C'est le pire camping que nous avons fait. Les chiens ne sont pas en laisse, j'ai avisé la réception et le lendemain j'ai vu la personne de la réception qui se promenait et il voyait les chiens qui n'étaient pas attachés mais il n'a rien fait. Pendant les 3 jours que nous avons été là, il y a eu des chiens qui n'étaient pas en laisse et je n'osais même plus aller dehors. Fini pour nou

Quiet is a positive, But why the brown water? We had to go into town to buy potable water. Why is there grass and dandelions that cover your ankle in the camp spots? Why is the knocked down fence around the sewage area not picked up? Why is there rotten wood in the dog park house? If a child plays on this, they could go through it and get hurt. The park is fine; average for this area. Travelers passing through and trailers that appear to be there semi-permanently. There are two laundry rooms at this park. One is locked with a sign on the door saying to use the other laundry room. The one that is open but only 2 out of 8 dryers are operable. This is insufficient for the number of washers (6-8).

The park is spacious and in a beautiful location. My complaint is about the quality of the water connections. While disconnecting the water, the line fractured creating, a growing puddle. Upon advising the office, I was told a backhoe would be needed (no water shutoff valve) and I’d have to pay for repairs! A camper next to us said the connections were “junk”, unlike the KOA in Cranbrook.

Two laundry rooms; one is closed and the other has 6 dryers “out of service”.

Sorry for any inconvenience, we have ordered a new dryer and the in the midst of getting them repaired, if you were to return we will have them ready for use, thank you

We had a pull through patio site with a grill. The grill gas was on and leaking into the air. The patio was full of weeds. Very unattractive and not worth the money. The campground is spacious and open and needs some TLC. as the bushes are elderly and overgrown, buildings and planters need attention. and every site drive and patio has weeds. We understand it probably difficult to find staff.

The Hinton/Jasper KOA is absolutely gorgeous, with trees and mountains surrounding an idyllic RV Park. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained. We had a site with a patio set and gas grill, and really enjoyed it. Jasper National Park is extremely close by, and the town of Hinton has services to meet all your needs. We loved it, and would absolutely return.

Nice clean park. The Dandelions are everywhere. Loved the equipment in dog park. Wish the water pressure was a little higher. Nice sized sites.

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.
