I give it an overall 5���� , lots to do and lots of fun to be had and well kept facilities. The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was our campsite #65 was on a slight slope and it was very hard to level out or camper on. But other then that it is a great campground .

The staff is really great at this KOA. The restrooms are kept clean and we noticed the staff cleaning them several times a day. The grounds and landscaping are absolutely beautiful. We loved the cafe. However, you are really packed in (very close to your neighbor). We did have problems with people walking and biking through our sight on several occasions.

Loved everything! Tubing down the Namekagon, swimming in the pool, eating ice scream, roasting marshmallows, visiting downtown Hayward, eating at local restaurants. We had so much FUN.

We had a very nice time. Beautiful area. Gravel Roads in campground are very dusty and uneven but most people probable overlook that.

LOVE the Hayward KOA. Lots of stuff to do, nice sites, clean facilities. Newly remodeled and well stocked store. Ice cream and a wide variety of options at the grill. And Brian and Nanci are the best!!

Stayed for 2 nights. Ice KOA with a lot of things to do especially for 10 and under. Tons of kids! Nice pools and friendly staff.

All of the workers were very friendly and helpful. They kept the whole campground including the bathrooms extremely clean. Lots to do and was a fun time for the kids and adults.

Staff was great. Girls loved the pool, water slide, bouncing pillow, playground, and dance party. Some of the sites are narrow, a little tricky getting in and out.

Needs updating, pool loungers had rips and tares in them. The sits we stayed at had no grass, all sand and dirt, got all tract into the camper and bath house showers.

Pool was great. Bounce pad is neat. Sites are a little small but were designed when smaller units were the norm. It got a bit dicey at the glow dance with smaller children and the people playing basketball after dark. My grand daughter got knocked down but was not hurt. Music was louder than needed at the dance, but as a whole it was a great 4 days. We will be back, God willing, next year.

Overall, a good stay. We had a lot of fun and will likely be back. We do miss some of the personal touches we experiences with the previous owners of the campground. They met us out front when we pulled in, their staff were all very friendly and helpful, etc. The person who checked us in this year was nice, but we didn't see her again and the rest of the staff were not as helpful and considerate.

Check in took an hour. Between the people checking in and the store shoppers Checking in was horrible. The rest of our stay was great. I also renewed my KOA membership and did not get my points so now I have to call to get them. The rewards program is a lot of extra effort and I don’t know if I will renew again.

The only thing is the mens bathroom at the shower house in the second row. There was feces on the walls and toilets! Other than that it’s our favorite place to stay!

There were numerous activities for the kids and the general feel of the campground was much more relaxed and inviting than in previous years. We’ll definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay however our site was so small we were not able to put our awning out for shade in the daytime. We would not stay on that site again. Site 89. The site next to us was large enough that we could have used our awning in the daytime.

So many activities for the children-play ground with pirate ship and monster truck and train themes, arcade, store, ice cream pizza parlor, swimming pool, super water slide, miniature golf, dance, chocolate slip-n-slide, crafts, racer bikes, there was also tubing, and kayaking-I did not do but I would have. I am not used to a camp that delivers firewood, nor come to your site dump your camper

We go every summer and it's one of our families favorite place to go! I've gone every year since I was a kid and now I love seeing my kids enjoy Hayward KOA. We love it here!

I come to Hayward annually to ride MTN bikes and gravel, and just recently bought an EV. Hayward is short on reliable EV charging stations, and the closest supercharger is close to 140mi away. The staff were so gracious to let me charge my car and keep me from having to wait over 24+ hrs while charging on a household 120V plug! Even though I wasn't staying at the campground. I love people who continue to pay it forward!
