Staff was friendly and helpful. We were there just 1 night. The site next to us had children and kids like to have fun, however once we moved inside for the night all was quiet. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Brought our grandkids to this KOA and there was plenty to do from the swimming pool to fishing and the bounce pad. They had a blast and so did we. The people that work here are very kind and helpful. It's a beautiful campsite. We'll be back again only with more family next time.

Very nice place. There is some highway noise but with our ac on you could not hear it. Very accommodating owners and extremely clean the hillside patio site we stayed on was large and open.

Had a great time! Nice clean campground with full hookup. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. You can tell that the workers take great pride in their efforts to keep this campground nice.

The facilities are clean, the campsites are spacious, and the management is friendly. Lots of things for the kids to do too.

The owner was kind enough to move us to a different site on arrival. Sites are really nice gravel with lots of mature trees. We filled our propane on departure the next morning. We would definitely stay there again.

When we checked in, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Guided us to our spot and offered to bring us firewood. The entire campgrounds were clean and the bathrooms exceptionally clean. Looking forward to going back again!

Stayed for the first time at a buddy site with family and it was great. Sites can be a bit small but good condition. Lots of activities on Saturday for kids and the staff is extremely nice!

Nice campground, friendly people, clean and organized. Lots of activities over the Memorial Day weekend. Not too much to do or places to eat close by. There are a few antique places down the road. If you’re looking for a nice place to relax and spend the weekend camping this is a nice place.

John and Debbie are welcoming friendly hosts. We had some problems with our tow vehicle, and John offered to drive us anywhere if we needed a ride. We can not say enough how safe and comfortable we felt at their KOA campground. It is very clean, well maintained. Beautiful location.

The campground is clean and pleasant. In spite of the rainy weekend, we enjoyed just relaxing and taking it easy. Sometimes it's just good to "get away" and do nothing! Our kids are grown and no longer camp with us, but we enjoy the sound of families and children enjoying camping just as we did years ago. The hookups are in great condition. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We had an outstanding stay. The service was incredible - after a straight line wind ripped our camper awning, the Hixton KOA staff went out of their way to help us get the awning off safely and make sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back!

I wish checkout wasn’t so strict. I understand if you have people coming in that same day, but if you don’t it would be nice to be able to spend a little more time on our last day to be able to swim again or use the pillow.

Our spot was very muddy and on a hill. We were not able to even out the camper because of the hill, but had a good time nonetheless. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! We love this place!

We had a great time! Friendly staff and great facilities and sites! My kids 7 and 8 had a blast swimming and jumping on the jumping pillow.

Very friendly and busy around the campgrounds. Our campsight was mostly level and well cared for. We had a patio site that had sturdy matching chairs and table. Well done!

We loved site 55. The person who placed our reservation recommended this site. It was perfect. We have a Class B RV and Site 55 had an open view without being blocked by the larger RV's. We were so happy. Next time we will stay longer. Thank you, Barbara

We had such a wonderful time. This is far and above the best KOA we have stayed at. We went during the Halloween weekend and had such a good time. We will absolutely come back next season. Thank you so much for such a great weekend. Between the trick &treating/Carmel apples/pumpkin decorating/haunted trail (SCARY) we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. In addition bathrooms are so clean. Love that!!

Very welcoming when we first arrived. Escorted to our site. We received great information for upcoming trips potentially cabin stays. RV site was flat and close to the restrooms and office. Bathrooms were very well kept. A very nice place to stay. Josie and Mark

Cabin was clean and homey. Everyone we interacted with, staff and guests, were all very friendly. Pets allowed. Beautiful property tucked away from the road with excellent amenities! Looking forward to out next visit!!
