One of the best maintained and accommodating KOAs we have visited. For a quick stay or longer visit the staff, facility and grounds meet every need and keeps the wooded atmosphere cozy and clean. Even the small k-9 area is a plus for those of us with fur babies.

Great, well maintained campground. Nice people. Wish there was someplace to rent a vehicle. Missed seeing the sites because we were unable to find a car rental company close enough to the campground. Disappointed with Enterprise Rental.

A beautiful setting, peaceful and tranquil...a real pleasure to stay. The bathrooms were immaculate and we appreciate the cleanliness of the entire camp. We also appreciate that this KOA is a year round destination because it is a good stop for us on our way to Florida.

This was a overnight stop during travels. This is a place I will put in my return stays. Beautiful park, spacious sites, level and clean.

Stayed 3 nights. Unfortunately there was a fireban so no campfires or s'mores ;-( Wonderful hosts, appreciated being guided into the campsite! Campground is well maintained and clean. Water pressure did fluctuate a little--possibly one area that could use improvement. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Nice wooded campground. Road from the interstate to the campground was a little interesting, especially pulling a big fifth wheel. Friendly staff and well kept grounds.

Excellent campground. Sites are large and in a mostly natural setting. Friendly staff! Many of the sites have incorporated the natural stones as fire rings. Oh yes, the signage throughout the campground is not only helpful and easy to read but artistic!

Stayed one-night, nice large spaces which were clean. Road signage was well marked and lit at night for ease of walking and arriving late. Plan to stay again.

This was a wonderful stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They will bring you ice, pizza, wood and even your Amazon packages when they get delivered to the wrong address! The sites are large and very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this campground and will be back!

Awesome campground and awesome management/staff. We had a great time. Could have used a bit more water pressure but we made it work. Can’t wait to go back next year. Fall is our favorite camping time.

bathhouse for over 100 units is to small. Lots in the back are locked in and you have to back into get your trailer about 100 feet.

I had a mechanical issue with my rv and was unable to continue on my trip. The staff at KOA were very helpful and allowed me to stay on my site until repairs were completed. Thank you so much.

My wife and I loved the campground. The front desk receptionists were pleasant, helpful and very attentive to our needs. Our site was clean, well maintained and very spacious. We do not utilize any of the amenties (pool, laundry, etc.), but the bath house was always clean whenever we used it. We will be booking a return trip for the same time next year. Nice property… Clean bathrooms… Easy access. Our only hiccup… We returned at 6:15 PM from a long day of hiking, anticipating being able to order pizza… We were told ordering ended at 6 PM… Although the email we received from the campground indicated 6:30 PM… Pretty disappointed and hungry! �

Friendly efficient staff. We were guided to our pull through site by staff who stayed with us until we were situated on our site. The campground had a pizzeria and delivered a delicious pizza to our site. Much appreciated after a long hot day of travel!

We have been coming to the Harrisonburg KOA for the last 9 years and always enjoyed our stay. The sites are big and very well maintained while still feeling very private. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Campground was ok, we were given a site that had full sun and when I asked to change sites I was told nothing was available but 41 (un-level lot). The campground was only half full for the 7 days we were there so I felt as if they could of given more choices. The campground also had a fire ban. What I didn’t understand was why Big Meadows in Shenandoah/ Skyline drive didn’t have a fire ban.

This is our second time back. The new management has really impressed us and turned this place into top notch. On top of the appearance being perfect the staff was amazing. Every time we needed ice or firewood they were quick to deliver directly to our campsite. The campsite had a bunch of people working on upgrades and keeping the camp clean. We loved that they had pizza as an option for breakfast and dinner.

Campground has a homey, woodsy feel. Sites are gravel and level. Staff is very friendly.

Great campground conveniently located near Route 81 but far enough away to provide a quiet, peaceful stay. Great for a quick stop on the way or a destination itself. There is plenty to do for recreation including playground and pool. Can accommodate even the largest rigs with plenty of back-in or pull through sites. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. They work hard to meet your every need. Terry was a delight to work with and made our stay wonderful.
