Kia so I could take a shower and use a bathroom and get ready to shower and couldn’t use women restroom to door was locked and then finally got into men’s restrooms and no hot water!����Ϫ. What a waste of money. I could have got. Cheap motel for less

I made reservations for a pull through for a Monday night. When I drove to site I would have had to disconnect. They charged me extra for another site. They said I would get cable. Ours did not work. Wi-Fi did not work at all. Dog park had no grass.. $71 is way to much to charge for a night here!

the arrival was peaceful. but the internet didn't work at any time. the playground was different from the photos. The next day I needed to wash clothes but I didn't have 25 cent coins. I waited until 8:30 and no one showed up at the office. honestly, the worst service of all the KOAs I've ever stayed at.

We always stay here as it is exactly halfway to our destination from New Mexico to Arizona. It is always enjoyable!

This looks was simply a big gravel pit with hook ups in it. Not your usual koa. I don’t believe it was worth the 70+ dollars to stay a night. The people were very nice and the rest rooms were clean.

OVER-PRICED!! You’re in a gravel parking lot-no grass Wifi non-existent. Cable snowy. I visited the front with my concerns. Camille was rude and could care less. I went to the office the second day bc we had no water now and still no wifi. Jordan (who refused to give me her name) told me a pipe burst-lol. KOA uses this excuse often. Then walked away. Miranda was the RUDEST! Never stay here!!!!

Nice overnight stop. Staff were great at answering questions. Facilities were good. Loved the lightning and thunderstorm at 1am, the dog not so much.

Our stay was one night only, and met our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the "Chuck Wagon" service, and the convenience of "to go" service. Park was neat and well maintained. We will stay here again.

We were very disappointed. Our shore power wasn’t reliable. The difference between the two legs on the 50 amp supply was at times 10-16 volts. When I let park management know about the problem, I was told to work with the receptionist to find a new site. After three attempts to find a new, suitable site, we moved to that site. The first two were unacceptable either due to not level enough to the

I had an absolutely fantastic time during my camping stay at KOA! The campsite was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The natural beauty surrounding the campsite was breathtaking, and I loved all the outdoor activities available. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience, and I can't wait to return for another adventure.

WIFI was marginal at best. Claimed cable TV but all channels were very static filled analog channels that were unwatchable. Noise from I40 was extremely loud even during the middle of the night.

We were impressed that the Holbrook Petrified Forest KOA had store hours that were so much more realistic than most KOA's. Most close at 5 while Holbrook is still open at 7. I was able to enjoy the pancake breakfast and the pancakes were perfectly cooked.

Easy pull thur, didn't need to disconnect. The train in the distance was soothing. They have a cafe that provides dinner and breakfast. We had a great stay.

Dog park full of decaying piles of dog poop. Dust bowl on gravel. Locked outside comfort/restroom areas. No communication to campers whatsoever Ex water turned off twice in a day. Walk your own garbage one location. Holbrook is not a town with anything to see! Recommend staying closer to Petrified National Park.

It would have been helpful if they would have let campers know they were shutting off the water for repairs! Also they never mentioned that the rest room nearest to us were already winterized and closed.

Perfect location for visiting the Petrified Forest NP and local gift shops. Spacious sights, everything worked. (Didn't use the WiFi, have Starlink.

We tent camped here for one night while on a longer roadtrip, overall pretty decent KOA. We really liked the tent campsite we booked with privacy fences. Only downside for us was we were told the site had running hot and cold water in the little kitchen area within the site but the water wasn't running or set up so we had to go use the other sink by the bathrooms, no big deal overall though. If you plan to set up a tent on the tent pads filled with rocks be prepared to not be able to stake it down due to the rocks only being about 2 inches deep with solid ground under it, we set up in the wind so that wasn't ideal but we just weighed the tent down inside with our duffle bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Location is near the highway and right behind a McDonalds so you'll hear some noise at night.

Nice staff and everything was made simple. I'm not sure I've seen a bad KOA come to think of it. The location is very close to Route 66 and Petrified Forest/ Painted Desert. I should probably mention that Romo's restaurant is about 6 minutes away. If you're RVing, great location.
