The site was nice but what we paid for the upgrade (a patio, a BBQ and propane tank) was not representative of the picture. We tried to talk to the Manager a bout it but he let her employee respond to us ( she was very professional) but the MGR did not care at all. I took the time to tell him that his upgraded offer was not the reality of what he offered us. Unfortunately ZERO care for clients.

It’s a great park EXCEPT that it’s time for a truck load of gravel across the driving paths and a grater to level it out.. deep ruts are hard on a rig and walking the park for exercise...

Charged $77.00 for the night, grass was mostly a weed bed and the picnic table was in such poor condition and needed painting badly that we couldn’t even us it. Gone down badly.

Hinton KOA said they are not in the program and will not redeem points for cash rewards. We will not be renewing our membership next year.

Roadways within the site need to be treated with a grader. My sewer drain is too large for your sewer dumps, which caused a messy problem.

When we looked at the floor plan it showed a microwave but there was none. Also I believe there should be a sink in the cabins to wash dishes or the tools for the bbq. Flower pots could be cleaned and made nice. It would be nice if there was some shade.

Jasper Hinton KOA charged me an extra 20$ for my stay because my three nights was overlapping a weekend. I argued at the reception that the quote giving by KOA was not the same. The told me to bring my argument to KOA. I think this is a bad way to do business for KOA. The appropriate price should be given by KOA and honored at the site.

We had some issues with the BBQ and steps, but they were very quick to repair/replace. We didn't notice that there are no firepits when we booked, and the community pit was so deep it was hard to make a fire or safely roast marshmallows the rare time a fire was going, so the kids where disappointed. No trees, no shade, super hot, nowhere to get out of heat...

The check in was good, a very nice lady at the reception. The view was fantastic on the mountains and the spots were a good size. We didn't like the washroom. It was very old and very dirty, especially the showers where very dirty. We looked forward to taking a "normal" shower outside the motorhome, but we didn't, because it was very dirty.

About 20 young people were doing meth and drinking. They did not sleep. We felt very afraid at 3 am . No security doing anything

The Staff were super friendly and efficient in booking our stay. The facilities were great. The grass was nice and soft for our tent. The view unparalleled which we enjoyed on our walks. The location was very good as it was close to facilities and supplies in Hinton, while being a reasonable distance from Jasper. Thank you, wonderful stall of Hinton/Jasper KOA :)

Nice but way too expensive. $30 a night down the road compared to $77 at KOA. That will be my future recommendations!

We stayed in the cabin, it was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It was located centrally to lots of recreational activities and close to shopping. The bed was really comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We thought this koa was placed in a beautiful location. It was very close to the Hinton City Center and about 45 minutes from the Jasper city center. I would have given 5 stars, but there were no locks on the shower doors. If I had a younger child, I would not feel comfortable leaving him/her alone while showering.

The best KOA site ever. Excellent location close to the gate of Jasper. Very accommodating staff. Clean facilities. Convenient community kitchen and fireplace. Easy to find due to its closeness to the highway, but quiet enough not to dusturb your sleep. Most important, beautiful view. Highly recommended.

I'm wondering if this KOA is under new owners the last 2 years. It is starting to become rather rundown. The roads need repair, grass is now weeds and picnic tables need some paint. They don't seem interested in maintaining the campground. They also have problems with their online booking which has been ongoing. They say they have 10 cable channels but there are only 6 that have picture and audio.

Super efficient check in. Staff really on the ball and accommodating as we extended our stay. Very nice campground. The only one negative was the abundance of potholes on the access roads, hence only 4 star rating.

I would have personally liked the option not to have been parked right beside the playground, the mowing for 3.5 hours on a Saturday morning/ afternoon was not the greatest, and the fact that they let a LOUD party go on for 1.5 ours after "quiet time" was dissapointing. The only reason I would recommend the campsite is for the convience of the full hook ups, and close to town

We got in trouble for parking on the grass and not in our designated cabin parking space. However there are zero signs on the property about the grass rule. The parking space is not clear of grass either so it’s difficult and doesn’t stand out as an obvious parking space. Cabin was clean, water is rusty, park was good for the kids.

Stayed in smaller deluxe cabin. Excellent. Bed was a little too firm. Staff very friendly. Cabin was very clean. Not very much shade. Grounds needed some TLC.

The cabin was lovely, just the right size and it was so nice to have a bathroom. The campsite was clean and quiet. We have stayed here before and will deffinately be back.

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.

Well kept campground. It was far off the highway. The sites were large enough. Most of them were pull through and we had full hookups
