Everything was clean and nice. I had great neighbors but my Uncle and Aunt's site as well as my cousins's site had a rowdy group playing Cornhole all night and when the bean bag hit the board it would make a loud noise besides the group noise. Management did come once to hush them up but that didn't last. We all like to have fun but after 1am can be late. We all still had a great time! ���

Cabin was not what was pictured website. Very deceiving. Canine had bugs and rat traps all around it. People not very friendly.

The stay was good, a girlfriend of mine got a delux cabin we we were able to use her bathroom and shower. Our cabin was very small, it worked for what we needed it for (sleeping) but I did notice some bigger small cabins…Next time we will ask for one of those.

Cabin was great! Very clean! Well supplied! More than we expected. Campgrounds very clean. Flowers beautiful! Had our grandsons there and they had a blast… their favorite thing was the jumping pillow. Couldn’t have had a better time! Thank you!!

Check in was smooth. Cabin was clean. Site was clean. Pool was perfect temp. Store neat and friendly. People respected quiet time. The manager sue and brian are doing a great job a long with all of the helpful friendly staff.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. It was super clean and made for a wonderful experience. Our kids loved the pool, the rental bikes, and the tubing trip down the Namekagon. This was our first time staying and we are already planning to come back next year!

We did a family weekend at your KOA and it was great. we had a pattio rv site and it worked out very nicely for our 6+ families, we hope to be back next year. Kathy B.

Loved our stay. Only recommendation would be to identify linens (we stayed in a cabin). We don’t rent a lot of cabins so we thought linens meant sheets, not blankets pillows wash clothes towels etc.

We had a wonderful time. We had not been to HaywardKOA for ,any years but my sons wanted to return with their families. We couldn’t believe how many memories it brought back. Had just as great of time as we did back then. We will be back,,,,

The stay was great, however; you really ought to have some lights around walkways because it is very dark at night and you can't see tree stumps or other debris/obstacles to trip over in the dark. Trying to find the bathroom is extremely difficult. You could use more signage around the place also.

Our cabin was nice, cleaned well. The public restrooms could use some maintenance. They are getting very run down and need better upkeep. One of the ladies who works in the registration office is super nice but the other lady who was there more frequently was super unfriendly and shouldn’t be working in a customer service position. She was down right rude!

Such a wonderful campground. So many activities for the grandkids. They loved the big water slide and bouncy pillow. Restrooms were always clean and the workers so helpful!

We've stayed a few times at the Hayward KOA but this time felt different. As always the place was clean but the staff this time seemed to be annoyed we were there. I could give a list of different situations but not with a limited amount of characters. My kids love visiting here almost annually but we would likely seek out other places if it continued to feel so unwelcoming.

We had a great time staying here. I came here as a little girl and it’s still just as clean and fun as I remember. The bathrooms and showers were always well kept and staff was friendly and helpful. We will come back again.

My 4 year old had so much fun! The park was always clean thanks to the hard working staff! The pool was a little cold despite being heated but we had fun despite!

This would have been a 5 star rating except the fact that our bed frame broke at 3am, and had to move our kids around so that we could sleep on bottom bunks. They did repair it, but did not reimburse us at all for the huge inconvenience. We lost so much sleep due to that! It would have been a nice gesture to comp us a night's stay. Otherwise, we love love Hayward KOA.

We rented a small cozy cabin for 2 kids, 2 adults and a puppy. We had a great time! So much stuff for the kids to do we were busy all day. The pool was heated which was great. It did get a little spendy on some of the amenities like renting the bikes but it was worth it. We will definitely be back next season!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The park was kept up and very clean. Prices at store and Cafe were surprisingly reasonable.

Our family absolutely LOVES this KOA! Clean campground and great rates! Nanci the Manager is so wonderful! She makes a great place even better! We will definitely keep coming back! So much to do for the kids, the jumping pillow tires them out for sure! It’s usually quiet well before the ‘quiet time’ hour, that makes it really relaxing. Thanks for a wonderful time!

A VRBO or resort would’ve fit our families needs better especially at over 500$ for a 2 night stay. The campground is nice and clean. We stayed in a deluxe cabin, the shower was very small had low pressure and ran out of hot water quickly. There were spiders and other bugs in our cabin. I know we were camping but expected a little bit more considering the price of over 250$ a night.

Staff were very helpful. Place was kept clean. A bit disorganized at check in was not given a car tag or key to our cabin. Had to go back to the office for both. A fun place for younger folks.

We go every summer and it's one of our families favorite place to go! I've gone every year since I was a kid and now I love seeing my kids enjoy Hayward KOA. We love it here!

I come to Hayward annually to ride MTN bikes and gravel, and just recently bought an EV. Hayward is short on reliable EV charging stations, and the closest supercharger is close to 140mi away. The staff were so gracious to let me charge my car and keep me from having to wait over 24+ hrs while charging on a household 120V plug! Even though I wasn't staying at the campground. I love people who continue to pay it forward!
