First time visit to a KOA and we thought it was a great visit. Only negative feedback I could offer is that the roadways were filled with giant potholes but that will not stop us from coming back

We were only in attendance for 1 night but enjoyed the tranquility and scenery. All of the campground was nice and clean and well maintained. Greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed our visit with you. We found that the roads were very rough (Pot holes) to get to our campsite. I was told that I could connect with internet at our campsite at the front desk and when I tried to connect at our campsite I could not connect with the internet. Thank you very much for keeping the campsite very clean & nice.

The roads need pothole maintenance, there was a pool of water at my site that limited my ability to hook up sewage but when I went to the dump station instead it was not big rig friendly .. although workable. The showers were dirty and in need of maintenance; the women rated them at 5 to 6 on a scale of 10. I wouldn’t be so negative but I paid top dollar ($84 a night) and received a $50 experian

We've stayed at the Hinton/Jasper KOA for the last 10-15 years for 2 nights on our way through & back home. We've noticed that things are a big rundown from when we started coming. Also we have a 39' 5th wheel, & this year when I asked them to escort us to the site they looked at me like I was crazy. The former owners ALWAYS did that for us so that we wouldn't take a wrong turn with a big rig.

It was odd to have no privacy trees at a campsite. you are out in the open in a field with everyone else. I was tenting, at least the tents are away from the RV area a bit. $45 is a bit much for what you get, but the location makes it easy to get going the next morning to your hike/destination. it was clean, and I didnt have to interact with anyone to check in/out which was nice.

Very clean and tidy. The dog park is great and the campground is well maintained. The site was great for my 32’ travel trailer but my F350 crewcab short box truck barely fit in the site with the trailer.

All fine - but Toilets hasn’t been cleaned at one day. Showers had always additional hairs from former guys.

We enjoy this KOA very much. One of our favorites. Great scenery and location. Only 40 minutes from Jasper. Staff is kind and courteous. Campground is clean and restrooms are kept clean. We live in California and think it’s well worth the drive. BUT, please, please, PLEASE fix the potholes in the roads in the campgrounds. It’s very hard on the equipment! This is a great KOA. Highly recommend!

As usual, the property is neat, well manicured and tidy. Used the showers for the first time - very clean = just like our house. Thank you again for providing us with a restful and relaxing stay on our journey home. We will seen you again next year.

Host was friendly when we arrived, checking was easy and the site was level. Workers were moving and gardening which kept the place looking nice. Two suggestions: Staff could engage with the campers verbally, basically no one interacts with the campers. 2. Grade the lanes, they were extremely bumpy with holes.

Very crowded, sites are very tight. facility needs to be updated. Couldn’t use our picnic table. It was in very bad shape, needed to be repaired and painted

Great location just 18 k to the border f Jasper national park. Clean and well taken care of, bathrooms are very clean.

I didn't like that the water was yellow and we had to buy bottled water.b The sites are too small for a large trailer and have little privacy. The roads need great improvement as they are very bumpy . We have a handicapped person in our family and there was very little space for her to walk. They need to work on the entrance to improve the ability to move in bigger units. It was an OK place :o(

Awesome site, beautiful view! Great base site to leave from to explore Jasper and Hinton. Deluxe cabin was clean and perfect for 3 of us. It would also work well for a couple with 2 children. Stars were awesome at night. Great place to meet others. Only recommendation is a pool would be nice, especially for kids.

The sewer hookup is to far from the gravel that you are told to park on. This means you need a pipe over 7 feet long. My sewer pipe did not reach and I had to park partially on the grass. At 9 pm of our 3rd night we got a loud knock on the door by an unpleasant man who told me I would have to move off the grass onto the gravel. I pointed to other rvs that had parked as I had and why.

Very clean bathrooms and showers, very quiet at night, able to get a great sleep. The spacing of the campers was awesome! Very well run and everything you need they have. Staff/Owners were very friendly and accommodating.

The roads in the campground itself are horrendous, there are numerous large pot holes, which for trailers could be a real problem and cause damage. The sites themselves also need some work as they are very uneven and in poor condition. There are wooden planters around with flowers in them which are just about falling over. The kids playground is adequate, but no shade or benches.

Beware and go very slow when driving to your site this park has so many pot holes in the road our rv was rocking back and forth so badly until we reached our site and tossed everything all over the place inside the rv. Worse road we’ve ever been on in a rv park. Bathrooms/showers/laundry room we’re clean but could really use an update.

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.

Well kept campground. It was far off the highway. The sites were large enough. Most of them were pull through and we had full hookups
