Everything was good except the water which looked quite brown and rusty, even if people on the internet says it doesn't harm the health, I felt uncomfortable using it

Your stay was uneventful, grounds are very well maintained. This is a park with a high traveller transient rate. It's nearly an hour from downtown Jasper, which for us, was a downside. The water is heavily laden with minerals which turns the water a clear but tinged brown. Bring a good water filter. Hinton is 5 minutes down the road with a small Walmart and tons of eating places, gas and stores.

We stayed in a tent site, the site was a good size, grounds are well kept. The fireplace gazebo was lovely, nice big fire in the centre of the room with picnic tables placed around the fire. We enjoyed sitting and playing a board game in the evening. The negatives, the cookers in the cooking gazebo were either not working or just working. Too few toilets.

Campground is nice. Delux cabins are very well kept. The main issue we faced was the dirty looking yellow water coming from tape and showers. We had to drive to Hinton and haul water for brushing and cooking. We had no choice but to shower with it.

The sites are to crowed together. Also to many people with aggressive dogs not being on leash. Bathroom showers are outdated

We had a very pleasant stay at this KOA. This KOA was set up so nice for travelers. The office staff was very friendly and helped me out with a problem I had. Thank you very much for a having a great place for us to stay.

We paid for three nights at this KOA. We arrived at 8:30 pm the first night. It was after hours, so nobody was available connect with and share an issue we were having with our van’s DEF system. I sent an email right away to inform the and to ask about a refund for the second two nights and stopped in first thing in am. I was told this was against corporate policy. There was no empathy or servic

As always I really enjoyed my stay at Hinton/ Jasper KOA. The managers are very accommodating the grounds and facilities on the grounds are well taken care of. I will definitely stay at this location again.

It was like camping in an open field, so great for the huge RV’s. The water was yellow, even with our water filter. Nice laundry, nice management. It was further from Jasper than we thought.

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed for two nights in out way to Dawson Creek. Bathrooms were big and had good water pressure, the playground was a hit with my girls. The spots were big enough and had tables, sown with bbqs. We were able to explore Jasper that was a short 45-60 minutes away. Hinton had groceries and fuel 10 miyaway

We rented a cabin. It was basic with a bunk bed, a double bed, electric heater, fridge and very slow Internet. Nice cozy cabin close to Jasper National Park.

Well kept campground. It was far off the highway. The sites were large enough. Most of them were pull through and we had full hookups
