Cable did not work, Wi-Fi was awful. It was understaffed. Only plus was the restaurant.

Decent place to spend one night on a trip but woman in office charged us 65.86 for our tent site despite filling out the night registration as plainly as possible and as accurately as can be for a tent site that’s should have been 35.84 then we also got charged 8$ for our two boys 6&7 yrs old which I thought was ridiculous and have camped all over the USA and several koa and never had that.

Good resort, but I make an effort not to stay at a KOA. KOA campgrounds have no flexibility in their scheduling. If my travel plans change, I have to pay whatever the cost of the original reservation.

50 Amp Patio Site. Easy in - Easy out. Breakfast was very good. Tabatha took very good care of us.

Very nice. Staff is friendly. Site’s are clean. Only thing I would love to see changed is the pool reconditioned or renovated.

Have been a member for 13 yrs. Have stayed in numerous locations. Have never been told over the phone that all pull through sites 51’ were sold out, been put in a100’ site (more $) and then upon arrival I discover at least 2 sites vacant, 51’ & 55’ (less $). Currently waiting to see if I’ll get double charged because of the change made upon arrival or even get the site diff. refund.

We stayed for a week. It was fun .meet a lot of interesting people.found all the best restaurants . Even found a barber to cut my husbands hair.

Wonderful people and the on-site dinner and breakfast were awesome! The only disappointment was that the K-9 area was dirt and overgrown grass and there was a TON of dog poop.

Amazing cabin with loft. As big and well stocked as a vacation rental house. Very clean. Cowboy evening and breakfast cookouts delicious. Great staff. Only issue was that TV channels were a little glitchy. Best KOA cabin stay of all, and we have been at many KOA cabins throughout entire country. Thank you.

We stayed here to be near my nephew's wedding. I've never been to a camp ground where I paid that I couldn't have visitors. The employee was extremely rude. This is a small town community and I won't ever recommend this place.

It’s a wonderful cabin, albeit a little dimly lit. We had trouble with getting the internet to work on the TV. My wife would like to see more hooks and places to hang items in the bathroom. I loved the weighted blankets. This was our second time staying there in the past 2 months.

The cabin itself was beautiful! The cabin didnt pick up wifi so the TV didnt work. The shower pressure was a mess. It sprayed so hard it almost took off my nipple. The pool was dirty. The staff was very very nice.

We have stayed at the Holbrook/Petrified Forest Koa a number of times when we are passing through the area. Clean, quiet, and very friendly. Open spaces with plenty of room for longer rigs.

we just jad an overnight here. Very nice KOA. doing aome updates and everything is looking good! sites 54-66have a nice patio area with fences blocking your neighbors and lots of soace for family. we were in site 10 amd had a ton of space. !!

Perfect location for visiting the Petrified Forest NP and local gift shops. Spacious sights, everything worked. (Didn't use the WiFi, have Starlink.

We tent camped here for one night while on a longer roadtrip, overall pretty decent KOA. We really liked the tent campsite we booked with privacy fences. Only downside for us was we were told the site had running hot and cold water in the little kitchen area within the site but the water wasn't running or set up so we had to go use the other sink by the bathrooms, no big deal overall though. If you plan to set up a tent on the tent pads filled with rocks be prepared to not be able to stake it down due to the rocks only being about 2 inches deep with solid ground under it, we set up in the wind so that wasn't ideal but we just weighed the tent down inside with our duffle bags. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Location is near the highway and right behind a McDonalds so you'll hear some noise at night.

Nice staff and everything was made simple. I'm not sure I've seen a bad KOA come to think of it. The location is very close to Route 66 and Petrified Forest/ Painted Desert. I should probably mention that Romo's restaurant is about 6 minutes away. If you're RVing, great location.
