We were staying in Cabin #5 and had a couple family members with campers staying in the sites just across the lake from us. We had an amazing time the weather was great and the campground was very nice. We have stayed here several times before and will be back. the tub drain was the only issue, it drained very slowly, NO emergency so we did not report it until check out. Loved it and will be back.

Communication from staff was great. Campsite was clean and the campsite was in great condition. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very disappointed about the conditions of the sites in the grounds. We had never stayed here before and have heard that keyways are very well-maintained. Have a great amenities and would be worth the extra cost compared to other campgrounds in the area. This was not the case. The boat ramp was a gravel patch that was not well-maintained. The boat dock almost sank, when stepping on it.

Loved the added security of the gate. Peaceful campground with fun things to do with being lakeside and great amenities like laundry, bathhouses, jump pad, playground, and very nice K9 park. Stayed at a tent site and it had water, electric, and fire pit which were all fantastic to have! Would stay again.

We completely enjoyed our stay and getting to know the owners. Very clean and organized site. Very fair pricing. All the amenities and more, of the best KOA properties we have stayed at across the Country. Nice selection of site options. beautiful clean NEW shower building. Now the best KOA we have stayed at, including the other 60 across the Country. We are from Orlando, can't wait to retun.

We were on site 13 and liked it very much. Quiet, scenic and easy access to the water. This is a very nice, well managed KOA. We would have given you a 5 but not having sewer hook up was a bit of an inconvenience. We look forward to returning some day.

We enjoyed the campground mainly because of the lake access. The campground could use some upgrades and more attention to cleaning in the restrooms.

Almost everything was fine. My only complaint is that the breaker on my power surge keep tripping. At least 5 times in 1 day I had to reset my breaker.

Was back again for the music festival and everything was great. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Look forward to returning soon.

Everything was amazing. We just had people staying next to us that were fighting and very aggressive. And, we were told by staff that's just how it goes at KOA and they can't do anything about it. That's not very safe for families with children. I couldn't recommend them for other families with knowing what is allowed to stay there and go on with no intervention.

Amazing campsites! From what we could tell every tent site has a great view and good access to the lake. We've stayed at other KOA campgrounds that had better restrooms/bath houses and kids activities. We never saw the staff other than to check in/out and it was obvious they do not clean the restrooms or empty the community trash bins daily. We will definitely be back for the amazing tent sites!

We had site 13 booked for a long weekend. Site 13 is only one of its type with the fire pit on the lower level. My family had a great stay - it was relaxing being able to look out over the water, fish, hike, and play on the play grounds. Check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. ATT&T was spotty, but the wifi worked well. We will be back again!

Great property and well maintained!! My only real issue wasn't your fault, the big group at the end of our road, down past 14, made it very difficult to drive out thru the bikes and cars and stuff in the road. Overall a great location and I will be back.

By far the best camping trip we’ve ever done. We camp a lot during the warmer weather and this was the first time at this camp ground. Loved the fact that we could rent kayaks. The staff was very friendly and went above to make sure we were satisfied which made the trip 10X better. �ϋ� Thanks y’all!

This is one of the best camping places we have been to. Hartwell lakeside KOA has excellent camping options. Great Lake views. Restrooms are clean. Kids play area. Dog park. Variety of sites to fit your camping preferences. The staff is really friendly and provide great service. We have camped here 3 times and always recommend to our friends and family. I would anytime come back and camp here.
