They have made a lot of impact the KOA. Lots of crushed stone on every sight. Neat and clean. Well cared for. Hand crafted signs for every site and named roadways. Nice touch. We were given a great end site without asking for one. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Campground is clean and staff is great. We don't usually use the shower houses but needed to this time due to an issue with our water heater.. Theirs was clean and warm and we had no complaints!

Nice but the power was a little questionable. Ours ran at 111/113 volts most of the day.

We loved our 2 nights at this campground. The service of the campground workers and hospitality, the smell of the trees and all the amenities were great. Highly recommend to other campers/RV travelers!

Staff was very helpful. We needed propane so they took our tank, filled it up and then brought it back to our site, all with a smile and cheerfulness. Very nice staff.�

lovely people. Exceptionally clean bathrooms/showers & laundry room. Great location. Took dogs for a hike in AM on a lovely trail that runs off the back of the campground...

Needed a night with water and electric while picking up son from JMU. Bathrooms were VERY clean. Lots of amenities but for fall we did not use. Also arrived late and didn't have time to enjoy. Staff was very accommodating!!!

very friendly staff and good spots for campers and RVs. they have everything there that you need including propane fill station and a fishing pond. will definitly be going back soon.

Very easy to get in and out of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it was convenient having the Liberty travel plaza right there for refueling.

Great stay on site 60. Plenty of room for our 40 Toy Hauler, truck and golf cart. We were told no golf carts unless you have a handicap placard to keep in it, which we do. The staff were great and very accommodating. The Wifi, is by far the best campground Wifi I have had in a long time. I worked all week, and was ale to do my Team video calls with no issue, while my wife streamed TV.

A wonderful campground! Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were immaculate and warm!! By far our favorite KOA. Great staff and nice store! They are surrounded by some really beautiful farms and mountains! Thank you!

This has been one of our top campgrounds. Checked in on Thursday and was told not to leave outside fires unattended because of dry weather. Started a fire on Sunday evening. Learned from campground associate total fire ban was in effect. He was upset and not pleasant about it. Went back and saw notice was in an email that was far down in message. Didn't see it, should have been at the top.

Camp site was easy access. Very nice office and field personnel. There was a fire ban so that was a bit disappointing but that happens. Over all we love it there.

Clean, well-maintained campground and a friendly staff! We stayed in site 58 which was a great as it's a very long site that had plenty of extra room even with our truck and 38' fifth wheel. Nice, large deck on the site as well.

Very quiet and peaceful campground. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Love that your wifi is so good that you can stream from it. That is unheard of for a campground.

Only stayed for one night but beautiful area and campground is nice. I advise to not try to check-in after dark and when no one can take you to your site. its very hard to navigate if you have never been there. Propane fill up was great. Would love to go back when we could stay longer.

We love this campground and have been many times. I know the fire ban is no ones fault, but when we arrived on Thursday there was no ban and we would not have known there was a ban on Friday had we not stopped into the store to purchase. Also it would have been nice to know the trail was close .4 miles up before walking up there. A sign should have been place in front or we should have been told.

Harrisonburg / Shenandoah Valley KOA is set in a beautiful location. The campground is well maintained and the staff is friendly. I look forward to returning again.

This is our second time back. The new management has really impressed us and turned this place into top notch. On top of the appearance being perfect the staff was amazing. Every time we needed ice or firewood they were quick to deliver directly to our campsite. The campsite had a bunch of people working on upgrades and keeping the camp clean. We loved that they had pizza as an option for breakfast and dinner.

Campground has a homey, woodsy feel. Sites are gravel and level. Staff is very friendly.
