Tight roads getting to the campground. Campground is mature and can be difficult for larger set ups to navigate, but if you are okay with that it’s a beautiful campground with a friendly and helpful team!

This was the nicest campground!! I wish we were coming home that way so we could stay there again. We will definitely stay there again when heading north. Very nice staff!!

Very nice little campground. Very secluded. Small enough to be able to walk around quickly. Camp store was very nice. My only 2 complaints one being no golf carts. I have a toy hauler for a reason. I like to bring my golf cart to camp grounds. Second was the fishing pond. Took my boys fishing and didn't catch one fish. So maybe stock it a little better. All in all it's a very nice campground.

We only stayed one night but it was good. We were greeted and followed the golf cart to our site and were asked if we needed anything. The dog park was nice for our 2 dogs. We will stay again.

We were there for one night only. Nice level pull through camp site. Easy access to store and bath house. Extra kind and helpful staff.

This campground was the cleanest and most organized one we've stayed at yet. The staff was very attentive from check in to check out. We were guided to our site and set up up very quickly. Really appreciated the wood and ice delivery which was extremely quick. The spots were fairly level and very large and spacious.

We stayed only one evening on our way to North Carolina and the place was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drive up the mountain was a bot challenging but thankfully not very long and not crowded at all.

We were at a great base campground for the adventures we went on in the area.We visited the Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns and VA Civil War Museum along with other activites. It was great to come back and enjoy the pool and a wonderful quiet campground.

We stayed for a week with friends it was a good campground it is definitely more of a campground for a short stay as there wasn’t much to do during the week for the kids. And our site, site 21 had a honey bee hive which made me concerned as I’m allergic to bees. The staff was friendly though when we did have interaction with them. We will be back for a short stop over

We were only here 2 nights, but what we saw was lovely. The pool area was nice because it was shaded. The staff was very pleasant when we checked in and escorted us to our site.

Wonderful campground. Convenient to I-81 without being right on the road. Staff was very helpful, all amenities were working well. Great hiking nearby. We hope to come again.

This campground is IMMACULATE! The common area grounds, the individual sites and the cabins were neat and well cared for. The folks in the office were so helpful and accommodating! The only down point is the proximity to I—40. It is busy 24-7 and rather noisy. Although it might be quieter in the front of the campground-we we’re in the back right next to the interstate

This is our favorite camp ground by far! When we say we want to go camping we mean at THIS KOA!!!!! The staff is super friendly and awesome!!!! Kids activities are always on point! Thank you so much for this KOA!

We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect. Clean, quiet, and fun. Don’t forget to ask the front desk for directions for hikes and the swimming hole at Fridley. It’s worth the visit.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through town, but it had a lot of shade. The sites were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had lots of outdoor games to play even for adults.

This is our second time back. The new management has really impressed us and turned this place into top notch. On top of the appearance being perfect the staff was amazing. Every time we needed ice or firewood they were quick to deliver directly to our campsite. The campsite had a bunch of people working on upgrades and keeping the camp clean. We loved that they had pizza as an option for breakfast and dinner.

Campground has a homey, woodsy feel. Sites are gravel and level. Staff is very friendly.

Great campground conveniently located near Route 81 but far enough away to provide a quiet, peaceful stay. Great for a quick stop on the way or a destination itself. There is plenty to do for recreation including playground and pool. Can accommodate even the largest rigs with plenty of back-in or pull through sites. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. They work hard to meet your every need. Terry was a delight to work with and made our stay wonderful.
