We stayed for two nights in the cabins.They were rustic but comfortable. We would stay there again. Night manager was very friendly and helpful

Campsites and amenities clean, well managed. Only complaint is the holding pond nearby that occasionally releases a sewage odor, depending on wind direction

The campground and its facilities were great! I do have an issue with the policy of the number of people camping vs. number of tents at a site. The area we camped in could easily support 6-8 bikepacking/backpacking tents.The reservation said the site could have up to 6 people.We only had five but we had 4 tents/2sites. 1 rooftop & 3 w/footprint equal to one family tent. Got charged for xtra tent.

Very clean campground. Level site for our 42 ft Motorhome and room for our towed vehicle. Enjoyed our stay and visiting Jasper National Park.

very well kept and tidy campground ,friendly and helpful staff .i have stayed here several times when i an out here visiting and always look forward to staying here this time i rented a small cabin for my daughter and her teenage son , while we stayed in our trailer ,they both just loved the cabin . it has the biggest dog area i have seen ,

We booked an RV site in May, and assigned a site, proven by charge. Your system lost that, and given an alternate. We were charged $5.00 for that. Unsatisfactory. The site (075) was near the sewage system, which stank horribly. That smell pervaded the entire campground with a south wind. Unsatisfactory! The cabin we booked for guests was very good. Campground cleanliness and amenities were good.

Washrooms were great. Community kitchen was great. Playground was great. Being able to set up tents on grass rather than gravel was awesome. I was “confronted” that I was not allowed to have two tents on the site when I had booked and paid for two. The staff member’s approach was not the best advertisement for KOA and when she realized she was in error her customer service attitude was still

Nice well kept campground. Staff were very helpful and kind all of the time. When I needed to upgrade to an electric site to charge my equipment, Kaira (so) did this seamlessly. Would definitely recommend this KOA.

There is a sewer smell that permeates the campground and is sickening it was there when I stayed there years ago and still is . My girlfriend requested a different site to which they accommodated us but it was there as well . I cannot believe they haven’t remedied that issue with all the money they are making there we paid $81.00 per nite .it’s just another example of the grab the money world

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.

Well kept campground. It was far off the highway. The sites were large enough. Most of them were pull through and we had full hookups
